The tropical vibe made us really giggly as it brings sunshine in a rainy day just like today. We had Bacon Mushroom Truffle Pasta, All Day Breakfast, Strawberry Milkshake, Chocolate Milkshake and Nutty Butter Latte.

Truffle white sauce in penne mixed with bacon bits and Parmesan cheese. Topped with strips of bacon and garlic bread on the side.
All Day Breakfast
Consists of 3 types of sausages (Hungarian, Cheese, and Longganisa) served with strips of bacon, sunny side egg and garlic rice.
The food is decent and price point is okay. 👍

Perfect place if you and your friend/partner wants a really chill place to hangout. Also a perfect place to work/study. Wifi is good, food is delicious and affordable. Food kinda takes time to be served sometimes though.

The ambience is cozy and quiet, good place for catching up or studying.
The food was great. My parter loved the Bacon Express Paninis so much that he wants to have it for breakfast everyday. Lol
They have big servings to our surprise, so when we tired the pasta and paninis, we werent able to try their rice meals. Maybe next time. 😉
Theme? On point! All throughout the place, they remained very consistent with the pink tropical flamingo feel to the very last detail. Kudos to that! To those who love instagrammable spots, this one's a hidden gem!
Food? Unique and delicious, the food here is inspired by Filipino taste, and given a twist. We tried the All Day Breakfast and Binagoongan, as well as the house blend ice tea, which turned out to be comparable to those craft iced tea blends that you can get in specialty cafes!
Value? With the serving sizes, value for money will not be a question! The All Day Breakfast could almost serve three people with its huge sausages and bacon! Overall, we will definitely head back here again with more people!

Very nice and quaint place, touches of pink and flamingoes. I like the hanging ferns. I got myself pour over coffee which is very smooth and has gentle coffee taste. The affogato is sinful 😋. Matched our drinks with Spam Fries, try it!

Nice, cozy place to unwind after a long day and get dinner. I loved their adobo and my boyfriend loved their Bacon Express panini (seriously, Bacon Express is the bomb). Try the Dirty Matcha if you can! Laid-back ambience and nice interiors. Would definitely be back again!

Their All Day Breakfast is a must try! ❤ What's really amazing about this plaxe is they also have unique coffees, and Ginger Latte is the one I tried. And it was really good!
Rating this a solid 5 just cause they deserve it! The ambience reminds me of my favourite café in Bali. Everything was pink and their branding is consistent; from the interior design to their menu. Their Bacon truffle pasta was incredible indeed! For only 200 pesos, it surpassed the taste of a 400 peso pasta from a “high end” restaurant. Their Iced Strawberry basil green tea was too good to be cheap! And their brownies and milk was a must try. I cannot wait to be back. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. Two thumbs up to one of Mandaluyong’s hidden gem.
We stayed here while waiting for the movie, they are just beside Black Maria Cinema in Mandaluyong.

A cute and comfortable little cafe. Despite it being my first visit to the place, I was already impressed. First impressions are very important and Santiago's Cafe was spot on. The ambiance is amazing. Perfect for dates, chilling with friends, and for work or studying. It has a very relaxing feel and you can see the kitchen through the glass showing how clean and sanitized the place is. Although, the place is within a neighborhood and its quite hard to find but the area has parking.
I definitely would recommend their Bacon Truffle pasta and their milkshakes. It might be pricey but once you taste it, its pretty reasonable and you'll get your money's worth. I look forward to future visitations and try the rest of the menu

Tucked in a rather quiet neighborhood is this modest cafe adorned with vibrant milkshakes on the glass windows and overflowing pink flamingos interiorly. We’ve been passing by this place for several days before we actually saw the place. So today we decided to give it a try. It is a sweet charming pink space that was almost deserted when we arrived. Quite attractive for those active in their social media and IG goals. Even the clean washroom is covered in pink flamingos. We ordered the bacon mushroom truffle pasta which came with two thin slices of toasted buttery bread and two slabs of juicy bacon. We also ordered the bacon express panini with the yummy bacon, gooey egg and sweet dressing which came with their sweet and salty chips. We both enjoyed the meal, because with bacon what could go wrong? Their vanilla and Sarah’s milkshakes aka blueberry milkshake did not disappoint as well. It was thick and creamy and with just the right amount of sweetness. We were so full that we didn’t have room for more dessert. It’s the perfect place to hangout or have some work done as it has several power outlets for your electronics and I think they also have wifi, I forgot to ask. Though I guess it could get a bit loud late in the afternoon as we discovered that right beside it is a small cinema called the Black Maria Cinema and they’ve a scheduled early eve movie screening. Also, if you’re driving there, parking can be a bit challenging as it is a residential area. But the staff gladly assisted us today. Food price was a bit on the steep side but a small price to pay for your own secret air-conditioned nook on a lazy, hot afternoon. We will probably come back again to try their selection of coffee and other meals.
Food is great with reasonable prices. There are a lot of items in the menu to choose from. I wanted to try them all. They've added a twist to simple food which gave them it's character unique to Santiago's Cafe. Their Binagoongan ni Milagros is to die for. Bacon Express Panini and Bacon Mushroom Truffle pasta are perfect! I'll be back for more!!!! Yum yum!

Santiago's Cafe is just so easy to love from their interior's aesthetic to their food. The cafe is located in Brgy. Plainview in Mandaluyong which offers delightful food and good local coffee. They also have a micro cinema just beside their cafe which shows handpicked movies depending on their theme for the month. That's just so cool esp for indie movie loving people like me!
The cafe offers pastas, paninis, and rice meals. They also have variety of milkshakes to choose from. My personal favorite from their pastas is the Bacon Truffle (Pph 220.00), you sure won't be disappointed with this. I'd say that this is a must try when you visit the cafe. I also love their all day breakfast (Php250.00) which will surely leave you satisfied and full. We were also able to try their Adobo con Tsokolate (Php190.00) which is an interesting dish, it's your fave Filipino adobo dish with chocolate. I love how the chocolate gives it the right amount of sweetness and wasn't overbearing.
And of course what would a cafe be without their iced drinks and coffee? I definitely love their milkshakes and coffee most especially their Ginger Latte!

Ladies, time to get your IG boyfie moving and head out to Santiago's Cafe, a hidden coffee shop tucked inside Brgy. Plainview in Mandaluyong. It's a small humble cafe beside Black Maria Cinema that offers local coffees and sumptuous grubs. Brace yourselves to seeing pink and flamingos, and more pink, and more flamingos! Let's have a quick tour.
Got what we meant? Haha! Flamingos wallpaper, pink wall, pink light, pink mugs and plates - this is, so far, the prettiest cafe we've ever been to. Everything about here is so dainty, and well-designed and planned.
Look at these very fab and eco-friendly paper straws! Perfect, isn't it?
Sorry not sorry for posting this - even their comfort room is TDF! Bathroom goals, yeah?
To compliment the quality ambience for every visit, they serve an equally gorj (and yummy!) foods and drinks to make the day more interesting.
Dirty Matcha Milkshake (P180) – No, it's really not dirty, duh! Haha! It's just matcha milkshake with a dose of coffee, making the coffee the dirt factor. Lol. We cannot feel the matcha flavor here though. The ice cream was too distinct. It was better if they added more matcha powder.
Sarah's Milkshake (P195) – Not fond of fruit-flavored milkshakes but we've loved this blueberry cheesecake-flavored milkshake. It was so creamy and tasted just right, not too sour and not too sweet.
Santi's Milkshake (P180) – For those who'd want to go beyond their hot and iced coffee orders, they have Santi's milkshake, a coffee-infused drink to pave away the heat.
Dirty Matcha Signature Latte (P150) – The hot version of Dirty Matcha, this coffee-infused matcha latte was not to be missed. This one's more concentrated than the milkshake, so all the flavors here were so bold and distinct.
Nutty Butter Signature Latte (P150) – This latte leaned towards the sweet side, with the butter standing out as its overpowering taste.
Ginger Signature Latte (P140) – One of their best sellers, this latte has a light kick of ginger unfolding upon every sip. The coffee in general was not too strong but the added flavor gave it more life than any other.
Beef, Red Onion, Cheddar Panini (P175) – Our personal favorite, this beef panini was loaded with lots of meat. The onions added the bold yet sweet flavor, served with some light yet salty sweet chips that we can't stop munching.
Bacon Express Panini (P165) – Perfect for those who'd prefer bread over rice, this quick grub can satisfy those bacon cravings. And yes, with those tasty chips, too!
Adobo con Tsokolate (P190) – Revisit your adventurous soul when trying this chocolate-flavored Adobo. The meat was so tender and the tasted something new and different, in a good kind of way, served on the side with tomatoes and egg strips.
All Day Breakfast (P250) – Why the need to go to the famous American breakfast joints when Santiago's Cafe offers the same at an affordable price. The platter was packed with a generous amount of bacon, two eggs, one longganisa and two sausages. Talk about heavy breakfast!
Bacon Truffle Pasta (P220) – We can never go wrong with truffle and bacon! Imagine two crowd favorites both present in one single dish. And for the price, it's definitely a steal. We'll be back for this over and over.
Chicken Parmigiana Pasta (P180) – We love the cheesy finish on top. However, we find the pasta a bit dry as a whole. The chicken was just okay and was made better by the cheese.
After these foods and drinks, why not head over the Black Maria Cinema as well? They usually offer indie films that are not available in local cinemas anymore.
Ready to go to Mandaluyong now? Don't forget to prepare your OOTD as you'll be taking lots of photos, for sure!

I love the ambience and food. I hope they add more variety on the menu. I like how they used Flamingos on their motif. The best thing about it is that it’s just a 5-minute walk from our place, and wait there’s more haha. It’s just right next to Black Maria where you can watch a movie! Pink place!
Apparently, they only serve pastries and coffee (by the time I went there), so hindi ko natikman yung all-day breakfast meal nila huhuhu. But I ordered for a rum cake (super sweet and nutty!!!) and nutty butter (a coffee with peanut butter). My friends and workmates know that I don't eat sweets unless there is a compliment na food/drink na hindi matamis. Oh my, matchy-matchy 'yung in-order ko!
I had the chance to talk with the Manager—hi Pat— (via chat) and befriended her hehehe. She told me that she'll give me their loyalty card as soon as lumabas na yun. I gave her my business card in return, to contact me. Hihihi.

I’ve been to a lot of coffee shop in Metro Manila. I really love exploring new café that offers legit coffee. I heard that Santiago’s Café is a third wave coffee shop that’s why they really got my attention. The exterior and interior design was amazing. Flamingos were scattered everywhere.
Santiago’s Café also promote sustainable straw to protect our environment and save our country from Plastic Pollution.
I loved their Ginger Latte, the spicy-bitter sweet taste latte of only (P120/P140), They also have matcha and cold brew.
For the food, my top choice is the Bacon Truffle Pasta. The servings were huge and good for two pax. One of the best sellers of Santiago’s Café. If you are really hungry, the All Day Breakfast plate is perfect for you. It has 3 kinds of sausages (longganisa, cheese sausage and spicy-German Sausage plus bacon and egg. For the Panini, my favorite is the Beef Cheddar Panini. There is something special with the beef with regards to the taste and how they prepared it. Beef Cheddar Panini comes with onions, lettuce and cheese. A Panini that rich and high in Protein.
Santiago’s Café has also a microcinema that showcase different Indi-Film for only P200.00 per movie. Good job for supporting the Philippine Movie Industry.

Cafe + Microcinema!
Product: Santiago's Cafe, named after the owner's son, is a cafe by day perfect for people who are looking for a quiet place to hang out. It also becomes a casual place to have a night out at on days you just want to drink but don't want to party.
I got to taste their- soon to be on the menu- Chocolate Adobo. Yes, you read it right. Our favorite Filipino dish with a cocoa twist. I suggest you give it a try before thinking that it's weird because it's quite actually an interesting dish. You can definitely taste the chocolate but it isn't too sweet, it's just as sweet as adobo is supposed to be but it did lack the sour taste that dish usually has. We suggested for them to add probably more vinegar into the dish. I'm excited to how the taste will improve when I come back for a second round.
Their Bacon Truffle Pasta (Php 220.00): was heaven. If you love truffle-flavored dishes, you will not be disappointed with this one. And the two large strips of bacon on the side made it even more better. I love that you get more than what you paid for with this dish. Even the buttered bread was good, it wasn't too oily nor was it bland. This is the dish you're gonna want to order on your first visit here.
They also have different types of coffee products. I really liked the Santi's Milkshake (Php 180.00) and their Dirty Matcha Latte (Php 130/150.00): they both had strong flavors of coffee but I loved how sweet they both were. They're just my types of coffee.
Venue: Santiago's Cafe has a microcinema beside it where you can watch indie films for only Php 200.00. They change the themes of their movies every week so make sure to check their Facebook at Black Maria Cinema. You can bring food you ordered from the cafe inside the theater. Yes, even their rice meals. They only have about 30 seats so if you want you can even reserve a slot. Someone even reserved the whole theater just to propose.
The cafe itself was very cute. It was like a pink tropical themed cafe. Flamingos were everywhere and there are also artsy types of decorations you can't help but admire. It's a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood.
I was invited to check out this new cafe nearby called Santiago’s Cafe. It is located in one of the side streets near Boni Circle (map below). This is one of those places I would consider as a hidden gem of Mandaluyong – the coffee is great, and as for the food, their Bacon Truffle Pasta is really good.

If you're up for some movie watching, Black Maria microcinema is a good theater with 30-seating capacity and comfy seats, and it is recommended to stop by the cafe beside it, not only for caffeine load but for great dining, too. The place is cozy but good enough for big groups and absolutely Instagrammable.
The Bacon Truffle pasta is the dish I will keep getting on every visit from this cafe. Their Paninis are also flavorful especially with the ginger mayo they use as sauce. The Beef Cheddar Panini is a standout.
The Adobo con Chocolate is a new addition to their menu and I can guarantee that you would like its tender meat with mild chocolate flavor.
Most of all, don't forget to grab a cup of coffee. I am super in love with their 48-hour Cold Brew and their lattes. Their Ginger Latte is a top pick and their Dirty Matcha is also highly recommended. Don't miss their simple but coffee-rich iced latte mixed with soymilk that is not overpowering the coffee.
Place is cozy and nice.
Food selection is limited.
Their best seller pesto truffles was really yummy per my date.
However I did not like the chicken parmigiana that I ordered. Chicken was dry and the sauce tasted like it needed to be simmered more.
They have keto selection which I just overheard another customer inquire and order.
The location is in the streets of Mandaluyong so it's a nice something else to try for those tired of mall dates.
