Ordered their Double Meat and Italian Papa Pizza. It was my first time to taste Papa John’s pizza. The dough was baked nicely. The pizza sauce (I think it was garlic butter) complements the pizza greatly. When we had leftovers, I actually tossed it into the pan and drizzled with olive oil and voila! The pizza tasted even better. 😅 That’s actually my trick whenever I have leftover pizzas since I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. 😂🙂
The calzones are really good. The tuna tropical pizza is a must. I love pineapples on pizza, so I'm biased haha! They shouldn't scrimp on the pizza sauce, though. The crab meat pasta is also good. I'm impressed!
BTW, this review is for the new Lagro branch in Quezon City.
I had a 14" All the Meats Speciality Pizza at P615 for delivery. It arrived hot and with the garlic butter sauce, pickled jalapeño, chili flakes and hot sauce without my requesting which I felt was a wonderful gesture.
We used to frequent the Greenhills branch beside OB Montessori when I fetched my youngest from there. This flavor was his favorite. It had a meat combination of pepperoni, beef bits, Italian sausage, bacon and ham. Their crust is my favorite among pizza fastfood chain hand-tossed variety. It is chewy like a proper crust and it maintains a good topping to crust ratio. One thing noticeable is that it is not oily unlike some known fastfood pizza shops. Overall, a good, delicious pizza.

Was a regular here when they have the 50% off Pizza. It's our Tuesday ritual. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Of course the pizza is awesome. Their pepperoni pizza is my daughter's fave. Mine's the garlic sauce. I dip almost everything on that heavenly sinful sauce.
Food sometimes good & sometimes so-so. I hope the buy 1 take 1 would come again... service is good, price is okay.. overall better than pizzahut.
On a regular basis whenever we are so tired of eating rice meals as our typical baons at work especially we mostly in graveyard shirt, our favorite to go to place is Papa John's havinh their pasta and pizza. Full review soon.
I have loved Papa Johns since I was 7 years old. Decades before “Papa” showed his true colors as one of the most dislikeable people on earth. I recently moved to Manila, but Whenever I came to Manila for work trips previously, I would order some pizza and eat it in my room, with extra garlic butter. So I was a little surprised a few weeks ago when I got a text message from Maricar on Papa Johns’ marketing team with a promo. The text came at 9:30 in the morning, which may have not sounded appealing to most, but pizza is my favorite breakfast. However I fought off the temptation. Fast forward to this week, I called Papas to order the SuperDuo (or something like that). For one of my pizzas, I wanted a cheese pizza, which wasn’t part of the deal. So I just asked for a meat pizza, without the meat. The call center pizza sales guy caught on to my “evil” scheme and wouldn’t let me do it. He wanted to charge me 160 pesos to take 3 ingredients off my pizza. I thought that was absurd because my vegetarian desires were saving them money. Honestly, I didn’t feel like Papa Johns was putting their client first. It was annoying. Then, I remembered Maricar! I called back, asked for her and it went great! I felt like I had my own pizza concierge. She was able to line me up with the promo that allowed all of my meatless dreams come true. Within 45 minutes I was eating delicious pizza with huge amounts of nutritious garlic butter.
We ordered the Super Papa and got it delivered to our hotel. This is my kind of pizza, not greasy at all! And the toppings complimented each other. The delivery man was also nice and polite.
I decided to try the 3some Thursday Promo of Papa John’s where you get a 12-inch pizza for just Php199. And if you get 3 of these, you get a free order of pasta platter worth Php297. Sounds good!
For my 3some, I ordered:
Cheesy Buffalo Pizza - it has so much cheese, buffalo sauce, pepperoni slices. This one did not get me as much as the other two that I ordered. But given its price, it’s all worth it.
Bacon Island Zest Pizza - slices of bacon, pineapple tidbits and a drizzling of dressing. For this one, the bacon serving is so generous that you will really taste the meat.
Double Meat Pizza - onions and tomatoes and pepperoni. This one is also a winner. So meaty but not overwhelming.
For our free pasta, I got the Crabmeat Pasta. It has hefty servings of shredded crabmeat, rich white sauce, and seasoned with a little spicy kick.
Bonus:
I also tried the Pepperoncini Dynamite. And this one sent me to spicy heaven. Bacon-wrapped pepperoncini stuffed with cheese sauce got me into a surprise as the freshly baked bacon went perfectly with the sour-ish juice of the pepperoncini and the oozing melted cheese. Not your usual dynamite using ladyfinger chili (siling haba) as the pepperoncini has a distinct spicy flavor. Gotta grab more of these!!!
Awesome pizza and very good in taste as base was soft and fresh all the vegetables we're fresh and Infact got 50%discount as Tuesday offer pizza lovers must visit
