We usually just line up at French Baker if we see them selling the Coffee Custard Bun. We’re such big fans of it so we don’t miss the chance whenever we see one. On this visit, we saw the elusive bun and proceeded to buy. I wonder why not all branches serve this as it’s one of their best breads.

September 14, 2018 I ♥️♥️♥️ their bread! I went on a panic buying mode at the grocery because of this coming super typhoon. If ever it does arrive in full force tomorrow I wanted to make sure that we'll be all stocked up and prepared at home. If it doesn't then at least im done with doing the groceries.
I got Puppycat's favorite ciabatta. OK it's mine too that's why there are 2 packs.
Through trial and error, I found a trick to make the bread's shelf life last longer. What I'd do is I'd put the entire plastic pack in a brown paper bag and put it in the ref. Specifically, the crisper and not the freezer. As long as the bread is dry it won't mold up that easy. I've placed them as is without the paper bag before but I didn't get good results.

The french baker has promotional price before they close the store. Arround 1 hour before their closing time. French baker sell their bread the cost of 50%. I believe they have committment not to selll overnight bread. You can taste the freshnest of the bread. Two thumbs up for maintaining the quality of the bread

Wait until near closing time so you can get discounted breads. Options depend on what they have left. Until now, I still have trouble distinguishing a plain baguette from garlic bread. Wheat Baguettes are very very plain.
