I didn't expect to find good food and good wine in one place... but i found it at En Tirage... fantastic... i loved the sangiovese, an Italian red wine... with the cheese platter and the honey that goes with it actually brought out the taste even better... their paella negra is a must try as well... with real squid ink... hmmm yummy!
visited last night. place is so cozy, great tasting food, excellent wine and clean. perfect for a date. attentive staff and really nice too. i had an issue and they provided me things i needed as an extra mile. im so thankful. definitely would visit again and recommend to all my friends. cheers!

Imagine having Unlimited Wine or Beer for as low as Php 500 all day every day or a bottle of local beer for only Php 50 from 3pm to 8pm.
Imagine Buy 1 Take 1 Sangria Carafe for Php 670 for Ladies Night every Wednesday.
Imagine a create-your-own deli platter for a minimum of 25g of cheese or cold cuts which costs as low as Php 55.
Just kidding! No need to imagine because these things are real thanks to EN TIRAGE! ❤😁

This has been our go-to wine place when we're feeling a bit fancy but don't wanna burn our pockets.
The wine is not exceptional but it's not bad for its price. The food is also okay, nothing really special about it.
Went here with friends to celebrate - friendship 👍 enjoyed their sangria though lacks some kick (for me) but it was good enough for the occasion. Enjoyed their nachos with sizzling cheese. Staff was attentive as well - since we were the only group inside the resto 😆 other pica pica was okay...will definitely return and try their out of stock moscato 👍
All the rest were okay, but the Paella Valenciana was a star! It pretty much pulled their rating to a 4.0 mainly just because of that.
The paella was said to made from scratch, takes time for it to come out, so order na agad. It was very big, like it can be good for 8 people, actually, so sulit na. The flavor was a bit on the tomato-y flavor, with the seafood kick. Serving of seafood was generous. The Arborio rice was really hot and cooked perfectly, although it wasn’t crispy, if you’re into that. Pero, the flavor is addicting. Keeps you going for more.
The crispy tofu and pork steak was normal. The tofu was very firm and crispy, the pork was liempo bits which had a salty sauce.
The beef salpicao was overcooked, although the oyster sauce was a perfect blend with the beef oil and garlic to bring out the best in the beef. Sayang lang it was overcooked. A bit hard.
The chicken poppers were so-so, KFC’s was even better. Dip it in the beef salpicao sauce na lang. Haha!
I’d really go back for the Paella lang talaga. ✌🏼
The place is great, staffs are great and food is amazing. Paella negra is a must try "jusko" if you love spanish dish. It is not just an ordinary paella dish it has squid ink and it compliment the flavor. Most of all never say no to cold beers. 🍻
You had me at unlimited whiskey. Imagine this, unlimited on the rocks black label only for 799! Woot Woot! Thre's nothing more daring than that! The menu is up to beat, classy & fusion. We ahd truffle mushroom pasta, which we thought lacks truffle flavor, and quite bland. the sizzling spicy seafood is indeed spicy yet the shrimp is a little overcooked and undeviened. The do it yourself deli platter selection is a must try, I just hope they serve prosciutto and asiago cheese too.
If you’re in the mood for modern fusion-cooking, head to En Tirage–a quaint restaurant inside the Mandala Park that offers a terrific ‘Unlimited Wine’ promo, delicious all-day full breakfast, and refined small plates. Grilled Gambas in Garlic Pepper Sauce. The signature menu includes unbeatable Grilled Gambas in Garlic Pepper Sauce, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings, and hearty Paellas–Paella Valenciana and Paella Negra.
You had me at unlimited wine.
You had me at unlimited wine!
They also offer actual food that can fill up a hungry tummy, plus of course selections of cheeses where one can pick and create plateful of Pica pica to enjoy the wine with. I can't recall whether they have cured meat to, but I know that my friend had to walk quite a distance because they don't have olive oil and we cant make aioli so we had to buy our own. Sad.
The wine of naturally (and quite understandably) wast just the normal red and white one usually enjoys by the bottle. I appreciate it. I would've wanted to sit inside but was told it got really cold. Not sure if the one can smoke outside.
Php 500-600.
Good to try.
I loved the interior. I may be biased when it comes to like grayish walls cause it's so instagrammable ☺
Food was great! I loved their Paella Negra! 😍 They have lots of toppings and if you look at it they really give a generous amount of seafood there. And it's already good for like 3-4 people already. Really "sulit" for the price of Php670?! Great deal!
Right after work, I went to En Tirage (En Ti Haj) already. Took me 30mins from Ayala. When I arrived, since Im not really familiar with the place, I had to ask the Security guard from Puregold, and surprisingly he didnt know as well. He said "Mam? Ano? Entrance?" 😑😑🙈 And then I saw another sec guard, good thing he lead the way! Kuya saved the day! Lol
What we ordered:
•Grilled Gambas in Garlic Pepper Sauce- this is actually my favorite bec of the savory and tasty sauce! Yummers! And i dont get why I dont have a photo! Sa sobrang sarap hindi ko na napicturan! 😩 (P385)
•Lemon Pepper Chicken wings - I find the lemon taste too strong, they should can balance the taste and add more spices (P285)
•Margherita and Feta Pizza - This is just the normal taste of pizza. I didnt appreciate much bec im having a hard time chewing bec of my braces but it's good too. It'll also be better to eat while it's hot. (P450)
•Baked Ziti - I also love this bec of its mozarella cheese plus ground beef, even when it's cold, it still tastes good! (P270)
•Paella Valenciana - 😭😭😭 To die for! Well everyone's favorite haha! Bias! Mainly bec it's very flavorful even just the rice alone, and when you add up the sea food, it's even better! (P655)
•Paella Negra- It was just ok, but the rice was a bit hard and lacks squid flavor. (P670)
•Glazed Baby Back ribs - This is also good!! The ribs were soft and perfectly blended with the bbq sauce (P290)
•Crispy Pork Knuckles - I didnt appreciate much bec Im having a hard time to chew, again. But I think it was just ok. (P570)
They also have All Day Unlimited Promo:
•Sunday and Monday - All unlimited Wine-Beer-Whiskey
•Thurs and Friday- Unli Wine
✔️Italy - P490

✔️imported: Stella Artois P699
•Thurs - Unli whisky
✔️whyte and Mckay - P499
✔️Johnie Walker Black Label - P799
Overall: I love the food, the concept, it's like a one-stop-whatever-you-crave-for resto bar! I like it because it's not the typical wine bar where they only serve limited food choices. I also like the interior, the choice of music and they have good customer service as well.
Gone are the days when wine is reserved for fancy or special occasions. With establishments redefining wine drinking and making it casual and less intimidating, more foodies grow to appreciate this drink that is said to be good for the heart. And last Saturday, I decided to swing by this newly opened wine shop in Mandala Park for a glass of my favorite sangria and sample some of its bestsellers.
Second time to visit En Tirage last night and I'm still very happy with this place.
Food, we ordered Paella Negra, BuffaloWings, Nachos Cheese overload and mozzarella Balls, all are very delicious. The nachos and mozzarella balls suits well their unli wine offer, which i think is super awesome!
Will definitely comeback. See you again En tirage.
En Tirage is a new restaurant in Mandala Park that offers all-day breakfast and, more importantly, unlimited drinks ranging from beer, wine, and whisky any day of the week. You can say the menu contains predominantly Filipino-Spanish inspired dishes, but I think the more appropriate definition is that they serve food that pairs really well with a variety of alcohol.
They have a selection of cheese, cold cuts, paella, and pasta for those who prefer a fine glass of wine. If beer or whisky is your thing, then they also have a selection of pizza, wings, and steak for you to enjoy. En Tirage has a wide selection of wine, liquor, and beers to satisfy your alcohol of choice.
Indeed, the owners themselves love to pair a good drink with delicious food which is why they decided to put up a place that does just that.
Here's what you can expect from En Tirage...
Unlimited promos are the best especially if you like the food or drink being offered. Unlimited chicken, unlimited steak, unlimited rice, unlimited cheese, unlimited crabs, etc. Then there's unlimited for drinks too - unlimited coffee, unlimited wine, cocktails, unlimited beer, etc etc. Filipinos love anything and everything unlimited that's why buffets are big hits in our local food scene!
There are very few places that we know of that offers anything unlimited. Most often, they may just offer unlimited wine and that’s it. But thank goodness for people behind this new restaurant as they are the first restaurant that we know of, that offers unlimited wine, beers and whiskeys. Talk about what we were wishing before to be all unlimited.
Love their unlimited drink offering which varies everyday. Good selection of beers, wines and spirits. As for food - must try the buffalo wings, mozarella balls, and paella. Will definitely come back for a quiet night out with friends!
Interiors: I really like how En Tirage is well lit and spacious. The natural light entering the resto made our food photos so much better. It has that laid back vibe with a hint of sophistication.
Food: My favorite out of everything would be the Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings. It's. The. Bomb. I've said numerous times how I love, love, looove chicken wings and this is one of those that doesn't comfortably settle at the middle of okay-ness. It was really, really good! I love the fact that the wings were not greasy at all, it was perfectly seasoned and the tickle in your palate because of the lemon incorporated in the meat was a nice touch. I highly recommend it! Perfect with rice for lunch or dinner, and goes well with beer, too!
Second is the Tofu Steak and Pork Belly. You might interject that I am biased with pork dishes, but you see, everyone in our group fell in love with this. Tofu and pork, two of my favorite things! The tofu was crispy on the outside and silky on the inside, perfectly fried, that it was a surprise when we took a bite at it. The sauce, which was a nice balance of sweet and salty, was not overpowering and complemented the meat and tofu well. Yum!
Another dish that stole my heart was their Paella Negra. I liked this than the Paella Valenciana because I prefer the contrast of the saltiness of squid ink + seafood flavor versus the former which was tomato based. That beautiful black heap of rice, seafood, eggs, sausages and pork was a wonderful treat to the taste buds and the tummy! So delicious without having to be too salty because of the components mentioned.
Whether it's for lunching with your colleagues, afternoon hangouts with friends or dinner dates with your significant other, I'm pretty sure En Tirage will be able to deliver. I've already suggested the place to my friends at work and we're looking forward to an evening of beers, whiskeys, wines and cocktails! Can't wait to be back and let them try the Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings! They also offer a beautiful cheese and cold cuts platter that you can customize!
Was initially invited for a |ooloo rendezvoos here in En Tirage (pronounced as En Tihaj) but got to past due to prior commitment that day. Luckily I got a second chance this the people of TheFoodieStation invited me to join them. This might be really meant for me to be visited. Maybe the gods of alcohol is calling me. Haha.
En Tirage is located in Madala Park in mandaluyong. With other resto in the are more of an inuman place. En Tirage made theirs more of a wine place with dishes perfect paired with wine. I love the interior of their resto/bar. Rustic with some awesome graffiti on the wall. The thing I noticed that needs improvement was it was kind of hot because of the kitchen heat. Not sure if it was also due to the hot saturday afternoon visit. Everything else was good about the ambience of the place. I can imagine a night chill in here would be perfect!
Now for the dishes that we tried:
🍷Sweet Potato Fries - this is a nice take to french fries using Kamote to give it a more sweet flavor. The Parmesan cheese on the sweet potato was good but a bit overpowered by the sweet flavor of the sweet potato.
🍷Nachos and Sizzling Cheese Meat Overload - wow this was good! A sizzling plate full of cheesy goodness! I love the cheese with all the meat and veggies on it. This is highly recommended.
🍷Paella Valencia- Another topping overloaded dish. I love the generosity of the seafood/meat toppings and the quality of it. What was missing was tutong feel in the Paella. Chef told us that when people order this they gave the customer an option with or without the tutong since some don't like it. That's a great idea!
🍷Paella Negra - this one is their squid ink rice version. Chef was proud to say that she uses actual squid ink for this unlike others that just uses powder. I love it but as I mentioned they should give more of the seafood flavor.
🍷Margherita and Feta Pizza - this one is your good old simple pizza best eaten while its still hot. I love the simple cheesey flavor of it and the crust was good.
🍷Lasgna Verde - a fave of mine. reminds me of corner tree cafe spinach lasagna. Veggie goodie with zucchini and lots of cheesy mornay and mozzarella.
🍷Grilled Gambas in Garlic Pepper Sauce - this was my fave. The strong grilled seafood flavor of the gambas was perfectly mixed with garlicky sauce. Love it and highly recommended!
*For the alcohol lovers*
Unli Beer/Wine Promo:
🍷Sun/Mon Unli Wine-Beer-Whiskey
🍷Tue/Fri Unli Wine
🍷Wed/Sat Unli Beer
🍷Thurs Unli Whiskey
Everyday there's a reason to have unli alcohol haha.
Overall love the place. Food were good with some minor improvement will make it perfect. Place is a great after office hangout alcohol session place. 🥂
Great food, drinks, ambiance, and service. The place was quite warm/hot when my friends and I were there, but nonetheless, great experience over-all. I recommend to reserve a table as the place gets quite full.

En Tirage (pronounced as En Tihaj) is a resto and wine bar located inside Mandala Park. It has a neat ambience that gives a comforting vibes, which is a great place to lounge, relax, and just hang out, especially you are working on the offices nearby.
They serve unlimited beer and wine everyday (they have a menu schedule). Since I am abstaining from alcohol lately, I'll just focus on food.
Sweet Potato Fries with Parmesan - a nostalgia if you grew up playing on the streets. The smell of fried camote makes you salvitate. Their version has probably less oil and topped with parmesan cheese to keep a more balanced taste.
Paella Valenciana - the version of paella that caters to the Filipino tastebud. Here, it's no different, except that it is loaded with seafood. The chicken is mixed with the rice. No arborio though, but still good.
Paella Negra - one of the favorites of the crowd. This one is made from real squid ink, but I find the seafood-y taste a bit lacking. I would prefer the traditional one with sour cream, but nonetheless, this is okay as well.
Margherita Pizza - toppings are okay, crust is probably store bought. Nothing really special here and I would probably pass this up. You can still there this since it's great with alcohol.
Lasagna Verde - unexpectedly, it is the dish I would like to come back for. This vegetarian dish is made with layers of vegetable and pesto sauce. It is creamy and delicious, you would want to lick the plate after. A must-try!
Spicy Gambas - this one has a smoky flavor from the grill, with a hint of heat. Perfect for snacking or with rice.
Nachos Queso Fundido - if you love nachos, this one is recommended. The cheese sauce is served separately, but it is the most oeey, gooey, cheesy, and chunky sauce you will ever find. The sauce started out runny, but once it makes contact with the chip, it just clings and wraps itself around it, making every bite full of flavor.
I hear the wine is great, as they are from Italy, but I would definitely come back for the food.
It's my first time to try En Tirage a few weeks ago with some of my friends and here is a breakdown of what we ordered:
For appetizers, we had the Mozzarella Balls and Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings. I liked the Lemon Pepper Chicken wings. It had the right balance of tang and savoury, and it is not also nakakaumay and its not too oily so I highly recommend giving it a try. The Mozzarella balls are meh.
Entrees: Tofu Steaks and Pork and Truffle Mushroom Pasta. I liked the Tofu Steak and Pork, although it was a bit sweet for my preference. The Truffle Mushroom Pasta was so-so,for me it's dry..adding cream or a little bit of pasta water would suffice but yeah, It's too bland and dry for me.
Mains: Paella Valenciana, Paella Negra and Glazed Baby Back Ribs. I love the Paella here, it has that nice "tutong" at the bottom which is what you really pay for in a paella. I like the Paella Negra than the Valenciana because the squid ink. But both of them are really good! Comparable to Arrozeria :) The Baby Back Ribs was also good, it was super tender! and the glaze had a nice balance of flavors :)
Pizza: Pepperoni Pizza and Margherita and Feta Pizza. Aside from the paella's one of my favorites here are these 2 pizzas. They were tasty and not too oily. I also liked the crust and the dough is made in house which is always a plus!
I had the Gallo Moscato (white wine) to pair with all of the dishes served. I chose White wines cause it compliments seafood better than Red wine (culinary 101). I liked the sweet and fruity notes of the wine. :)
PS. A BUCKET OF LOCAL BEER costs around 300php with FREE NACHO CHIPS W/ MARINARA ON THE FIRST BUCKET!! (what a steal!) and on WEDNESDAYS, it's Ladies Night! which means BUY 1, TAKE 1 on cocktails! (Choice between Sangria Carafe or Mojito Carafe)
They also have a promo:
EVERY SUNDAY AND MONDAY: they serve UNLIMITED WINE, BEER and WHISKEY.
TUESDAY and FRIDAY: UNLIMITED WINE (Italy, Chile and California Wine)
WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY: UNLIMITED BEER (Local and Imported)
THURSDAY: UNLIMITED WHISKEY
Good concept of providing value for money unlimited choice of beers or whisky or wine. The cheaper options of either local beer or White & Mackay Whisky or Italian wine are just 399 pesos unlimited.
Food options are decent
En Tirage (En-Ti-haj) is a Spanish-Italian inspired restaurant with all day Filipino breakfast in their menu.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings (Php285) it’s packed with flavors. The tangy taste was overpowering for me though.
❤️ Grilled Gambas in Garlic Pepper Sauce (Php385) A must try! Shrimp was cooked to perfection plus the sauce was just heaven.
❤️ Paella Valenciana (Php655) Another must try in my book. The rice itself was delicious and couldn’t help get another serving.
Paella Negra (Php670) The rice was under cooked and it lacked flavor on it’s own unless you pair it with one of the seafood or meat ingredients.
Margherita and Feta Pizza (Php450) I kinda liked it. Great with wine.
❤️ Glazed Baby Back Ribs (Php290) I want my baby back, baby back. Meat was tender with sweet and savory taste.
Crispy Pork Knuckles (Php570) it was a bit difficult to chew. I had to dip it in vinegar to soak it, hoping it will soften the meat. No. It doesn’t work that way.
❤️ Baked Ziti (Php270) I could honestly finish this by myself. It was cheesy and somewhat meaty too.
If you have difficulties which dish works well with alcohol don’t fret they got you covered on their menu. There are icons on the menu to show you pairs well with the food.
For those who enjoy unlimited drinks, they offer unlimited wine, beer and whiskey:
Sunday & Monday - All unlimited wine-beer-whiskey
Tuesday & Friday - unlimited wine (Italy (Php490), Chile (Php550) and California (Php590))
Wednesday & Saturday - unlimited beer (Local (Php499) and Imported (Php699))
Thursday - unlimited whiskey (Whyte and Mckay (Php499) and JW Black (Php799))
I had some difficulties finding this restaurant and Angelo (one of the owners) said they adding one sometime this year.
Im glad that I was in en tirage. It is dubbed as the house of unli since they offer lots of unlimited drinks. All I can say is WOW. It is really unbelievable.
En Tirage's (en-tihaj) name is borrowed from the french so take note of the h.
My top picks (not in any particular order):
1. Truffle Mushroom Pasta - Just wow. A carbonara like pasta (but believe me its better) without meat but you won't feel that there are no protein. It is really delicious. :)
2. Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings - It may not be saucy but it is sosi. Get it? Now puns aside, this chicken wings are cooked right and the balance of the fruitiness of lemon and saltiness are balanced. This is the type of food you will be wanting more.
3. Tofu Steak with Pork Belly - This is our favorite. At first you will think that the steak is a meat but no its a deliciously breaded tofu. The sauce is something that you would pair rice with. I would like to order one again please?
4. Paella Negra - Last but not the least because it is one of the beast. Okay no more rhymes. I love the paella negra's seafood taste. They perfected a paella that is not too dry and not too saucy that will make you get more and more.
5. Mozarella Balls - It is a good appetizer and a wine pair
And did I mention that they are the #houseofunli? They got lots of unlimited drinks from wine, to whisky, beer etcetera. You may want to bring your alcohol loving friends here because they will definitely love it! Located at the Mandala Park along Shaw Blvd. just seek and thou shalt find.
Our itchy feet and unending battle with food brought us to En Tirage at Mandala Park, Shaw Boulevard. This was not our first time at Mandala Park as we used to visit this place during their weekend market last December. En Tirage is a good place to dine and drink all you want. They have delicious paella which costs less than P700.00 that can be shared by three or four people. My favorite dish so far is the Paella Negra, it was a love and hate relationship over this dish. Love as it satisfy my taste bud, hate (yourself) as you can’t resist to get extra servings to your plate because this was a damn good paella! The rice itself was tasty plus the toppings like the sausage, shrimp, squid, oysters and egg make it more special.
En Tirage (pronounced as en-ti-haj) describes the first bottling step which turns a new wine into champagne or sparkling wine. This few months old simple Filipino-Spanish restaurant deserves to be discovered as they have satisfying dishes and even offers unlimited wine. Yup! You read it right folks, they have different enticing promos everyday!
The owners of En Tirage named the restaurant as such due to it being the first step in making wine.
- Mozzarella Balls
An excellent starter. Crunchy crust gives way to warm, gooey cheese. It also comes with a tomato sauce that reminds me of marinara sauce. Dip it in and drop it in your mouth to experience a pleasurable combo of sweet, salty, and sour.
- Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
I love this dish. The chicken is juicy and peppery all the way to the meat. Squeeze some lemon juice from the accompanying lemon slices for that extra zing.
- Tofu Steaks and Pork
I was surprised when this dish first came out as I thought the tofu steaks were fish fillets. Cutting into them revealed the tasty truth. Combine it with the peppery pork for maximum flavor.
- Glazed Baby Back Ribs
The ribs are bursting with flavor and comes with a sauce similar to its glaze. I like pairing it up with the paella below to give my palette a contrast of flavor.
- Margherita and Feta Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza
The pizza has a crunchy crust, and it contrasts with the soft cheese and sauce. The feta and pepperoni provide a salty flavor and the basil leaves in the margherita pizza are accompanied by a green sauce that reminds one of pesto. That is something new for me and it works.
- Paella Valenciana and Paella Negra
This is the pride and joy of En Tirage and I like to cover it with lemon juice. The paella negra is my personal favorite. I never had one like it before, and it has a mild flavor that does not overwhelm first timers like me. I suggest having this as a main dish when visiting. The clams, shrimp, and sausage also suffice as a good viand when wanting to order fewer items.
Located in Mandala Park, Shaw Blvd. this place is very easy to find. It has a lot of great restaurants to choose from and one of them would be En Tirage. They are called house of unlimited for a reason and one of that would be unlimited wine every Tuesdays and Fridays. Price ranges from 490-590. Perfect for a chill night out with your girlfriends.
When it comes to food, they also have a lot to offer. For appetizer, we had the Mozzarella Balls, fried perfectly. Tasted great with their tomato sauce.
The Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings was so good too. It was crispy and every bite gives you a taste of lemon which makes it more delightful to eat.
The Tofu Steaks and Pork would be one of favorites. The saltiness and sweetness of it makes it all the more interesting. I just wish their tofu would be a bit crispy because that's how I want my tofu to be but maybe you could request for it.
They have 2 choices of Paella, Valenciana and Negra. Both are actually good but for me, Paella Negra was one of the best I had. They generously topped it with seafoods and crispy pork. Its serving was also huge so it is very much worth the price.
Now for the Glazed Baby Back Ribs, it was very tender but it tasted too salty for me.
I love the Margherita and Feta Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza. The crust were thin and crispy too. Toppings were evenly distributed.
Another favorite would be the Truffle Mushroom Pasta. It was creamy, pasta was al dente and truffle just smells so good. China

Ever wondered what "En Tirage" meant? Well "En Tirage" is a French term, describing the first bottling step which turns a new wine into champagne or sparkling wine. This restaurant in Mandaluyong is definitely a hidden gem!
Their menu with great offerings, and unbelievable all day unlimited promos can't be missed.
The restaurant immediately gave me a good impression the moment I went in. It's ambience is simple yet cozy, and it's the perfect place to enjoy some wine after a long day's work. Servers were knowledgeable in giving the specific information that we asked for and they were also very accommodating and friendly. I had the same feeling for the owners as well. I was excited to taste, picture and review the different dishes that they had to offer.
We began the day with some appetizers. We had the Lemon Pepper Wings, Mozzarella balls, and Tofu Steak & Pork Belly. Everything looked delicious, but the appetizer that really caught my eye was the Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings, they actually looked like perfect shaped hearts! 💕 The wings had a nice tangy flavor from the Lemon Pepper powder and every bite gave my tongue an enjoyable tingly sensation. I was impressed that the chicken was still very tender and crunchy after minutes of taking pictures of the other dishes.
Although En Tirage focuses mainly on Spanish and Filipino dishes, they also offered pizza. We had 2 kinds, the Pepperoni Pizza and Margherita & Feta Pizza. Both pizzas are thin-crusted and the toppings on top are consistent. I recommended trying the Margherita Pizza, which has a thin buttery crust that's smothered with their signature tomato sauce, topped with fresh tomatoes, pesto, mozzarella and feta cheese. A simple yet hearty combination. However, If you're not a fan of the classic Margherita, you can also try their Pepperoni Pizza which also has a thin buttery crust that's smothered with their signature marinara sauce, topped with sliced Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. A better choice if you're a person who loves meat.
Since we were carb loading that time (lol) we tried some of their pasta too. We had the Truffle Mushroom Pasta. The creamy truffle sauce was good, but nothing extraordinary. The pasta was Al Dente, and that to me, is what matters most.
To complete our meal, we were offered some main courses as well. We had 2 kinds of Paella, the Valenciana (tomato sauce| seafood broth) and Negra (squid ink| meat broth) and also their Glazed Baby Back Ribs. The Paella "Negra" I would have to say, was the dish that I recommend most. The presentation was rustic and the toppings on top were consistent. The rice had a nice dark black color as expected and it also had this wonderful texture where you could still feel the grain of rice on your tongue. The texture of a perfect Paella is hard to achieve, but I believe En Tirage has nailed it's texture. I would like to comment on their crunchy rice at the side, it was definitely best part! The rice itself was very flavorful and the crisp pork belly on top complimented the rice very well. Serving size for their Paella is big, and it's absolutely affordable.
I would definitely come back to En Tirage with my family and recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

It’s rare for us to go out after work because of a few considerations. Depleted energy level, the traffic that we will be facing if we decide to go out and of course our foremost reason is, to go home right away and spend time with our baby. But there are instances when all considerations allow us to try out something new. It was on a Saturday when we had to work half day which meant there was still energy to go out, the traffic was not bad and the little one was with us. Perfect, isn’t? Well, another good thing also was, we visited a new place that was just close to our workplace. So… Yehey for that! Join us as we EATSperience En Tirage, in this edition of EATSplorations!
What we had:
Paella Valenciana
Lasagna Verde
Margherita Feta Pizza
Angus Rib Eye Steak
BUFFALO WINGS
RIBS
My favorite of course are Lasagna Verde and Margherita Pizza.
Family fave are Paella, Steak, Buffalo Wings and Ribs.
Food is very good. Servers are friendly. Chill ambiance.
I was so happy to have dined in this place. My team's ultimate goal is to try different and new restaurants atleast once a month. En Tirage did not fail me.
Food: 10 out of 10- try the Buffalo wings, Steak, Pesto Pasta and Cheese platter. All tasted fantastic
Price- 10 out of 10- super cost effective. They have unlimited wine which was fantastic
Staff- 10 out of 10- super accommodating
Place- 10 out of 10- cozy and quiet
We will definitely go back again ☺

The food was delicious!
We ordered baby back ribs (for my dad) and Fried chicken (for me!) . The sauce in the ribs are to die for! The ribs itself is super soft you don't need a steak knife. The fried chicken was delicious and the skin was super crispy! The The service was also stunning and I cant wait to come back despite the fact Im still here! They may sell unlimited wine and beer but the place is still child friendly. Sorry for the fried chicken 🍗 photo the food looked so good I forgot to take a picture! Reading a long article about En Triage is definitely worth it because of the mouth melting taste.

Best pre-vday experience! Aside from the food that is so delish, the owners are so hands-on to assist whatever it is we need. We heard good reviews from friends and they never failed us. Definitely will come back!
I've been hearing a lot about this new Restaurant near my mom's place. I saw good posts in social media so I asked my brother to take me here at En Tirage. We ordered Paella Negra, Baked Scallops, Tbone Steak, Unlimited Whiskey for my brother and good chadonnay wine for her girlfriend.
I was so impressed! Everything we had was so good. I love eating paella and for the record this is the best paella I've ever tasted. Tbone steak is big and very tender, scallops is delicious too. I can't wait to try the paella valenciana next time I visit. The place is cozy, service is fantastic. Staff are always smiling and attentive. I wish I could extend my vacay here in PH and visit more often for unlimited wine.
It was hard to believe that a resto would offer unli wine so when we found out about En Tirage, my friends simply could not let it pass. We ordered the buffalo wings and it was delicious! The unli wine was just as satisfying, just hope they dont get bankrupt because we had so many refills
My husband and I tried the T-bone steak and it was huge and succulent! Definitely worth the price. Perfect for pairing with their unlimited wine. Needless to say, we had a great, filling night in their nice and cozy place.
Tried this new place and I like the menu choices. I could only try a few and have posted the pics but will surely try new ones when I go back. Place is comfy and the staff are courteous.
They have unlimited wine, beer and whiskey options but have not tried them.
Surely a great addition to the area.
