The slight twists they put on pinoy desserts are just right. It doesn’t overwhelm or change the taste of classics we love.

I ordered Patis Wings and Sinigang na baboy through foodpanda. I love the hint of calamansi and pepper in their chicken and that amazing glaze, caramel patis is extraordinary. I love that sweet and salty matched with caramel flavor, it goes really well with their chicken. I super love it. Sinigang is good too, i love how they're being generous with vegetables in it.

Recommended by friends and been dying to go here since last year and finally! Had a catching up with my favorite person here last night (too bad she’s not into Filipino comfort food) and my I ate a LOT.

So let’s start with the ambiance, when we got there it’s packed by families & friends. Not surprised though because sunday is well, family day & holiday season so... crowded but not looking chaotic. White & gold interiors made it look clean, spacious & classy.

I ordered seafood kare kare, caramelized chicken wings in patis & puto bumbong with muscovado butter while my friend ordered ube sago & frozen brazo de mercedes. I kinda had a feeling that the servings are gonna be generous so I opted for small sizes only and true enough, their small bowl of seafood kare kare is good for two people already! Nothing disappointed me to be honest. Food was great & I fell in love with the kare kare sauce consistency & right amount of sweet-salty taste of the caramelized chicken wings in patis. I was planning to try the laksa (recommended by a friend) but totally forgot about it due to soooo many food to choose from the menu (will definitely go back to try this dish & the butterfly pla-pla!)

Actually five star but we were seated outside and a noisy spot since a lot of shoppers are passing by so 4 stars for now.

The lamb adobo was excellent, sour and sweetness is battling in your mouth. The lamb was so tender. The sisig was nice too. I don't normally eat sisig, but the sisig here is so crunchy and tasty. The laing was average. The lumpiang bicol express was amazing. Not your usual lumpia, it was spicy but not too much. Overall it was a great experience. As per the setting, it was great for family. The ambience was nice.

Pancit sisig is my new favorite dish :) Perfect twist of two Filipino faves. Sisig was crunchy and the pancit had the right saltiness. The garlic crispy pata is your usual crispy pata... nothing outstanding here.

The halo-halo is good... I liked the ube ice cream and leche flan. However, the chunks of shaved ice were a buzzkill since it was hard to melt and made mixing the ingredients tedious.

Service was great.

Manam cafe in Megamall is a great place to bring your local and foreign friends. It tends to have a long line but they will give you water and popcorn sometimes while waiting.

The watermelom beef rib sinigang is what is unique here so better try it, together with their famous crispy house sisig.

We ordered the garlicky chicken and pork adobo and im not a fan. Their gising gising vegetable is also good. And dont forget to order that ube sago shake which is so good!

Overall, food is definitely 'panlasang pinoy' (suits the tastebuds of the filipinos). The good thing about almost all dish is that it comes in S, M and L sizes. However, there might be some dish that foreigners may find too salty so give them a headsup.

This is definitely my go-to place for Filipino food... with a twist. They have the classics I need: the to-die-for sisig and the batchoy. Service-wise, oh, amazing despite the influx of customers. The price and long waiting lines are worth it for me. I suggest coming in during non-peak hours (best is between 2-5pm) for instant seating.

I’ve been to several Manam branches before last August 10. It’s now my go to Filipino restaurant
to meet up with balikbayan family and friends and also to introduce Filipino cuisine to foreigners.

Of course, what stands out as a favorite dish to order is the Crispy Sisig. I have yet to meet someone who has not liked this Manam favorite. Among the others that I liked and would order again is their Overloaded garlic Bangus belly, Watermelon sinigang, Kare-kare, Laksa style halaan soup, Baby squid in olive pil and garlic.

There are some dishes that I wouldn’t order again but there is so much more on the menu that I want to try! I am already planning what to order the next time I go to Manam.

Some suggestions though:
1) Pls indicate for how many persons your servings are. We always find the servings for new ordered dishes bitin.

2) Your servers are attentive but i hope you can train them to be more warm and friendly. That would complete the whole Filipino hospitality experience.

3). I love your Ube+sago but i fine it too sweet and too thick in consistency. It’s just like eating melted ice cream with sago in a glass. If you can find a way to reduce the sweetness and make the consistency less thick, it would be perfect already.

Overall, I always have a great experience eating at Manam. No bad service experience.

I've heard a lot of positive reviews especially to their signature sisig, thus I've been meaning to try it out. Fortunately, a friend of mine who returned from abroad for a vacation is having lunch with me so we decided to finally try out Manam. The long queues from all their branches speaks for itself. We ordered medium size sisig and medium size palabok. Undescribable! That's what I immediately thought of after having my first bite on both dishes. Both were crazily good. The noodles from the palabok was chewy and it wasn't that thin like the usual. There were a lot of shrimps in it too. The egg, they cooked it wonderfully. It was like the egg from ramen. Hard boiled but not dry. The sisig was amazing. Hint of crunchiness and umaminess. It was plainly wonderful. For dessert, I had their ube sago. It wasn't bad. It tastes like ube ice cream blended with sago. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and plan on visiting again soon.

July 20, 2019, Saturday. It is the last day of our inventory audit count and I again had the urge to treat my staff to a final encouraging meal. I know for a fact that this last count is a bit troublesome because of the small bits I heard from the our client's grapevine. Anyway, I had to go to my Dermatologist before I went on to feed my people. That was from the Makati by the way and it was tiring as heck going back to Mandaluyong/Pasig! Therefore I was really looking forward to eat some good food in SM Megamall while keeping my cool to uplift the spirits of my dear staff for their final undertaking.

Manam Cafe is waaay busy! I didn't expect the number of patrons swarming this place! I was an hour late from our original time frame but I had one of my staff already fall in line ahead. I even coordinated beforehand what she should order and if she already had a spot or so for some few minutes before actually seating, she can order them right away in advance. The place was packed, but quite manageable.

First of, all the food were great! Tasty as what you expect from Filipino foods. They are an absolute treat. I'm impressed. I was also satisfied since the serving size were just quite right. We ordered Camaron Rebosado, Sinigang na Salmon sa Miso at Guyabano, Gising Gising, Crispy Beef Tadyang (the most expensive one), House Crispy Sisig and Puto Bumbong with Muscovado Butter for dessert.

Overall they were really good. My minor qualm only was the Crispy Beef Tadyang. I think it's too pricey for what it actually tastes like. I find it too salty and not that striking, but it didn't quite marred my experience. Just a thing to note of.

I'll emphasize this again. Service is quite important as how the food tastes too. Although I guess I'll give this place a bit of a slack, since that time it was quite packed. Our bill came quite a while. Also I called for a few times before our dessert was served. Other than that though it was an enjoyable food experience. I'll be bringing back some friends and family too next time!

Oh, kudos too for this establishment. I love how they presented their Menu in Zomato. It is very clear and bright. Good way to market your restaurant.

Love Manam forever! The food, the staff — always great. The watermelon sinigang always kind of cradles my soul :) Also, the sisig and the garlicky pork and chicken adobo are just to die for. You can't go wrong with Manam. This particular branch in Mega is well-lit and well-designed, can cater to both small and large groups.

First time to try Manam so here's my verdict, food is great! Tried their bestsellers the Watermelon Sinigang and Crispy Sisig; both dishes are very flavourful. I love the idea that they have this option to chose the amount of serving (S, M, L) you'll be able to try more from their menu.

The ambience is a bit crowded but it wasn't much of a big deal. The service, I noticed they are prompt on water refills which is good as well as serving time of food.

Dining experience was generally okay until the time we asked for the bill to this certain staff, twice/thrice. Then paid the bill using credit card, upon giving back the card and receipt also took A LOT of our time.

Would try Manam again next time on another branch maybe :)

I really enjoyed all the items we ordered. Serving size is just right. We had the ff for 5 people: Ensaladang Pako, Crispy Pata, Sizzling Bangus Belly Sisig, Brown Rice, Tinanpa Rice, Gata Leche Flan, Frozen Mango Brazo de Mercedes, Calamansi Tart, and then I also got a Camias + Lemongrass shake.

The Camias shake wasn’t super sour so it’s great, maybe the lemongrass balance it off. Pako was super fresh 👍🏻. I like the kick of “niyog” in the leche flan, reminding me of biko and other kakanin but with the softness and smoothness of leche flan. Everything else is also really good and I’ll recommend the frozen brazo de mercedes anytime. 😋

the place was really full when we went here, it was a little chaotic, i was very hungry, good thing they immediately served the salad, “ensaladang namnam” which was very very good, next they served the house crispy sisig which they are famous for and it did not disappoint, it was delicious as expected, we also ordered the watermelon sinogang, i liked that it was different, its sweet and sour, its good, actually. We also had the caramelized patis wings which was just ok, we had a better version of it somewhere. We had the calamansi tart for dessert. It was exceptionally good, loved it so much, it has the right sweetness, and tartness, you can really taste the calamansi, the torched sugar on top was also very good, this was the highlight of the meal, perfect palate cleanser. The staff were very accommodating, but we had to ask for things several times, but it was pretty understandable coz the place was really chaotic at the time with really a lot of people. Overall, we loved our dining experience :)

Ordered sisig, baby squid, sinigang na salmon, lechon kawali, puto bumbong, and halo-halo.

I don’t know how Manam does it but they take the humble Filipino food to irresistible heights. The wait is worth it when the quality is this good.

Never have I enjoyed Puto Bumbong the way I did tonight. Light and moist with muscovado, cheese, and grated coconut.

Can’t wait to try more!

Manam always serves the best Filipino food with a twist.

Number 1 on my top orders whenever in Manam is their Watermelon Sinigang. Good combination of sourness of tamarind and sweetness of watermelon. Even my father, who is good with food, agreed that it is indeed great!

I also love their House Crispy Sisig. And their Turon! 🤤

The best Filipino restaurant, for sure!

Hi manam cafe mega mall, i want to say that your team was so great and accommodating to all are needs. From the host station they guide and educate us in their seating Policy. At first i felt irritating coz they didn't consider my parents and grandparents. Eventually i realise that seating policy of manam cafe is for us customers to give or provide the best and comfortable seats for us, While were waiting for our tern, The guy in black long sleeve talks to us and tell us if we want to place our orders. To tell you honestly i don't have any ideas with your foods. Specially the sinigang with watermelon and the crispy palabok, well that guy captured our food preference. (Sorry for not remembering your name) after a few minutes that guy told us that we have a table, and the food will be coming shortly. While waiting with our food, the guy in black discuss us about their so called loyalty card. At first I'm not interested coz I thought the loyalty card is just a discount card. The guy continue educating and encourage us to avail the card, but there are some words who captures my attention. He told us about the mechanics of the points. "Its not just the points sir, let say you have already 10k points and you accidentally left your money. And the only thing in your bag is our loyalty card. You can pay your meals using that points. For me thats a good catch. Thank you guys for a great dining experience. We will definitely come back and try your other menus. Kuddos to Manam Cafe Megamall. We'll surely recommend you to our friends.

I love how Manam has these small portions perfect for a date night so you can get more options.
Sisig is my favorite dish and theirs is in my top 3. Very crispy and tasty! I found their small portion of crispy pata a bit pricey for its size. Their kare-kare, though tasty, had about 2 small chunks of meat - not much value for your money.
I also like that you can ask for soup refills at np extra cost.
This outlet has long lines on peak hours. Service was a bit slow too.
Though to be fair we've also tried it on a non peak hour, and service was ok.

This is my 2nd Manam branch I've been in. Great tasting food is consistent as with the 1st branch I went to. And the Ube Sago is superb which its finely shaved ice, taro bits and chewy sago pieces. What I don't understand is the long wait time outside the restaurant when the dining area is less than 50% filled and there are lot of staff who are not yet busy. The personnel in charge of seating said it's for them to match our headcount with the the table capacity. But more than 5 minutes wait time to decide where they should seat us when traffic is still low?

Consistently good service and food are Manam's best traits. For this outing, we had our usual order of Sinigang na Beef Short Ribs sa Watermelon, which you can ask for a FREE single round of soup refill! The Kare Kare may not be the best in Metro but can satisfy that peanut sauce craving you are hankering. Best with their Crispy Pata, large size please for sharing with the family. I've always been a fan of Moment Group's Manam. This was one of their first restaurant ventures after Cue. Abba Napa, Eliza Antonino and Jon Syjuco have worked magic and rode a magnificent wave to grow their restaurant business from obscurity in 2012 to being one of the major hitters in the food game now. Timing has something to do with it but I guess what each and every one of them brings to the table is a perfect example of synergy at work. I'm sure they have their disagreements but this group has got the Philippine restaurant market read and mastered up to now. The future is still anybody's game and the victor is the one who figures it out and adapts well, better and faster than everybody else.

Manam offers classics and twists to Filipino fare. It reveals how playful and imaginative they can get without forgetting the roots where all of these creations come from.

We got the Butterflied Plapla with Buro & Mustasa (P255). We also had the Sizzling Corned Beef Belly Kansi (P270). Plain rice was at P55, while the Ube Sago Shake was at P110 and the Ube Bibingka at P230.

This trio has impeccable tastebuds or whoever conducts their food tasting for them. Their dishes are delicious with layers upon layers of flavor and texture. Mustard greens with fermented rice and fish is pungent, salty, sweet and minty at the same time and when paired with the crispy, sweet, salty tilapia is perfect...just supply the rice. So with the thick, creamy, sour, sweet and tender corned beef belly kansi.

Their Ube Sago Shake is at the same level, creamy and delicious as Farmacy's Ube Shake but the addition of coconut milk infused sago is just genius and takes it another notch upwards.

Their Ube Bibingka has real halaya and coconut strands that makes the galapong with salted egg all the more interesting and unique. Just like what I said, this is one imaginative and creative lot.

I love Manam - love their sisig (of course) and many other dishes which we usually have for lunch or dinner. It’s my first time here in the Megamall branch though and also here for merienda / snack so I’m skipping our usuals.

My agenda really is to try the Ensaymada Sandwiches and they did not disappoint! I loved the Chorizo Ensaymada ‘Wich - it was tasty and filling!

And then the star was the Three Cheese Ensaymada ‘Wich with Raclette! I like raclette cheese, it can have a weird smell to some (as some cheeses do) but I’m used to it, and it makes a big difference in leveling up the cheesiness of the dish. It was worth the additional ₱110 for the melted raclette. The (other) best part for me was that there’s kesong puti inside too!

We also ordered the Super Arroz Caldo and Fresh Lumpiang Ubod which were both for my companion - they were so-so, not bad but nothing great.

I’m definitely going back for the Ensaymada ‘Wiches again and I need to try the rest of their new desserts like Kalamansi Tart and Buko Pie.

My officemates and I decided to treat ourselves some lunch
after a very stressful morning at work. Since Megamall is near our office, we
ended up going there and chose Manam since we have been hearing a lot of
positive feedback about it from our other officemates.

As soon as you enter the place, you will notice the change
in ambience, a good change. The place is definitely Instagram worthy. We were
immediately escorted to our seats and our server is already waiting for us. Our
server Jan showed us the menu and recommended some food which is exactly to our likings.

We tried crispy sisig, palabok, beef belly bulalo and sinigang short ribs & watermelon which are all to die for. Their food can definitely compete with those well known resto.

A very satisfactory experience, not without the help of our server, Jan. We're really grateful for all his help and recommendations. Our plan to treat ourselves had been fulfilled. Hopefully next time we'll encounter the same service as we had. We're already looking forward to try their other menu.

P.S. Don't forget to try their ube sago and buko pandan! Your meal won't be complete without those two.

This place is the morph of all Filipino restaurants and their Specialties, with a twist. Manam is a mixture of Via Mare, Gerry’s Grill, Abe and Sentro 1771 — more affordable and accommodating to different tummies. They serve a wide array of Filipino food choices and, surely you won’t be able to order everything in one visit, so I’d have to go back to try the things that looked exciting. At first glance, just from their menu, their food is already enticing. It was really good to feel as if you were able to try everything because of the portion size they have in store. Small, Medium and Large.

I highly expected a lot from the Beef Short Rib and Watermelon Sinigang and they pulled through. The Only meat that’s really good to pair up with the taste of the Sinigang is the Short Rib. They’ve perfectly chosen it. The sweetness of the soup is enveloped inside its sourness where the watermelon mimics the form of the tomato.

My aunt told me their House Crispy Sisig was the best she has ever tried and when I tried it, it was true to its name. It didn’t feel satiating at all because it was too crunchy to realize it was fat, or pork skin.

The Laksa Style Halaan with Crispy Sili Leaves and Mais is not short of clams. Though my mom noticed that some of hers were closed and was afraid to eat it. It may be that corn was canned but the soup was more on the coconut side and based the taste to Thai flavors as it feels it had tamarind for the soup.

The Inihaw na pusit was soft and just the right grill. I think it would have had the authentic flavor if Calamansi was used to “citrify” the seafood. But overall since we ordered small, maybe we were just left hanging. (Bitin) Price would have been Php 185 instead of Php 245, because it just felt a little overpriced since they just served one small piece of squid. If it were repriced it could be Php295, Php425 and Php545 for 2 pieces, 3 pieces and 4 pieces respectively If they served it with the same size as ours.

Manam is a great find in this era where every restaurant's goal is to be unique; a lovely Filipino resto with a twist indeed! It was almost a foregone opportinity as the lunch line was too long for a weekday. Luckily, the staff were able to seat us faster as there were only 2 of us. We ordered their special watermelon sinigang, crispy sisig, and grilled chicken. Their sinigang was really bursting with flavour; sweet, sour and salty at the same time, a wonderful treat. And their sisig, very crunchy! Would definitely come back for more.

Food: 4.5/5
Brilliant idea to have Small, Medium, and Large options! How thoughtful, really! And the taste and quality of food? Manam is reliably good. Period. I want to try ALL the dishes in the menu but so far amongst those I've tried are very good or acceptable at the very least. Nothing bad to say. Love the soup dishes, the laing, tokwa't baboy, crispy binagoongan, grilled pork, grilled squid, laksa, sisig of course, sinigang sa watermelon.

Ambiance: 4.5/5
Well lit area and even if it's a full house it's not cramped and too crowded. Has its own wash room. With waiting area and place to park strollers or wheelchairs

Service: 4/5
Quite slow but do be considerate since they have so many orders and customers at any given time. What is great about them is so far my experience, yun lang yung medyo off - the bagal of service sometimes. But the crew are all so polite and professional and accommodating! They know their menu and they deliver. Kudos.

Price: 4/5
Again great thoughtful pricing options for small to large depending on # of pax. Good value for money and affordable Filipino dishes. Great for family get-togethers!

Kudos to this and keep it up Manam and Moment Group!

Eating at Manam is a really great experience. Good food + good service.
• Ube + sago is such a superb dessert drink. It's not too sweet and still has a rich ube taste. I'm quite shocked that it's only around P115.
• Sisig is amazing. One of the best sisigs ever.
• I also love that theres a serving size option which is really great and because not all restaurants carry that option. It's great way to try more dishes with your group without worrying about the portion size and prize. It's a really clever and handy option.
• It's also well-priced. Considering the size and quality, it's really a great deal. I was actually even surprised when i saw our bill because i thought it was going to be pricier.
• Staffs were really nice and quick to serve as well.

I almost can't find a reason to dislike this resto. I'm already looking forward when i will eat here next hahaha

Excellent addition to Fashion Mall's range of restaurants. Very good food.

Ube + Sago Float is excellent almost a dessert! Thick and delicious. Dalandan juice is good too.

Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon is superb comfort food. Fall-off-the-bone beef in a good, sweetish broth. Pinakbet is good, with fresh veggies livened by bagoong. Ensaladang Namnam is refreshing and tasty with tinapa flakes, mangga & bagoong and tomatoes.

Having each dish available in 3 sizes makes it easier for small groups to taste a range of dishes

Honestly, Manam's best review is itself. There's no better way to be convinced than to try them out.

It's hard to find a FIlipino restaurant that is better than home but this hits just that spot. All of their Filipino classics (and twists) have such great flavor and taste, perfection. You might think i'm overselling but IT'S ALL TRUE.

The Manam in Mega Mall is a little different as it is their cafe, they have more merienda and dessert items. As of writing, i've only tried the Calamansi Tart and haven't stopped thinking about it since. I'm telling you all, the line is worth the wait.

I wasn’t able to take pictures of their best sellers Crispy Sisig and Sinigang na Baka sa Watermelon but they were the best!!! You really have to order these two dishes and forget the rest. We also ordered the Kare-kare but it didn’t have much meat and veggies (sahog) in it. Their adobo is great with tons of garlic. Not impressed with their gising-gising and pinakbet as they came very ordinary. For me, their serving size is not big even with the large size. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience because of the excellent service; Servers were friendly.

To be honest, I don't need a lot of convincing to like, and love Manam. I always stick to my Manam favorites, which I firmly consider staples every visit, such as their House Crispy Sisig, Crispy Pork Binagoongan, and the world-famous Crispy Palabok. 😊 Also, peaking as another favorite would be their Ox Tripe Kare-Kare. 😊 For this visit however, we tried a few dishes that sets Manam Café apart from a standard Manam restaurant, which are it's Filipino-inspired pastries. Speaking of, there was this one dish that we also got to try exclusively here in their café spin-off which is their Pork Belly Binagoongan. It was so tender! Very flavorful too! I love how creamy the dish was, yet not overly spicy. On to the pastries, the Calamansi Tart was a pleasant surprise! The citrus feel of the dessert didn't only remind me of calamansi, but of dalandan as well, and it went well with the buttery, and crumbly goodness of the shell. The dollop of whipped cream on the side, cuts the citrus tartness just right, making every forkful a well-balanced bite. Next, we tried the Three-Cheese Ensaymada 'Wich with additional Raclette shaving, and my, it was so good! It was served warm, with all the cheese dripping, melting off of the bun. It was mildly salty, and sweet at the same time; definitely rich, and creamy. The Raclette really made the difference. Over-all, this café concept didn't disappoint --- as we all have expected, actually.

Really a good place to visit if you are craving for a filipino food resto. The ambiance is pleasant (well lit and spacious), the staffs are very accommodating and the menu has variety of tasty dishes. We'll be back for more!!

(Re)visited Manam last Sunday for dinner. We needed to queue, since there was quite a lot of diners, considering that it was for dinner, on a Sunday night. We were 11th on the list but the wait was surprisingly not too bad.

We were seated less than an hour after and we ordered the usual:

1. Sinigang sa pakwan
2. Sisig

With the addition of a few new things we weregoing to try for the first time:

1. Crispy palabok
2. Ube sago
3. Buko pandan with macapuno

Our orders did take quite long to arrive but we had to be a bit more patient than usual because of the number of diners.

The sinigang and sisig were as usual, very delicious and will remain our favorite.

I'm not too sold on the palabok as aside from having more toppings, I honestly think that Jollibee's palabok might still more flavorful.

Both the ube sago and the buko pandan were delightful to eat. I did quite like the ube sago more than the buko pandan since I don't really fancy macapuno.

This visit was made especially pleasant by our server, Renzo. (I hope the management can let him know he's doing such a good job.) Shout out to all the servers at Manam, who have always been very attentive no matter how busy it gets.

Service, Food, Price🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖
Ambiance 🎖🎖🎖🎖
Total: 4.5

Food is great, especially their crispy sisig, lamb adobo and ube shake! Staff are very friendly and makes the effort to make you laugh and strike a convo. Price: if there is 10 stars i’d give it. I especially love their small medium large sizing of meals as you can gauge talaga what you can eat and try out a lot of dishes. Ambiance lacks a bit though becausw it gives off the feeling that it’s a fast-paced restaurant, not a “cafe”.

Best sisig ever! Every bite was crunchy and had big pieces in it. Not like the usual finely chopped sisig that resembles ground meat. The sinigang na beef short rib with watermelon was an explosion of flavors. It was sour and salty with a hint of sweetness from the watermelon. The puto bumbong was delicious and had generous toppings. Will definitely come back to this restaurant to try the other dishes.

Went out last November 11 with my friends for a quick dinner, we usually settled with our favorite resto but it was packed so we tried to look for another place. Ended up in Manam Cafe, first time eating there and I could say we'll definitely eat there again. We ordered our comfort food which is sisig together with sinigang beef short ribs, laing and crispy pata (forgot to take pics since we're too hungry).

Not knowing what to expect, the foods came out surprisingly good and definitely ended up in our list of best food around SM Megamall. And of course, we could not resist ordering their toasted wallnut sansrival and its just wow. We'll definitely recommend this resto and we'll surely return to taste the other food on their menu.

Shout out to our ever smiling server, Jan who's very knowledgeable on their menu and showed us a very good service! thanks Jan!

Lately this is my top of mind Filipino restaurant. The crispy is truly to die for. I don’t have to go all the way to Aling Lucing in Pampanga anymore. The binagoong baboy is crispy but tender and juice inside with full bagoong flavor. The shrimp bicol express is truly spicy divine. The crispy beef tadyang is also a winner. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Sadly the bibingka galapong was a disaster, it was served late because the one being cooked got burned. We were offered a complimentary lechen flan that tasted too pandan for me. I did not like it all. When the bibingka was served, it was pale. I couldn’t see the salted eggs and the cheese coz it was all yelllow. The taste was flat and boring. It was like a pancake with a bipolar syndrome. They can still improve on it. But no worries because i will be back anytime soon.

I've first tasted dishes of Manam in Manam Express at Glorietta. My all-time favorite is Crispy Pork Binagoongan. But yesterday, I've finally tried Manam Cafe. And I can say that the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Kudos also to their Manager. She's very kind. Some of our orders were Crispy Pork Binagoongan, Garlic Rice, Pinakbet, Inihaw na Pusit, Ube Champorado, Buko Pandan sago and Ube Sticky Roll. Their dishes are so good. And I've added Inihaw na Pusit and Ube Sticky Roll to my favorites! I'll definitely come back, and try out their other dishes. 💕

Finally, may Manam na sa SM Megamall! There was a queue, but it moved fast provided that you’re willing to sit outside. Downside was the crew had a slight delay in our orders/requests for water or the bill. But all is forgiven, because the food was oh so good! (Still hoping the service will improve!!!)

It was our first time to try the Pancit Sisig. We’ve always had the House Sisig in other branches. I can attest that Manam has one of the best sisig ever as we were left speechless on how delicious the sisig was with the pancit canton. We thought the sisig was gonna be sloppy and not crispy given the pancit canton sauce, but we were wrong. I still dream of the pancit sisig encounter up to this day.

We also tried their specials:
a) Tsokolate Sticky Roll: this is an acquired taste as the tsokolate is subtly bitter, doesn’t have the sweetness of your usual sticky roll. Suited for tita tastebuds
b) Chorizo Ensaymada ‘Wich - might be nakakaumay but the trick is ask for a vinegar dip and then put a bit on the chorizo patty. It played with the sweetness/saltiness of the ensaymada. One can tell they’re using high quality raclette as the cheese was still soft even if it was sitting on quite some time.

Finally, what is a Manam experience without Ube+Sago. Every visit in Manam warrants Ube+Sago. Period.

Will absolutely return to try other dishes!

I just had two meals in Manam two weeks ago. And I’m back once again. It just implies the fact that Manam really does satisfy my cravings for delicious Filipino dishes that are flavorful, cooked well, and balanced (as in not too salty nor bland).

Laing and crispy sisig would be the best combo for your garlic rice. We also had other dishes such as bicol express lumpia, watermelon sinigang, and patis wings. To be honest, I’d recommend all those dishes. Just try them. They’re all really good.

I normally would describe each dish one by one, but Manam could be an exception. I’d say, perhaps get anything and you’d be happy with whatever dish you order.

Great as always. Relatively cheap pa! Plus, super fast turnover, hindi ka matagal mag-aantay even if you’re like 8-10th in line, mga 10 minutes waiting time lang. Service is also extremely quick.

The newly opened Manam Cafe at SM Megamall’s Fashion Hall is a must visit. They also serve the regular Manam menu. Which what we actually ordered. We had their garlicky chicken and pork adobo, arroz caldo, garlic rice and buttery bibingka. The food as expected is great! Their staff is very accommodating and moves fast to attend to customers. Will definitely visit again soon. More power to Manam and the Moment Group family! 👍
