When I'm trying to bounce back after binge-eating for days or weeks in a row, I make sure to head to my favorite Go! Salads branch which is located at Dela Rosa car park. I can walk there from my office and by the time I reach the place, it's usually right around the off-peak hours, hence, a great time switch back to my introvert mode! Yay!
There are quite a lot of food choices along the walkway at Dela Rosa, but I think this is one of the healthiest options.
My favorite from the menu is Wild Wild West. Love that savory chicken, fresh organic greens and ranch dressing. I also order the Sgt Steak Salad sometimes but I make sure to buy an extra ranch dressing for it since I don't really like the chimichurri dressing. If I just need something to go, I order Eggplant Tuna Curry Panini and it goes really well with their Vanilla Lemongrass Tea. When I'm really trying to eat light, I just order pita bread and Spicy Curry hummus plus a bowl of their Roasted Tomato Basil Cream soup.
The food here is nothing fancy, but definitely healthier than any fried food you can get from fast food restaurants. I think the prices are quite reasonable as well.
If you want guilt-free meals, find a branch near you and see for yourself!
A quick bite of their Sgt. Steak Salad or Darling Breakfast Salad, plus one Pita with Garlic hummus spread will complete your healthy meal. Price may be a bit high, but not as compared to those served in restaurants.
Smoothies are good, it may be pricey, but the serving is big. :) Remember that these are a bit pricey because one pays for the "healthy" dishes.
Note that my rating is based from my personal experience though - I haven't tried their other dishes.

Best spot along Ayala if you are looking for a vegan restau! Tried their Wild Wild West salad and their Rock Smoothie. Although a lil bit pricey, Go! Salads is definitely worth the try! 🥗
I was looking for vegan restos for a while and I saw this one along dela rosa. I decided to give this a shot. I ordered tuna eggplant curry panini and I gotta say, it’s one of the best vegan paninis I have tried. It’s spicy, savory and healthy at the same time. I love the simplicity of this branch and service crews are attentive to my needs. I would definitely try their salads the next time I eat on this place again.
I love it here! Products are slightly pricey but of course that’s the price you pay for healthy food. All their salad options are delicious! Servings are big and come with plenty of toppings and generous dressings. Favorite is Bayani and Kuro! Aside from salad, you must also try their paninis and hummus, super tasty! Their smoothies are also great! Personally love The Guzzler :)
You can’t go wrong with healthy food at a reasonable price, and that’s what you get with Go! Salads. I ordered the Wild Wild West Salad and it was good. Glad they are putting a bit more toppings on now.
Had to get something to go since I was rushing to get to the office. They package to-go salads in plastic microwaveable containers, with plastic forks and knives. The hummus and pita on the other hand, are in paper to-go boxes.
Back at the office, my Sweet Caroline was the same as if I had it in the resto, greens were still crisp, and the dressing still delectable. The hummus was still good, but their pita still has room for improvement. Not sure if its on how they heat them, but they were limp and soggy by the time my lunch break came.
This is my favorite place so far! Personally i love healthy foods that don't cost that much. I find this as an alternative to jamba juice. I guess a healthier and more affordable version. Though i haven't tried their salad yet. But their smoothies are super filling. I first tried the guzzler (bc it has spirulina) and it tastes a lot like peanut butter. Will definitely go back to try their salads and different smoothies.
Tried out their Garlic Hummus with Pita Bread and Chicken Kebab Panini.
Garlic Hummus: Very smooth and creamy, almost mayonnaise like in texture. The flavor of the garlic is very prominent. It had some citrus or vinegar in it (couldn't tell) that almost masked the flavor of the chickpeas, but if you let it dance around your mouth a bit longer, the flavor of chickpeas will eventually come out. Could use a a drizzle of olive oil for more flavor and balance out the sourness. Not the hummus I'm used to eating but it's good nonetheless.
Pita: Made with whole wheat flour, their pita is more like flattened loaf bread than pita. Though not the traditional pita, it still was good and paired well with the hummus
Chicken Kebab Panini: Chicken patty with lettuce and mayo in between panini bread.
If you love spice, you'll definitely love this. One bite and it wallops your mouth with a strong punch of cumin, cardamom and loads of pepper that would linger around like a black eye. If you're not into Mediterranean/middle eastern spice, this may be not for you as they don't skimp in the spices. The chicken is too dry though, and it didn't help that there was only a smear of mayonnaise that it barely added moisture. I added the hummus and it solved th problem, it paired perfectly well. I wish that they add more vegetables, it only had lettuce. Maybe some sliced tomatoes to add more 'juice' and compliment the intense flavor of chicken, and cucumber to add crunch and to tone down the spice. The panini was very good, it was firm but not hard.
Ambience is very nice, good lighting and the wooden tables add a homey feel. I also like the fact that their service water had sliced cucumbers, it added a refreshing flavor into the water.
Prices are reasonable and the servings are just right. I paid P210 for both items and Im still full after a couple of hours.
Overall, a good experience. Would like to try out their other items in the future.
Got a Sweet Caroline for lunch. Loved the honey vinaigrette dressing, and the contrast of textures and flavors (the sharp and salty slivers of parmesan, the crunchy and sweet candied walnuts, the counterpoint sourness from the sundried tomatoes). I would consider coming here again to save a couple of bucks when I need a quick and light lunch. I'm going to try some other stuff on their menu, but the Sweet Caroline is a keeper. I didn't miss the protein, much.
