Recently, The Wholesome Table introduced its Filipino menu and I was invited during the launch. The Wholesome Table is known for its healthy eating concept: using organic produce, with meats from grass-fed cows that are raised without artificial hormones and antibiotics, and natural sauces and condiments made from scratch. They do not use any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, additives, and preservatives in any of their food and drinks.
I always pass by the greenbelt branch on my way to work and the place looks really lovely. I was curious but didn’t have time to dine in so I just odered via foodpanda on two occasions, the truffle burger and mie goreng. I’m not a vegan at all but i am a foodie and i really love the taste of my orders. I can tell if the food is really good if I can still remember how it tasted even days after eating. That’s just me. Hope to dine here one day. Absolute must-try if you’re in the area.
Went here for my birthday dinner. The ambience was great, the interiors were warm, and it wasn’t crowded which is perfect for intimate celebrations. My boyfriend tried the Bibimbap Bowl while my mom and I each got the Vegan Poke Bowl. It was filling but a bit bland for my taste (my mistake! I shouldn’t have ordered vegan food because I’m not vegan!) but my mom, who is a clean eater, liked it. Boyfriend liked his Bibimbap Bowl, too. To be fair, I so loved the Strawberry Chia Kombucha! I wasn’t able to ask if it’s available for to-go but I’m definitely coming back and try other food on the menu while I’m at it. The staff were nice! They found out it was my birthday and gave me a complementary cupcake. :)
