First time to try this resto using Zomato Gold, price is on the high side but worth it..... we ordered the ff: 1. Tagliolini Verdi al Funghi - Perfect! So delicious, creamy sauce and lots of mushroom bits, handmade pasta.
2.Salmon - fresh and well cooked but taste is bland 3. Rosemary Porkchop - the most tender chop I ever tasted, flavourful sauce

Bar Centrale has this classy vibe and ambiance perfect for a quiet lunch. Service is exceptional and thoughtful and the quality of food is good. Knocked down a star because the truffle oil I think is overpowering. And the serving amount could be increased a bit more. We had Zomato Gold so we think it's value for money but if not, hehe. We ordered Beef Lasagna and Tagliolini Verdu Al Funghi.
Wouldn't have tried this resto if not for Zomato Gold. Was pleasantly surprised that both the food and the service were impeccable. The Tagliolini Verdi al Funghi and Antipasto de Misto were filling and delicious. The truffle on the pasta was discernible but not overpowering, the antipasto was value for money.
Their pastas are mostly good, but a bit overpriced. Definitely worth using 1+1 Zomato Gold. Customer service is great and Zomato Gold is directly connected to their system. The experience was awesome as they are already prompted right after we clicked on our phones.
Tried their truffle pasta and it was good although serving was lesser vs other pasta dishes (maybe because it has truffle oil). Will go back next time.
I had the squid ink capellini and it was superb! The flavours were well balanced, pasta was al dente, and the squid was perfectly cooked.
We ordered the dark chocolate cake to finish and was quite disappointed with that, though.
Will definitely come back for the pasta 💕
Very good customer service. Waiter is very attentive and keeps refilling our water without having to be called. Just a bit expensive for the serving size.

I ordered the porkchop with potato wedges, the fritto misto, burata with parma ham, tiramisu and the dark chocolate dessert. The pork was yummy but maybe instead of potato wedges they can pair this with mash potatoes. The burata was just okay for me. The fritto misto was really good and could be a main dish already. Of the two deserts, I preferred the tiramisu. They have an extensive list of pasta dishes that you could try. The food was on the pricey side though. I would like to go back to try other things but I don't think this will be a regular haunt for me.
We love this place. We and my co-workers at PinoyIPWorks.com always come here to enjoy the aglio Olio pasta with prawns, beef lasagna, the coffee, and cakes.
Their Tagliolini Verdi Ai Funghi is soooo good. 10/10!
We went before 6pm on a workday. Their service is fast and the staff are very attentive.
Tried the Fazzoletti Con Gamberi and Insalata Ceasar. The serving is small but boy oh boy, my love and I were satisfied. I love how the cherry tomatoes’ flavor exploded on my mouth followed by a hint of spice. A bit pricey though, fortunately we have zomato gold.
I’ve tried this place a number of times thanks to its location and zomato gold promo. The first time was when I had the Cacio e Pepe, as recommended by the server, and the ravioli with prosciutto. The latter was good. But as for the cacio e Pepe, the peppers were so big that it wasn’t pleasant to eat. My next visits, I saw that the cacio e pepe dishes ordered by other tables had much finer peppers. Mine might have just been a bad serving.
I’ve also tried their squid ink pasta and I consider it one of my favorite squid ink dishes. It’s light but so delicious.
The food was great. We used our Zomato Gold privilege and got six pasta dishes. The Tortelloni Alla Zucca is one of my favorites and I’m definitely coming back for it.
Food was okay. I prefer my pasta more al dente and I've had better fresh pasta. Food was a bit bland but it wasn't bad. Place is nice and quiet for a weekday. Service was good so I would go back, good place to meet up with friends in the area.

The name of this restaurant didn't really suggest what kind of food it sells. But as we got there for lunch, it didn't really matter. The feel of the place would definitely suggest one thing: PASTA! haha! Though the place is small, it really boasted a modern, Parisian/Italian-looking, classy interior. Moreover, the food was actually living up to the theme. My friends and I all got pasta. I forgot the names though, but we got this squid ink pasta, then one was pasta with clams and marinara sauce i think, there's this pasta with white sauce and truffles I think and lastly the easiest to explain but I really liked: lasagna. All our food tasted good. Especially the pasta in white sauce and the lasagna which was super cheesy. Also, they gave complementary bread slices. It would have been better if they gave more. Service was also commendable and price was reasonable. Go here for tita lunch outs or just a simple pasta craving!
Headed for a quick lunch out near our office which is a Zomato Gold Partner, and this place didn't disappoint me.
We ordered four different pastas so that we can try and taste the different varieties.
1. Tagliolini Verdie Ai Funghi - This is the best and the tastiest among the four that we ordered. I was not aware that if would be a green pasta (well the name says it all haha), not a pesto fan by the way, but this pasta was an exception. It was very creamy and tasty. There was no green taste and we were told that the main ingredient was spinach. I love truffle based cream too, and i think that's why I'm biased. 8/10
2. Spaghetti Alle Vongole - a red cream pasta that tasted like a little bit seafood-y, well of course it had clams that had generous amount in all fairness, it's a little bit salty but I like it that way. 7.5/10
3. Beef Lasagna - At first, I thought we ordered a typical lasagna but it's not. I would definitely try this again for a midnight snack. I love how it was creamy and sour at the same time. 7.5/10
4. Spaghetti Al Nero - it's a different type of pasta so it's fun to try, but it was jusy okay for my taste buds. 7/10
Service was great, the staff were very attentive and accommodating. They also gave us a complimentary bread which is a perfect partner for our pastas. Ambience was great too, it's just there was no toilet inside the place, you need to go the mall which is outside but still understandable.
Overall.
Love it! Will definitely come back and try the other pastas. I think this will be my go-to-pasta place now.
If you’re looking for a quick pasta pick me up then this place is for you. The squid ink pasta, aglio olio prawn, and truffle pasta are must tries for this restaurant!
Ordered Penne Carbonara and Spaghetti Alle Vongole.
The Carbonara was creamy with just the right amount of bacon bits.
They did not skimp on clams for the spaghetti alle vongole.
Can’t get enough of this Burrata with Parma ham and spaghetti aglio olio spent with this wonderful man... until our next italian food journey! 😋
Thanks to zomato gold, I found this hidden gem in Valero Street. I would highly recommend trying the squid-ink pasta, the gnocchi with pesto sauce and the tortelloni alla zucca. 😍 All pastas are freshly made and cooked al dente. Excuse me for not being able to take a picture of the other dishes, because we were really hungry by then. 😬
On the other hand appetisers, such as the arancini with mushrooms and truffle sauce may have been quite bland and could use more sauce. Moreover, the bruschetta with salmon and cream cheese is certainly a bruschetta with a twist, but I would prefer having bruschetta as is... with tomatoes and olive oil. 😀
But overall the quality and price of the food has surpassed my expectations. I would definitely return with or without zomato gold. ❤️
Super nice interior and freshly cooked meals. Ordered tagliolini with mushrooms but I think the spinach noodles can be very overpowering and can be replaced with a plain noodle.
It was a very pleasurable dining experience. I ordered the bruschetta to start, which was made with salmon bursting from the top with a cream cheese base. A bit of a stretch from the usual bruschetta with tomatoes, but the taste was lovely just the same.
The spaghetti nero and the beef ragu for the main course were perfect choices - these two dishes were very, very good. The spaghetti nero was made with a generous serving of garlic, with baby squid and squid ink that uniformly and generously covered the pasta. Very tasty. The ragu was also good, and the beef was seasoned well, and very tender. What took center stage though was the fresh pasta - the pasta had just the right amount of chewiness and toughness - served al dente. Perfect consistency and taste, both for the spaghetti and fettuccine. For me, the portions were just right, but smaller compared tonpasta servings from other restaurants.
Capped the dinner off with the panna cotta with salted caramel, which had just the right amount of sweetness, but I would have liked it to be a little bit firm.
The ambience was sleek and simple, clean with no clutter. The staff were also very attentive, and offered grated parmesan and fresh pepper. Would definitely pin this resto for a second visit
I love there pasta specially the Lasagna. But i ordered two pastas Lasagna and Carbonara. There price is really affordable and worth it. The staffs are accommodating. Fast service

This is basically sautéed mushrooms, truffle paste and cream sauce. I don’t know if the mushrooms are shitake but it’s definitely fresh. The pasta is hand made, I love how firm it is, to the bite. 💕

ZomatoPH recently lauched its first exclusive event with Zomato Gold users at Bar Centrale. A pasta masterlcass was held with the help of Chef Ruth Sandico. At first, it was awkward putting your hands on the flour with egg, but yeah, it was fun while learning. We also learned why it's called Bar Centrale though it's not the type of restaurant which serves liquor, etc. Their highlight is their pastas, made from scratch and handmade.
We had Salmon Bruschetta which was delighting in taste and it's not fishy.
Arancini - deep fried saffron rice balls, with tomato sauce or bolognese sauce. Try eating it with more tomato sauce to give a richer taste.
Tagliolini Verdi Al Funghi - I like how the mushroom taste isn't too strong. It has a cream sauce and it is rich in taste. You can really notice that their pasta was hand made because it's not perfect, the texture isn't that smooth. Well, I like it. It was flavorful. Even L.A. Aguinaldo loves it.
Tiramisu - layered espresso soaked Savioardi (ladyfingers), not sure if I taste mascarpone cheese at the bottom of the tiramisu, but it tastes good. As you bite the ladyfingers, you'll feel some slight liquid oozing from the bread. It was soft and a bit foamy.
The place has a cozy and classy ambiance. It has some nice interiors. It was small. Service is okay (even though it was too busy that time). I'll go back here for sure.
Ate here Thursday night using Zomato Gold. Caesar salad had a nice thick dressing with just a hint of anchovy and a lot of depth. Veggies were crisp. Definitely one of the better versions I have tried.
The vongole (not the regular oil based,) had an unexpected, delicious roasted garlic - smoked paprika flavor.
Only complaint: Fettucine wasn’t very firm but it seemed to match the style of the dish (beef ragu, tender and flavorful) so I didn’t mind it too much.
Service was good despite the late hour.
I’ll definitely eat here again. Don’t be put off by the high-end looking decor. The food tastes like a homey, neighborhood restaurant like a warm hug... but on your tongue.

Would’ve given a 3.5, but there are no half points so I decided to round up. Overall the experience was good: nice interiors, attentive servers, interesting menu. Points for improvement: the Agnolotti Al Plin was a bit dry inside, and the sage butter sauce was “bitin.” The playlist during my visit also kinda clashed with the restaurant’s vibe.
My third visit, and for some reason experience this time around was much better than before. Could it be the updated ambiance, or a different chef or management's commitment to up the ante? Whatever it was, a satisfied customer here.

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the food! We ordered aglio olio with shrimp, gnocchetti al pasto, burrata and carpaccio di manzo. My favorite was the aglio olio, very light but tasty. The gnocchetti was also good, very creamy! Ambiance was good, place is quiet even if the restaurant was full. Will come back and taste other items on the menu!
The first thing I noticed here is that they have great service - very attentive and polite people :)
Now, the food - they have amazing Carpaccio here, which I really enjoyed! The pasta was good also, but it was a bit overwhelming, and it didn't have a distinct taste that I would keep craving for. We got the Tagliolini for this visit by the way. Next time, I'd like to try other pasta varieties, maybe a tomato based one to see how that goes.

As soon as we stepped in one of their friendly servers greeted us with a smile. We were seated by the couch and I asked for their bestsellers. She asked first if I wanted Tomato-based sauce or cream. Of course I opted for cream and she gave her recommendations.
I had the Tagliolini Verdi Al Funghi while my buddy chose Pasta Al Nero.
Mine was creamy and flavorful. The mushroom flavor was just right. The handmade pasta was a bit heavy but it didn't bother me much as it was cooked al dente. The squid ink pasta my friend had was sadly too bland for her taste. I had a taste and thought it did lack flavor.
For desserts we ordered a slice of their Dark Chocolate and Walnut Cake. The server asked if we wanted the vanilla creme poured over it. I thought it was delicious but not too remarkable.
Again, the Zomato Gold experience was hassle-free and quick.

Went back for more! This time I tried the Beef Lasagne (4/5) and my friend got the Spaghetti Carbonara (4/5).
