I always buy here for takeout and Kashmir never fails to satisfy my cravings for Indian food.
What I love? Garlic and chili sauces perfectly complement their smokey shawarma beef wraps. It’s as authentic as it can get.
First time to try - mint chutney & mango chutney - to go with samosas. Both were unexpectedly good but I still prefer tamarind chutney.
We were looking at zomato for a place to eat indian food and decided to choose this place. Upon entering, I got excited seeing the display case of the samosas. The ambiance is nice and quiet and the food was really good. Easily our favorite was the chicken tikka masala and the palak paneer. The naan felt like a pita bread (not what we were expecting) that was heated up. Overall, we enjoyed dining in here and got really full. Looking forward to visiting their main branch in Arnais avenue.
Yum yum yum and more yum. try the palak paneer and the tabbouleh. so yummy and can't be replicated. I try but fail. The mango lassi is also yummy and the cracker thing they have in jars. the Indian tea is always out of stock so that's about the only down side. service is super and I'm a regular.
super. my default place after mass in San Antonio. I only order the same thing every time. vegetarian shawarma with rice and veg samosa. never get tired of it.
We love this place for their authentic Indian cuisine. Their white sauce for the Shawarma Rice will always be a favorite. We first tried this place back in 2013, been coming back ever since for the Shawarma Rice (though the serving got smaller with regards to the beef).
As my boyfriend is a certified Makati Boi™️ he knows all the hidden gems for comfort food. He introduced me to Kashmir about a year ago and I fell in love with their Chicken Tikka Masala! The price is also affordable for the serving. Love it when I drizzle the sauce over the biryani rice, and though I’m not really a fan of spicy food, I do enjoy the subtle kick this dish has.
The place is cozy and quiet, one of the best in San Antonio Plaza. Beef Shawarma Rice and Tandoori is yummy, although I noticed that they were prepared and heated using microwave. Pricing is quite expensive though it is expected but sometimes it's to splurge on these dishes. Overall it was nice. Try to visit this place.
One of my favorite restaurants in the San Antonio Plaza. Everything on the menu is so good and will not disappoint. Try the shawarma (wrap or rice, chicken or beef, it really doesn't matter) with a side of the Tabbouleh salad. :)
Their Chicken Tikka Masala is just tasty. It may not be as good compared with other Indian restaurants I've been outside the country but it is the reason why we always come back to eat here. Just a great combination with their pita bread and rice.
You can also try their Tandoori Chicken.
Hummus is yum too and can be bought for take aways.
Lunchtime caught up with me at San Antonio Plaza within Dasmarinas Village. I was craving for a rice meal. A short walk at the ground level brought me to the Kashmir; a reputable place serving indian cuisine. They serve cooked and frozen, (microwavable too) take out meals here. There's vegetarian choices too for those looking for healthier, no-guilt dining.
THOUGHTS...
This place is compact. I wish it was a bit bigger and had a bit more active ventilation. But still, it's comfy enough. Food is good and the servers were kind.
The Chicken Tandoori I ordered came in generous portions. It was flavorful and filling. This is best enjoyed with all the spicy condiments they have there ofcourse. In my next visit to this place, I'll report on the Shawarmas and other Curry meals.
