I really like this place. I never had such a good milktea before and their different flavours and choices are amazing. I even didn't know you can prepare milktea in so many ways. It took a little bit time to prepare my drink, but I think that's nothing bad because they prepare it freshly in front of you. In my case there were also no lines like in some other outlets of this chain. Century City Mall is more the quiet place, so it's more relaxing than one of the other malls. Drinks are a little bit expensive, but I will come back here to treat myself.
I always see long lines in Coco and don't have the patience to wait, so when I dropped by Century Mall and saw that it was almost empty, I went in.
Tried the pearl milk tea which was very good. Large size is cheaper compared to other similar stores.
Service wise, it took abt 15 min to serve the milk tea even tho there were few customers.
Place is cute and there are limited chairs - most customers here go for take out anyway.

I love this place. Panda milk tea or two ladies forever! Their pearl milk tea is rich and creamy. Plus, pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. I always go during odd hours to skip the long lines.

So this have been a hype few months back but I never tried it until I visited this mall around 10 am. Haahaha there was no line! So I decided to have a chance to pick one milk tea.
SALTY CREAM MILK TEA 4/5
For 100 pesos I got a large milk tea, that is nice. The taste was so good, the balanced taste of the tea, milk and salt is fabulous, though I find it a little bit sweet but its ok!
Was able to finally taste their Milk Tea because I grabbed the opportunity when my colleague went to Century Mall. I am Giving their Panda Milk Tea a very good rate - not too sweet and is milky. The pearl is not that big (probably too many pearls for me -not much of a fan). No wonder people are lining up for this. It did not dissapoint.
I’ll be judging this purely on the drink. Because the line was long and the service was…well, let’s just say that an argument ensued between two employees there. 😦. It wasn’t a heated discussion. It was a matter of handing over tasks. I would totally understand that it’s for the sake of proper handover and providing that quality customer experience. But as I told you, the line was long so there were a lot of witnesses to that scene.
me and my officemates often crave for their drinks. im so glad this place now all over metromanila. their taro milk tea with coconut jelly was perfect 👌 their milk teas are naturally sweeter than the others. sugar at 30% was already sweet. Im looking forward for the opening of their branch in greenhills.
Waiting in line is never easy, but with coco it’s always the case.. service is very good. The staff were apologetic and accomodating. I waited 20 mins after tge orders were taken, when the drinks were given to me they were apologetic for the long wait. I think, coco should expand, to accomodate the volume of customers they have on a daily basis.
Enjoyed my 3 Buddies Drink. 95pesos with no additional Charge for the Pearls, pudding, etc. This is a fairly new branch, staff are nice, the inside has limited seats. Air conditioning needs constant checking, during my time of visit it was warm inside. The interiors are nicely done, i like the Floral mural on one side of the store. If your a fan of Milk teas, Coco will make your time worthwhile. Recommended.
CoCo is found at the ground floor of Century City Mall. The place looks quite small. It was my first time to try their milk tea. I ordered White Pearl Milk Teas as recommended by my friend. It has small white pearls. I think this milk tea is really good. It comes with the signature Coco milk tea blend. My fried ordered Passion Fruit Tea Burst. It comes with different pearls. It was somewhat sour and sweet, but tasted refreshing!
