The best ang Flourless Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream nila. Sobrang perfect ng lambot at lasa. Saka ang pag-drizzle ng caramel syrup!
Medyo maliit man ang Roast Beef, sulit naman dahil masarap ang pagkakaluto. May kasama pang french beans.
Foodee Global Concepts continues to reinvent itself to battle against the growing competition amongst restaurants. The combined concept of Pound serving Gourmet Burgers and Flatterie with Flat Bread Pizzas and Pasta is one strategy to watch out for.
This remix captures more audience, a convergence of two popular cultures in American and Italian cooking. And since this combination is getting more attention, they plan to convert more stores. Megamall and High Street are now PoundxFlatterie hubs.
On this visit, I worked the menu and customized both my orders. I had the Foie Gras Burger with additional bacon, pastrami, egg, and jam, making it a meaty rich bite after another. For the pizza, it’s packed as well- shrimp, ham, sausage, basil and topped with raw egg. Delicious!
Pound also recently launched the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Now it’s made really hot, I quit after the initialj try. This dish is reserved only for the iron tongue.
We ordered Todd English sliders, Tomato cream pasta, Truffle ketchup fries, Sausage mushroom & egg flatbread and Betty white milkshake. My favorite is the slider. The burger patty is thick and seasoned well. You'll get to choose the doneness of your burger. The bread is buttery and toasted lightly which I prefer. The pasta was also good. The sauce is creamy but a bit heavy but since the portion is small it was just perfect. I liked the flatbread too I just wished the eggs were not too runny its seemed it was placed on top few seconds before serving it. If they cooked it for another 10 seconds it will be perfect for my liking. The milkshake was also good. Its rich, sweet and thick. The fries were just regular fries you would buy in fastfood restos.
Stumbled upon this place while walking around waiting for the movie. The exterior didn't really look too appealing, to me anyways, but decided to try it out since it was new, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was pretty good and baked just right; for the pasta, despite finding it a tad bit overcooked (just a bit), it was quite tasty without being too overpowering and enjoyed it more than I though I would. I'd come back to try their other dishes.
Pleasantly surprised with the carbonara set. For only 199, you’ll get a generous serving of pasta, flat bread and iced tea.
I was back in the Philippines for 3 weeks for my vacation and of course, meet-ups with friends are compulsory. 🤣 We had dinner at this lovely restaurant where the food and ambience were great.
I ordered their truffle pasta and wings which were both amazing and the restaurant will give you a fancy vibe.
It's an awesome 4 for me. Haven't tasted the burger yet so there's room for score increase. My partner and I had the carbonarra, angry penne for pasta and had margaritta and and cheese pizza with additional wings parmesan on the side.
Hand's down, the red sauce was so good so is the carbonarra. Can't tell if its cream or egg based sauce but the looks of it lean more on the latter. Though you might want to add a little bit of salt and pepper for your carbonarra but that's my taste.
Pizza is okay. I love the thin crust brick oven cooked though and fresh melted cheese on it. We took the promo so our expense was cheap under 540 for two.
My partner said the chicken tasted great. The only downfall is the quantity.
Dinner. My first time here. I only dined here because of the foie gras burger. Turned out that flatbreads ain’t bad too. 😉 I just wish that the serving of foie gras was bigger. The bread was soft; you can actually eat it on its own because it’s quite tasty. Though I have been contemplating if the bread really matches the burger. By the way, I asked for medium rare burger patty. It was hella bloody juicy. 😆 #fortheloveoffoiegras #bastameatloversweetlover #yumyumyum
We got the burger sliders as appetizers from Pound and the pork cutlet and rosemary chicken rice meals from Flatterie. The burger was good as it was small but delicious and had a juicy burger patty while the rice meals had a huge serving of rice. Tip: You can ask for extra gravy if you want some more sauce.
Pizza is yummy. Expected the poutine to be bigger, but taste is okay; bacon in poutine is not the typical crispy bacon but a thick cut bacon. Chicken Slider patty is big in size however is full of breading. Slider Beef patty is a little dry... maybe because of its size. However, still willing to try their normal sized burger next time
From an economists’ point of view The restaurant that is Pound x Flatterie was put up in Greenbelt 3 because of 2 market forces, namely the Rising cost and scarcity of commercial spaces. Although from a foodie’s point of view, what drove this gustatory and real estate marriage was the avid following for both brands.
With this you can now overdose on both their foie gras burger (this was the highlight of my meal, one of the most sinful burgers I’ve tasted just look at the photo and you’ll get what I’m saying) and carbonara flat bread (yes a fusion within a fusion and this was a real delight to the palate) at the same time while downing it with a tall glass of milkshake (asteriosclerosis check, hypertension check, diabetes check, who cares though?).
This is truly indulgence in a hurry for the ever distracted and multi tasking generation of today, I highly recommend you give them a visit.

Pound is known for burgers, first time I tried it was in their bgc branch. And, their burgers do taste goods but I notice it sometimes vary, there are times the patties or the way it is cooked is not consistent. Anyway, I tried out their newest branch Pound x Flatterie, and since I am on a keto diet I ordered the salmon. Their miso glazed salmon has both salad and rice on the side but I had my rice taken out. Overall, the salmon was cooked to perfection and will go back to Pound for their salmon.
It’s been a long time since I saw a new and interesting restaurant in Greenbelt 3. I always go there with Bianca and Beanie and we always seem to eat in our favorite restaurants there. We usually go for Japanese, American, and Filipino restaurants. The classics in Greenbelt 3. However, just recently, I was able to try something new! Yup, Greenbelt 3 has a new and interesting restaurant! It’s been a long time, hehe. In this edition of EATSplorations, I will be sharing with you about Burgers and Flatbreads at Pound x Flatterie in Greenbelt 3. Yes, you read that right. Burgers and Flatbreads in one amazing collab from two different restaurants of Foodee Global Concepts. Foodee Global Concepts is the group that brought famous restaurant brands in Manila, like Tim Ho Wan, Hawker Chan, and Tsuta, just to name a few. They have really good taste when it comes to good food that’s why I am so excited to EATSperience Pound x Flatterie for the very first time! Keep on reading to journey along with my hungry tummy. Enjoy!
Fans of POUND and FLATTERIE don’t need to argue about where to eat anymore. Patrons of Pound’s gourmet burgers and those who prefer Flatterie’s sumptuous flatbreads can now dine together in peace as POUND x FLATTERIE opens in Greenbelt 3. My foodie friends and I went all out for lunch and took advantage of all the options. Let’s start with the items we tried at POUND. We learned that the burger patties here are cooked sous vide. I noticed the difference right away as I took my first juicy bite. The meat retained all the moisture while also acquiring a delicious caramelized flavor from the sear on the surface of the patty.
I like the concept, the interior, the simple menu and options. Been there twice, tried one the backyard and once the chicken burger with white cheddar. Both burgers were ok, not much interesting flavours or top quality ingredients.. the backyard was better but not a wow
I got their combo plate (Margarita flatbread and carbonara pasta) and then a salad (i forgot the name but it came with goat cheese wrapped in dumpling wrapper and raspberry vinaigrette.
The flatbread was great, it had this crusty, toasty burnt parts on the bread and the cheese, which i thought smelled nice lol.
The carbonara was so-so. I did not understand the sauce. I always expect carbonara to have a cheesy base, but this one felt buttery, pasta-watery, salty droopy sauce. Maybe it's meant to be that way idk but it's not for me.
Salad was okay, nothing too special but i liked the cheese dumpling and the purple vinaigrette hehe.
I liked their iced tea too haha!
The place ws quaint so not bad, and for the price, overall, i'd go back there every once in a while for their flat bread :)
I've been meaning to try this place since I saw their posters all over Greenbelt and never tried Pound before. Had their Backyard Cheese Burger. I liked how you can ask for the doneness of the patty. Mine was medium well. It was juicy. Flavor wise, it was good but not as good as the same priced burgers I tried somewhere else. Lastly, since this is also a pizza place, had their Sausage Mushroom and Egg flatbread. It was unique and so good. It came with a runny egg on top.
Staffs were attentive and service was great.

2 restaurants in one place!
You’ve probably heard of #Pound, they’ve been here for a while and their burgers are making quite the mark to us foodies. While Flatterie is fairly new, they have one other branch that just opened a few months ago in Pasay. They specialize on pizza and pasta. Well, now you can carbo-load all you want because both concepts are under the same roof here in Greenbelt 3!
I can’t think of one food I didn’t like, especially if they have some Foie Gras. Pound’s burgers leans more on being the fine-dining version of the fast food favorite that’s why you can taste the quality of the beef in each bite.
Like I said, everything with Foie Gras here is a must order which is why their Foie Gras Burger (Php 700.00): is one you shouldn’t miss out on. I mean, yes it’s expensive but it’s worth the try.
If you’re not that willing go for something that high, their Backyard Cheeseburger (Php 280.00): would satisfy your burger needs more than enough. It’s the one I always order when I go here. This is some cheesy burger that looks better than the ones you see in commercials and it tastes as good as it looks as well!
Meanwhile, Flatterie’s pizzas are unusual but still as delicious as you’d expect a slice of pizza to be. I love how flavorful each bite is and the pizza dough is thin which I prefer.
They also have a flatbread with Foie Gras, if you’re looking to impress the people you’re with, then order this one.
The pastas are also a-mazing! I love the truffle pasta, which was creamy and oily but not overwhelming that you’d get tired of it before you get full.
We also had some rice meals which are perfect for the lunch crowd. The serving size is one fit for a king! You’ll get full just by looking at it but you have to taste it as well because honestly, just the rice itself was already a treat.
I liked the Beef Pot Roast (Php 480.00): rice meal, the beef was tender and juicy while the gravy is just it’s own kind of good. I had more than I’d want to say I did.
All their desserts came with a creamy scoop of ice cream which made me adore each of them even more.
But the main highlight among the sweet treats was the Cookie Dough in a skillet pan. It’s good for sharing but once you taste it, you’re not gonna want to.
We're just as happy as everyone to know that the collab of these two restaurants in one roof is now finally open!
This way, cross ordering is doable and the customer gets to enjoy both worlds at the same time.
Whether you like Pizza, Burger, Pasta or Desserts from the two Menus, you just have to sit, relax and wait for your order.
My family knows I'm a sucker for fried Chicken! I could manage to consume The Garlic Parmesan Wings 6pcs for Php275, if not for the big amount of food coming in non stop! 😍
Choose from Amsterdam,
Pound Foie Gras Burger P700,
Pound for Pound P195, Chicken Burger, Backyard Cheeseburger (Single or double patty) and grab a Truffle Fries and definitely busog ka! The Burger is big enough for two! imo. 😍
Truffle Pasta or Spicy Fruity Di Mare both big servings for a group! I enjoyed more on the spicy Pasta with Seafoods.
For Flatterie Samples we had different Flatbreads (Avail in Selfie or Groupie size).
1. Indulgence (Truffled Steak in Foie Gras or Parm and Onions) This is overwhelmingly delicious!
2. (SMEG) Sausage, Mushrooms & Egg with Mozzarella
3. Truffle with cream Mozzarella and Parmesan
Rice Meals
1. Pork Cutlet Php290 Pork Belly good!
2. Rosemary Chicken P290 Garlic roast Chicken thigh fillet with gravy.
3. Beef Pot Roast Php450. Tender U.S. Angus Beef which is my favorite!
I can't wait to share and bring my family here. Soon. 😍
Thank you so much @foodeeglobalconcepts
Cozy place. They got some good deals on and we had to come in for milkshakes. For a really light fare, try their ₱55 Menu Deals! 👍🏼
We had TE Slider and OMG Chocolate Milkshake this visit. But will be coming back next time for mains. 😊
The two-in-one concept allows us diners to enjoy the specialties and best sellers of the house without lifting our posteriors off our chairs. Yes you get to choose between or both Flatterie and Pound Menu. Isnt that nice? You will still have two bills though just like dining in two restaurants. Yesterday together with other select foodies, we enjoyed the following dishes at PxF Private Tasting Event....
This was my first time coming to a Pound restaurant, because tbh their aesthetics were intimidating and seemed to say $$$$. A pity, because the atmosphere was way classier than the price range of their items belied.
I think they were still on soft opening when we came? Place was small; I wouldn't recommend eating here for huge groups or more than 10, but it's fine for small sized barkadas or family.
Service was great; staff were attentive and kind.
Food wise, the ingredients were quality, fresh, and the taste was great. Serving sizes were plenty enough. Again, for the price, you'd be made to think the food would cost more (and lots of restaurants now take advantage of atmosphere to charge extra let's be real)
We came as a group of three, ordered 2 groufie(?) sized pizzas in the truffle something and margherita, plus the selfie sized carbonara pasta. Our total only came to 880 Php. I'd love to come again soon!
