Miso ramen a little underwhelming - I was expecting a more savory, but not necessarily oily, broth. The broth instead seemed less rich than I am used to. The imitation crab slices (2 in the ramen) seemed frozen. I might be mistaken. Friendly and attentive staff. Okonomiyaki is good. Overall a good first impression. Recommended. The table napkin quality is of good quality and size - did not rip immediate after several uses.
The food is great! The staff seems not in the mood to serve or to assist customer, the place is clean and has nice decorations. Overall its a great experience to dine with :)

We love the food. It's pricey but worth every bite. My daughter usually did not eat other meals but here she loved the Tempura😃👨👨👧👧💕💕. #LovemORIn
Had our Sunday family dinner here. Ordered Katsudon, Gyudon, Pork Bento, Tonkotsu Ramen and Salmon Sashimi. All main courses had generous servings. One of my sons, who always eats “heartily”, surprisingly can’t finish his Katsudon. Gyudon tasted really good. Downside is their sashimi which didn’t taste thawed enough. Staff were courteous and quite attentive. They gave us free servings of California maki, miso soup and tea. Will definitely be back.
The food is great as well as the ambience of the place. I ordered gyudon, tempura (7pcs) while my mom ordered chicken bento. Few people only knows this restaurant. Hope that more people would try this.

We like the food, not bad. However, service was too slow. Staffs need customer service training. It was hard to call the attention of the servers and keeps avoiding eye contact to the guests.
I dont why this place is rated this low....we tried kani salad, california maki, and tonkatsu ramen loved everything specially the kani salad.
Well when I eat food I am very picky, and my favorite food is ramen.
the ramen here is great, it is in my top 5 ramen. I know that thy are testing out new stuff for the foods
the service is is good, not great through. thats why its got 4.5 the reason is they cook and serve slow.
but for the food is amazing, and i rather have good ramen and slow serving than bad ramen and fast serving
and if you're mad about the ramen you should know it takes 10 hours to make it
