Amazing food! The Chicken and Salmon Teriyaki were flavorful! The Wagyu Yakimeshi (japanese fried rice with chunks of wagyu beef) is the bomb and their US Prime Rib Eye is amazing together with the Black Garlic Sauce. Two thumbs up to Hibana! Don't forget to try the Soy Sauce Ice Cream and Japanese "Queso" for Dessert! Weird but good! Haha.
