We had the tasting menu and my personal favorites among the courses were the eggplant velouté, foie gras, iberico and chocolate textures. The place looks exquisite and the service is excellent. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.
Had the tasting menu with iberico as main. Loved all the dishes. My companion had the duck for main but it was forgettable compared to the iberico. Great work!
Tried out the tasting menu. Loooved the foie gras tart, uni risotto, and the corn veloute. I wish the duck magret were indeed less chewy, and the first two courses were not really memorable. Also, the downtime between some of the courses were too long so I feel like I could have enjoyed the continuity between courses and their flavours more. Still praiseworthy and promising, would love to come back and try the a la carte.
