I rarely eat at Cyma. But whenever I do, I order their Lamb Fricasee because I am sure that it will not disappoint nor will it be undercooked.
This dish in particular isn't greasy nor oily despite it being generous in sauce at times. Also, the Lamb Meat is fork tender and chewable.
Although the sofa on the side, near the kitchen counter (where the decorative bottles are) is messy because it was filled with some moomoo from the previous customers.
I always enjoy eating at Cyma! They have really excellent greek food which leaves you satisfied everytime you dine here.
Absolutely loved the experience at dining at Cyma at Shangrilla plaza. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Slightly on the expensive side, but offers value for the buck! Only possible con I could think of was that the place was overcrowded and had to wait for sometime before being seated. (But was absolutely worth the wait).

Tono Salata - "Nicoise" tuna salad. The tuna is fresh and just seared so it's still raw in the middle. Then you have the lettuce, feta cheese, eggs, potatoes, beans, onions etc that make this salad our favorite!
I love the Souvlakis!
We usually get the fish (really fresh), lamb, beef and chicken. Serving size is a lot better than other restaurants.
Get a pasta!
We usually get the Angel Hair with Clams and the Osso Bucco pasta.
Firat time trying greek food and first time eating here. And i was not disappointed. I enjoyed it. The customer service is also amazing despite the number of customers they were serving. The serving of food is great and tastes amazing.
Great place for healthy vegetarian-friendly meals. We loved the sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts in our salad, but we noticed they put less walnuts than before. It was our first time to try the vegetable youvetsi and it did not disappoint. Each spoonful had generous servings of Mediterranean vegetables. It took a while to be served though so better order one of the many appetizer offerings they have on the menu. Our server, John, was patient and attentive and took time to explain the dishes as my tita tried to remember the name of the appetizer she had ordered before — it was the tzatziki!
Good food. Fast service... price is right for the serving, service and ambiance... the staff are very accomodating.
Loved their lamb and salad.

Cyma is one of my go to restaurants for delicious and healthy food. The roka salata is usually my staple, with the delightful mix of lettuce, arugula, candied walnuts and dried tomatoes. Tip: always opt for grilled octopus as a topping. Even with a single sized serving, it's good for two people if you order a second dish.
The angel hair clam pasta is delicious as well. I liked the fresh taste of the clams combined with butter and lemon. The sauce is a bit thin so make sure to pour it evenly on the noodles to ensure maximum taste delivery. The serving of clams was generous so it's value for money. However, one thing lacking was herbs to enhance the flavor more.
The feta cheese was served with two slices of sourdough bread. The bread wasn't enough, so we used the feta as topping for the pasta. Heavenly taste without the guilt. Will definitely be back for more.
Service was okay, especially the manager who was very attentive to our needs. May take time to be served especially if the place is full.
King Crab Legs pasta was divine. Kalamarakia was amazing. The House Salad was surprisingly good even with the walnuts. The Seafood Makatonada and the Seafood Yiouvetsi were tasty. The serving portions were huge and were good value for money.
However, service needs improvement. We had to ask several times before we were approached.

Woah... it was quite an experience. Don't get me wrong, it's just food. However, it was some next-lvl sht.
I've had Say-Goodbye-to-Shawarma aka Lamb Gyro (₱410). It's freaking expensive but totally worth it. The meat is nice and tender (but not too tender), the bread is filled with green healthy yumminess. The bread itself is soft and thick, holding everything together and never letting it go. The gyro comes with fries. I mean, a *lot* of fries. Not overcooked, not soggy, just a nice healthy fat pack o'fries. A wonderful addition to this spicy sauce that they serve you. Don't be fooled by the amount of the sauce. It's just about right because it's so spicy.
I've also had Watermelon with Feta cheese. I'd honestly rename this meal to Watermelon with Pine nuts because there was barely any cheese but a lot of nuts. That's an interesting combination, though, and the price tag is justifiable because those pine nuts are damn expensive. Overall, it's a perfect appetiser. I munched and didn't notice how it ran out. Yes, it was that fast.
To complete the perfection there was that final touch to my belly: the melon shake. Nice, ripe and fresh. Just perfect. Oh, and the water they serve, it's mineral water, not tap piss that 90% of places serve as house water.
I rolled over my buns to the exit very slowly because I was stuffed like a baboy. Looking forward to eating there again!

Kidding aside, eating at this restaurant was a great experience on many aspects. The staff were friendly and their workplace camaraderie adds a warm touch to the place. The ambiance itself was rustic and cozy due to the Greek inspired decor. They have good attention to detail.
As for the food:
Watermelon Feta appetizer-- I loved this one. I thought the combination was a little odd (watermelon, cheese, olive oil, basil, pine nuts). In the end, it was like an ensemble cast in my palate. I really recommend this if you're not too adventurous with food but you still want to try new flavor combos. 10/10
Calamari Gyro with a side of fries - OK this is about the gyro but the fries were more than just a sidekick. More than just a Robin to Batman. More than just Barnacle Boy to Mermaid Man. It's by far the best fries I've had. Sorry Ronald McDonald. Anyway, the calamari was really the hero of the dish. Tender on the inside, crispy outside, no rubbery consistency, and perfectly seasoned. Ramsay would be proud. 10/10
Although their food is pricey, it is really worth it because of the taste and serving size. Some dishes that I love are their Solomos pasta which is really flavorful and tasty, and their Hirini Brizola which is really tender.
Special request from the piggery - meat please.
I was trying to eat less pork and more greens. So our selected restaurant has to have both meat for the carnivores (piggery) and greens for the herbivore (me and the hubby) ...
The only legit Greek restaurant I know in Manila. I’ve eaten here so many times and they never disappoint. Whatever you order on their menu, you can be assured of fresh, high quality and delicious meals every time! In the photos were their lamb souvlaki and a lamb burger with a thick slice of feta on top of the juicy patty.

Taste: Spicy, flavourful and something to remember. I always request for extra hot sauce and I like how different dips are served.
Price: Ideal for sharing, you won’t go wrong with their best selling gyro. Tender meat! For an average spend of P700, you will want to try them out once in a while.

My all time favorite Greek restaurant. I have been to this branch for several occasions and so far it has still been consistent with food quality and good service. They serve healthy and delicious dishes from starters, mains and dessert selection. Whenever I visit their trinoma branch I never failed to order my favorite chicken gyro and chicken souvlaki but this time I just wanted something light so I ordered mushroom soup and salad.
This is a must go restaurant and I would definitely recommend this place to those who want to eat something healthy. Quite pricey but worth the buck! The waiters here are really very accommodating and kind. One of the highlights of dining here is their fast and exceptional service. We also love going to Cyma in Greenbelt. Both are consistent. Service is good too.

It has been a long time since I enjoyed my gyro and salad in Cyma. For some reason last week, I craved for something Greek so hubby and I opted to visit them again.
Food is still great, and needless to say, my cravings were more than satisfied. Here’s a list of what we ordered:
1. Spinach artichoke fondue - This is one of my favorite starters in any restaurant, but theirs is a bit more special because they serve both toast and pita bread with the dip.
2. Chicken souvlaki for me and beef souvlaki for hubby - Since it was a late lunch, we had rice instead of the usual pita bread. The rich flavors are evident in every bite, and the meat was so tender and juicy. We liked the chicken variant better, though. I especially liked the salad on the side.
3. Mango yogurt shake for me and plain yogurt shake for hubby - Both could have used a little more sugar :)
Food doesn't come out fast but it's worth the wait! Beef is perfectly cooked. Paella is perfect, though I find it a bit oily. Overall experience especially their customer service even offering to squeeze the lemons for you is awesome!!
We ordered Chicken Gyros and Moussaka. I've been to Greece twice and it was just like being in Greece again. It tastes very authentic. I'm really excited to go back here again, because the food was so good. Btw the fries are super duper delicious as well! But I wish they served more fries with the dish. Try it or you'll regret it haha.
Cyma has always been in our list of favorite restaurants. We love their food, the service is always good and the ambiance is great.
Try the Flaming Cheese Saganaki and have an "OPA!" experience! For the appetizer, try the Spinach Artichoke Fondue. It's served with bread and homemade pita. Whenever we order this, we always request to change the bread to pita as well. Solomos Pasta is one of the dishes that we usually order. We love that they use angel hair pasta because it doesn't make the dish too filling. We prefer the Chicken Souvlaki over the Lamb Souvlaki. The chicken was juicy and tender, compared to the lamb which was a bit tough.

Before oppa was ever associated to hot korean hearththrobs, came CYMA! Opa!!! Roka Salata is just so clean. The gyros and souvlakis are must try. This is not the place to eat pasta for me but all the other I've tried are perfect.
Definitely a favorite! I give this a 5, despite the price range because the overall experience is so worth it. Greek food - pasta, soup, salad, fish wrap, and veggie moussaka - lots to choose from and all good! 😊
This is still one of our favorite restaurant in the Metro. We love their roka salata. The dressing is perfect and complements the candied walnut and parmesan cheese. We also like their lamb paidakia. It is chargrilled to give it a bitter taste that goes well with the lamb. Put a dash of lemon and it will make the taste of the lamb better. We also got their clam pasta and it was also good. For dessert, we also love their skolatina but during this visit, we were not able to get one since we were so full already.

I wanted something light for lunch one day and decided to get the steamed mussels from Cyma. What I like about this dish is the simplicity of it. No frills, just garlic, onion and tomatoes with mussels makes a flavorful broth that is perfect to bread dipping. Each mussels has the briny taste that makes seafood so enjoyable. Greek Clams Past (P600, sharing) it has lots of clams, angel hair pasta, parsely, white wine and lemon. Sharing is quite big but we almost finished it. This is how good this pasta is.
Verdict: solo size in this place is quite big. Like the tonnos salata which can be shared by 3-4 pax. This time lets make an exception, we ordered sharing size of Greek Clams yet we almost finished it. This place has great meals to try esp when you're looking for something healthy. I've tried Cyma before but I was disappointed. Its a good thing a colleague of mine knows what to order in this place so I gave this another chance. We ordered the following: (disclaimer: my memory is failing me now so bear with me with the menu names)
Salad - dressed with vinaigrette (surprisingly its on the sweet side) and with shreds of cheese, sundried tomatoes and candied walnuts. Surprisingly good cause I usually don't like vinaigrette
Pasta - basically pasta with salmon. The pasta is not extra ordinary but I like how the ingredients complemented each other which makes it very tasty.
Porkchops - an inch-thick pork chop which i must say is tender and is flavorful. The meat is not dry at all. A must try
Moussaka - its ground pork with eggplant topped with greek bechamel sauce. I like the pork and the eggplant but the bechamel sauce? Not really. Just an ordinary dish for me
Cheese/spinach fondue - i love the taste but since the appetizer arrived late, i was already full thus wasn't really able to enjoy it
I will definitely go back again since I already know what to order 😊

Chicken Gyro (P330) - highly recommended!! We super liked the flavors of this wrap from the very first bite. There's a good amount of meat and veggies, and the sauce was delicious. Crispy fries and dip were also served on the side. Really great value!
Overall, great food made even better with exceptional service (thanks to Mr. Jem). They have big food serving, their solo size is already good for 2. Would love to come back again for the chicken Gyro and try their other food as well.
Our tryst with Cyma started in Greenbelt, and it continues here. My wife and I have been a constant visitor to this place. The quality of food is very high and consistent. The service seems a tad lower, compared to the Greenbelt one. But the flaming whoppas are loud and uplifting as usual! Cyma is a no-brainer choice for the two of us. Keep it up guys!
Love roka salata - salad that has sun-dried tomatoes, candied walnuts (i dont even like walnuts but this is an exception!), arugula, lettuce, cheese...it's so good and healthy too!

Oppa! This word added to the excitement of eating here. It provided more with the great food they served with such great taste. I would say that the Pastisado was very rich in taste and flavorful! The kebab with it's spicy sauce provided such a kick to my tastebud complemented with thirst-quenching drinks. It definitely satisfied my hungry stomach ! Will be back soon.

Waiter said they grind their meat onsite and per order so it took a while but worth the wait.
Always a favorite. My family ordered roka salata (sharing), clam pasta (sharing), 2 chicken gyro, 1 chicken souvlaki, 1 lamb gyro and 1 pork chop. Roka salata could have had more walnuts but the dressing was good enough, the clam pasta had more clams than pasta but still tasty, the gyros had a lot of meat which is good and didnt really need any sauce (but the chili sauce was divine!), the souvlaki is always a winner and the prok chop, 2 big chunky pieces are so worth the price.
Roka Salata is really the Best! I can eat it alone ... I keep on coming back just to eat the Salad. My last visit last December 12,2015 was a blast! They gave us a complementary ice cream since we (esp my companion) is a frequent customer!
Opppaaaa!!! Is that what they shout? I forgot! My favorite salad house...their Roka Salata is definitely heaven for me, love all the ingredients they put in their. Tried their gyros plates as well---salmon, chicken and pork kebab...all so delicious. The spinach rice was a new discovery, a must-try!
Their Roka salata is the best. We order it for take out many times. Their shaved Parmesan and flaming cheese are also a must try. If you're willing to splurge, the filet mignon is also really good and I believe worth the price.

Its feels like youre in an authentic greek restaurant. The food is nice and you'll definitely feel the Mediterranean vibe in the restaurant itself. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, with their smiles and all. I would definitely go back for more of their dishes
The desire to visit Cyma started with their Roka Salata. It's simple mixture of greens, Parmesan and candied walnuts, sundried tomatoes in greek vinaigrette. It's a must have. Their gyros are better than your usual pick in other Mediterranean restos. I also like their pork chop and greek salad. One of the negatives I can share is that the price is high based on the amount they give ya.
Our very first Cyma experience was absolutely amazing. The food captures real greek taste that you'll keep craving until your next visit.
I was hesitant at first because of the really pricey food but when I got to see and try their food, I was immediately inlove with it. The serving is huge, we even got to take it out. Try their pork chop slab. It's also a must to order salad.

Cyma is exceptionally one of the few best greek restaurants in manila. Aside from their creative dishes may it be the roka solata, beef/steak souvlaki, hummus. This restaurant does not disappoint customers. We recently tried a new pasta dish forgot the name! Picture is posted below. The best pasta creation from them soo far. Very addictive. You know that feeling when you want to go back to a restaurant for another serving the next day! That's how the pasta is! Delicious!! will definitely come back here soon👍👍
I met up with an old friend here the other day and she suggested to have their grilled pork chops and I ordered hummus for appetizer.
The hummus was good as expected and I was surprised that the pita bread was hot. It was a good starter although it almost filled me up.
When the porkchops arrived they looked scrumptious. It was bathing in its own juices with roasted potatoes on the side (you can choose your side dish). It was a bit firm but it was not tough enough to give jaw cramps. The cured sweetness was light to the palate and I think it could have been more delicious if it was cured for a longer period of time. There wasn't that much fat but the remaining thin layer of it was really good enough to indulge in.
I would return and try their other menu items.
With its ambiance and the food. It captures the greek we have been looking for. ;) It's been a long time since I went to this place, but I will definitely come back and shout Oppppaaa~ 👍🏼

Food - This is what I call Kebab! At least here in Manila. Partner and I tried this one afternoon. We were craving for something not ordinary and we made a very good decision. Looking at the menu just overwhelmed me. Usually I find it bad. We went for Gyros, lamb and chicken. Then we saw this magical presentation with fire and all of the servers were exclaiming "Opa!" its a freaking cheese! So yes that is a must. Damn it is delicious and worth being burned. Haha! The servings are great. We were so full. The lamb tastes lamb. The texture was really nice. You know that you are eating real meat. I almost did not finish my plate. My partner also liked her chicken. Tasty and served fresh.
Sevice - Great! Staff members are attentive and looks like they are having fun doing their jobs.
Ambiance - really nice. I felt comfortable. Temperature is good and you won't smell like food when you leave.

Opa! This greek restaurant is one of my fave. I always ask for their seafood paella and caramelized pears chopped salad. If you love cheese then you must try their flaming cheese and dips as well.
My taste buds got crazy on Cyma food! For first timers we ordered grilled small plate sampler (pacific baby scallops, octopus, shrimp and green chillies), Kotopoulo Lemonato (Greek chicken Adobo) and short ribs stifado (Greek beef stew) served with huge bell pepper rice (Yemista). Greek food at its best! Very good service crew, fast and knowledgeable about their food. We will definitely come back and try new dishes.
My brother is hard to please and ever since he was still young, he has always been a picky eater -- Even now that he's a fully grown man and has a very strict diet (being an athlete entails healthy living), always on the calorie watch. I'm happy that Cyma serves healthy and delicious food choices. Our favorites are their watercress pasta, roka salata, kebabs, hummus and their pita! I love ordering saganaki too (how they serve it to you is another story - I won't tell why, just ask for their saganaki next time you're at Cyma) 😉 Our family are regulars here -- great food, attentive staff, quick service!

In Australia I lived in a community with a high concentration of Greeks, so growing up I was exposed to their food and fell completely in love with it! Similar to the Pinoy culture for Greeks food is always a celebration, a great chance to get together and share a meal. Cyma always delivers that experience for me - they serve hearty food and provide a welcoming environment. Definitely one of my top 5 favourite places to eat in the Philippines! Their beef souvlaki is amazing (my fave!) - It is marinated in wine and tomatoes and grilled to perfection making it tender and juicy... I always have mine with their own honey mustard (liquid crack!) And their chili sauce to give it another dimension.

So come to cyma, bring the family or the barkada. They have massive plates to share of pasta and salads with a variety of mezze (greek pica pica). Their meat and seafood are superb... and make sure you make room for dessert! Try the kataifi and the baklava.

This pioneer Greek restaurant is another family favorite. I cannot count anymore the number of times I've eaten at Cyma in the past years. The food and service are consistently very satisfactory!
The Spinach and Artichoke Fondue and Roka Salata are always on our table. My personal favorite is the Baby Clams Angel Hair Pasta and whenever it isn't available, it should be the very rich and savory Pastisado.
Another dish that is becoming our new main dish is the Chicken and Seafood Yiouvetsi (pronounced as yoo-vet-see), a Greek version of paella valenciana but instead of rice, the orzo (rice-shaped pasta) is used. You'll hardly know the difference. They also have the vegetable and lamb varieties for this dish.
