Raffles is arguably the best hotel brand in the world and this is one of their best. Enjoy afternoon tea like it used to be or the awesome gym and spa facilities. Two pools and staff that makes you smile.
From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, the service was impeccable and the staff were engaging and charming. If you are looking for that little bit extra sparkle, this is the place to go. To all the team at Raffles Makati, thank you for making our special weekend that little bit extra special. You are the best!
Good service. Nice suites. Comfortable and efficient accommodation. Quality staff. Good value for your money. Request that you add “Filipino specialty snacks - kakanin “ to the breakfast buffet menu.

We had an amazing stay over and will definitely come back once. We just recommend Raffles to everyone liking high standards and perfect recovery in a fantastic city.
I always enjoy my stay at Raffles. The staff are amazing and make you feel like Raffles is your home away from home. The pool is great. Food at Spectrum and Mireio are very good. When we travel to Manila we always return to Raffles. Definitely, the best hotel in Manila.
Staff were very respectful ,accommodating, courteous and friendly. It's a nice place. My room is spacious and very clean. Food is okey but the rose tea w/ honey tastes good.
Everything about this hotel is superb... From the front desk, the bellhop, to the housekeeping staff and the guards, they are all courteous, accommodating, and attentive to the needs of the guests. We were booked in a Fairmont king room but was upgraded to a Raffles 2-bedroom suite at no extra cost! It was a very pleasant surprise and the suite really exceeded our expectations. The beds and beddings are comfortable, the rooms and bath are spacious and clean. And the views are spectacular. The hotel staff really made our stay memorable and very pleasant. Special mention to Cyril and Jeffrey at the front desk who took care of our needs and made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Truly world-class.
Excellent service and beautiful rooms! You get what you pay for 👍🏼 Their restaurant on the 9th floor is a great Provençal restaurant with a terrace bar which looks out to a priceless view of Makati CBD. I would love to have another staycation there again ❤️
The Writer's bar is a great place to have afternoon tea. The Queen Victoria high tea set was exceptionally delicious.
Had excellent lunch at Mirèio, Raffles Makati to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Big thanks most to Niza Palmos for such great service, very professional and yet personally took care of us. Kudos also to Pauline and Ivan for attending to our needs. Great ambiance, great service, humble people and food was great and délicieux!
The best hotel service I never received from other hotels. Surely trying to be back . Love those fantastic arts very much. So impressive!
Excellent personal service.. You don't have to ask and they anticipate what your needs are. Thank you Raffles staff. Happy Easter and thank you for your sacrifices of being with your families but instead provide great service to other families 👍👏

This is a very luxury restaurant at Raffles Hotel. The cuisine was beyond superb, it offers French and continental favorites. The spread was minimal but everything was so delicious and premium quality. Of course the prices are expensive, their Sunday brunch cost at around Php 3,015 per head, but I can say that it's worth all your penny. They had the foie gras station, rissotto, seafood tartar, a wide selection of cheese and meats, carvery of wagyu and leg of lamb, appetizers and dessert station was all superb. Everything I tasted here were magnificent. The staff were so professional and the DJ plays music for the additional vibe in the restaurant. I would say this was a good Sunday brunch to get a buzz with an amazing view outside makati.

It was a Monday well spent after having my lunch here. The vibe of the restaurant definitely screams fancy and elegance. This surely lands a spot on my top recommendations for fine dining date nights! We chose to have a set course meal that included a starter, a main course, and a dessert. This is priced at ₱1340, however, you have an option of the main course and dessert or starter for ₱1110. It was a Monday well spent after having my lunch here. The vibe of the restaurant definitely screams fancy and elegance.
The place is very elegant with lit candles and a floor to ceiling glass walls so you can have a view while dining. It’s super rare to ever still find a place in Manila which serves good seared foie Gras and duck breast, and here is the place for those! Although I think sometimes the dinner table could be a bit darker than how it should be. Cause they dim the lights. Maybe more light can be better to appreciate also the presentation of the food.
The wine list is quite extensive too which is always a good thing.
One of the fine dining spots in Manila I highly recommend.
A high-ceilinged space with natural light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows, marble detailing and kitchen countertop as well as plush seating set the elegant tone for Mirèio. It was our first time to dine in this elegant brasserie where Provençal-inspired cuisine and other French favorites born of traditional French cooking techniques takes the stage.
The Mireio Sunday brunch buffet is a cheese and charcuterie heaven! Great food with amazing quality. I love their seared foie gras too which is also part of the buffet!
I had scoured the internet to find the best place to have our anniversary date, and eventually settled with Mireio because I was quite intrigued with its French and literary inspiration. I’m very very glad that I did!
The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greatly impressed. The staff were really nice. Professional, kind and actually thoughtful.
The restaurant was just beautiful and elegant. It's set against a magnificent view of the Makati skyline. With the dim lights and a candle-lit dinner, we were treated in a great and intimate evening.
What we had:
Fresh and smoked salmon tartare
Braised oxtail with black truffle mashed potato and side salad
Chef Bouillabaisse
Lavender creme brulee with peach sorbet
Everything was great, but the braised oxtail stood out. The lavender creme brûlée was so good as well and the flavors were just really subtle and blended perfecty.
When I booked our table, I asked to be seated by the windows and in a quiet corner, citing it was for an anniversary dinner. And we were. But what surprised me was when after our dessert, two of the staff came up with a moist cake and greeted us a happy anniversary! It was a bit of a surprise and we were really happy. The service was just impeccable throughout. They really care about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests at Mireio.
FOOD: 4/5
For appetizer, I had Burrata Cheese topped with Lemon Confit, arugula, and homemade tomato confit. The Burrata, when eaten on its own, is light in flavor and texture. You have to eat it with the lemon confit, arugula, and the tomatoes to experience the refreshing harmony of flavors in your mouth. The lemon confit is well-balanced. It's sour but not offensive to the taste.
I ordered the Pan-seared Sea Bass on a Cauliflower déclinaison with a Romesco sauce. My golly I loooooove the cauliflower bed so much it's prolly the best I've tasted so far! The sea bass is also well-cooked; skin is crispy and the flesh, juicy and melts in your mouth.
I got to try what my friends ordered as well. The Lamb chops are really good, it's crunchy and crispy outside but tender and flavorful within. The best lamb I've tasted, tbh. Meanwhile, the Iberico is a bit of a lackluster for me, taste-wise and price-wise.
The dessert is really something tho. The Lavender Crème Brûlée is da bomb!!! Texture is so so good and the flavors, just wow. It's very rich and velvety at the onset, then you'll feel the lavender undertones afterwards. Like what my friend said, the lavender taste is subtle and not offensive. We also got the Maraicabo mousse with chocolate ice cream, truffle cake and hazelnut crunch. We love how chocolatey the mousse is without being too sweet.
AMBIANCE: 5/5
When I made the reservation, I asked for a table with a good view of Makati CBD. The reservation staff was cordial enough to grant my request. When we got to the restaurant (it was all our first time to dine there), my friends and I were all charmed with the classy and elegantly calm ambiance of the place. It's perfect for an intimate date night!
STAFF: 5/5
Our server, Roxanne, was very attentive to our needs.
Not to mention, we were quite surprised that our food really came in fast (we didn't expect this for a fine dining setup) so I give props to the chefs and the rest of the staff.
Will definitely be back here!
Mirèio is a marvellous restaurant in the heart of Makati CBD. The receptionist seated us beside the window overlooking the mall with a stunning view of the many edifices of Makati beautifully lit in the evening... the ala-cubist paintings of the restaurant are stunning. Servers were attentive and congenial. The oxtail parmentier left us (in almost an orgasmic 🤣) speechlessness. The lamb chops a bit too salty for my taste but goes well with the red wine reduction and the rice pilaf. The lobster bisque with the crab ravioli was a lovely starter, an explosion of flavours. The smoked salmon with the avocado purée was refreshing although a bit underwhelming, perhaps this could be bettered by bringing out the sweetness of the avocado to contrast with the saltiness of the salmon? The dessert was great: we got the Mont Blanc tart and the Pistachio and Olive Oil cake with yogurt ice cream and white chocolate. We left the restaurant with happy and full stomachs since they provided us with a decadent piece of chocolate cake with a personalised congratulatory message for my friend who celebrated his successful application to an internship with Mirèio.
Love the ambience, the food and the view in this restaurant. Especially love the salmon and steaks. Service is good, though sometimes it's hard to catch the attention of the staff since they all huddle behind the bar. Otherwise, a nice place for a romantic dinner or to celebrate a special occasion.
Beautiful restaurant with magnificent view. Having breakfast there is the best way to start you day.
We stay at Raffles when we 1st move in to Philippines and I love to have my breakfast there. Warm hospitality and the staff will greet you by your name!
One day I was looking for my fave blueberry yoghurt at the counter but couldn’t find it. I just go back to my table and say nothing. The waiter saw it and he brought the blueberry yoghurt from kitchen to my table. Oh my!! I’m speechless!! They also remember how do I like my eggs.
No need to mention about the food. It’s all mouthwatering just by looking at the photos and of course it tastes really good in reality.
The ambiance of the place is great! Also excellent service.
Love their home made breads, just can’t have enough hehe. The food is not bad, but the Dessert is Extraordinary! Really made my day! Also thank you so much for the complementary anniversary cake, it’s just so sweet and made us so full haha.
Great experience over all!
Also has 20% discount for BPI credit card, sulit 👍
Food was really good and the servers were so aware of our special instructions. Every single server greeted my girlfriend and i for our anniversary and they even offered a free desert greeting us. Spectacular evening.
One of the best places I've visited in terms of ambience, taste of the food, and service. With its premium price range, you will be compensated with good food in generous servings, well concocted cocktails (I was even inspired to make my own version of their White sangria!), and a nice perspective of the Makati skyline. They also have happy hours with unlimited cocktails! Try it out!
Nice view of Makati, good music, happy hour special deals, tasty drinks and overall great vibe!
Good place for after work drinks and hanging out with friends. Service staff were attentive.
Great food over lunch!
Had steak and frites
Excellent service
Oyster sampler is a must
TIP: Order ala carte and get 25% off with ARC or 20% off with BPI credit card
Lamb rack, one of the best I tasted. Service was perfect, the wine, nice selection, ambiance - very European. I like the idea of unlimited wine from 5 to 8pm, price was reasonable.
Exceptional food and awesome service. The food was served on time and the staff are friendly and really accommodating. Great ambience and really appreciate the intimate setting.

Beautiful restaurant with a great view. Clean and tranquil. Food was amazing and service was outstanding. I may have had an uncooked fish but they immediately apologized and replaced it with another. They made sure that it was ok right after I took my first bite. The rest of what we had was delicious. I would definitely go back again.
Great ambience and service. Top notch dining. Another one of my favorites. Each dish was made beautifully and everything tasted great. Their foie gras is worth every penny, so scrumptious and packed with flavor. Steak and lamb chops equally tender and delicious. Dessert was even better. Love everything about this place.

We ate here as a large group last January 2, 2018. Their breads are baked to perfection. The orzo pasta with king prawns is the best dish we've had among those that we have ordered. The steak and fries is just so-so, nothing special. Beef tartare is okay. Foie gras is good but I am not a fan.
Beautiful restaurant. Fancy. Empty on a Saturday I wonder why. Food and service was impeccable. Pricey but worth it.
My favorite was the Foie Gras, the pasta was refreshing and the oxtail was super delicious.
Will surely comeback for another date night with my husband.
T'was a nice place to chill. The service is superb. Servers were very attentive. I guess it must be because there weren't that many people that night. Although, they should add a bit more lighting to their patio, and music perhaps.
Food and service was outstanding. The beef tartare was simply divine. The duck was amazing. Overall a superb dining experience!
Will definitely return to mark even more special occasions.
Last month, my friends and I spent an entire afternoon catching up at Mireio, Raffles Makati. There, we enjoyed a weekend in Provence with their numerous appetizers and main course selections which includes a dessert and cheese buffet for Php1,980. High above the city, Raffles Makati presents Mirèio, a Provencal-inspired brasserie dining experience unique to Manila. Pronounced "mee-reyo", the refreshingly new dining destination takes its cue from the rich traditions of the French countryside with cuisine that is sun-drenched and created around the seasons, born of traditional French culinary techniques, and exuberant Mediterranean influences.
Pinch me, I'm in love. It has been a few hours since I left Mirèio but I can't stop thinking about the food I had for lunch and I'm already planning when to go back for more.
Hello, Mirèio.
Mirèio is one of the restaurants of Raffles Makati specializing in Provencal-inspired cuisine. . Located on the 9th floor of the hotel known for superb customer service, we were welcomed in the restaurant with a sense of familiarity.
On an event hosted by Martelle Cognac, we were served meals by fine dining, Italian restaurant, Mireio. Members of the media were treated to a divine, three course meal.
For starters, we got fresh thinly sliced Mahi-Mahi Carpaccio with tomato dressing and mango. This was an interesting combination of salty flavors and fruity touch.
For our main, a generous slab of fine Sirloin steak with bernaise sauce and golden fries was served. I loved how juicy and tender this meat was despite it being served thick. I took the time chewing this medium rare piece.
Dessert capped my experience here on a higher note. Check out their Chocolate Religieuse with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream. This was a filling sweet stop, good for two but could easily consumed by one person.
Awesome service. Lilibeth- manager and Pau made us feel special. Despite of ASEAN rush! Great restaurant and even greater service! Definitely I will be back
Had a fine dining Sunday lunch experience with foodie friends at Mirèio.The ambiance of the place looks very classy and the staff is also very amiable. Sharing about the course meal we had here.
Went here for some drinks and we're glad we did. Places that offer a view of the city never loses their charm, especially when they have great cocktails to boast. Forgot the names but I got the spicy one and the one w pineapple juice and both were awesome. The mireio terraces is definitely a must after a long and stressful week!
For a french restaurant in Makati, that is fine dining, the price was pretty acceptable. The ambiance was cozy and not pretentious. Decors were pretty classy. Food was very good. We tried almost everything except one of their specialties the steak tartare. Good wine list. Dessert was not as great considering its a French restaurant. I didnt like the creme brulee it tasted "soapy". The steak was properly cooked. The foie was thick and savory a bit under cooked but better than it being over cooked. The lamb shoulder was perfect! Bouillabaise needed a dash of salt but was very good, the scallops were scrumptious. Take note its french so the servings are quite small.
Two weeks ago, we EATSperienced one of the most memorable EATSperiences we have had in quite a long time. It was not like any usual food trip for us. It was A Weekend in Provence at Mireio in Raffles Makati. Yes, it was our first time at Raffles Makati’s elegant French restaurant and by the looks of it, it will definitely not be our last. Why? You will find out in this edition of EATSplorations. The weekend in Provence EATSperience at Mireio features family-style sharing of the appetizers, beautiful plated dishes, a buffet of cheese, and a whole lot of dessert options. Do we need to say more? Join us as we take a trip to Provence at Raffles Makati’s Mireio, enjoy!
If you're looking for a special night out, this might be the place for you. The restaurant is very classy, but it is also very pricey. The food was good, but probably doesn't justify the prices. The beef tartare was quite good - I would recommend it. While this isn't a place that we'll go regularly, it would a great experience and will return for special occasions.
We will, however, return for the bar on the 9th floor. It has a really nice view and the cocktail are great. Again, not cheap, but it is a fun experience.
Amazing place. Definitely one of the best places in Manila. Went there two days in a row.
Five if us ordered almost all nice stuff on the menu. The egg plant was the most
Handsome eggplant dish I have ever seen.
My lamb was large serve and simple superb.
Next target egg ben for
Breakfast.
Also waiting to watch the sunset one of these days from the rooftop bar, which is something one has to see... real wow!!

Mirèio (mee-reyo) is an elegant brassiere-style restaurant that's casual yet refined with its terrace on the 10th floor (accessible via stairs) perfect for pre-dinner cocktails, unfortunately they close earlier than expect (10 P.M.), but no worries because the Long Bar is there to follow you through the night.
