Ambience and Location
It's been awhile since I've been to their branch at Robinsons Place Manila. I was walking along Dela Rosa and spotted their restaurant right before crossing the intersection along Rufino. Location is very near Starbucks and the time was perfect to try it out since it was offpeak hours. They have a lot of seats inside but expect none outside. They mostly have chairs while couches cover the sides.
Ajisen Ramen
An obvious choice for a first-timer, I tried this branch's version and everything was pretty consistent. I missed the flavor of their broth that was nice and tasty plus full of flavor. Serving size and quantity for the meat, egg, and veggies were fair. Price range is comparable to other well-known ramen options in the metro, especially in Makati, and this can easily be my default order when I can't make up my mind.
Service
Waiting time was a bit long but no big deal, and since it was nearly empty during my visit, I had all the time to embrace the peace and quiet, relaxing my mind at the same time.

If i'm craving for Japanese food this is the place to be hahahaha. First it's very near our office, walking distance. My love for sashimi begins here... i like their spicy salmon sashimi. My first time to try their spicy tofu yum! 😁
Legit Ramen at Legaspi , the best time to eat here..11am-12am or 2PM onwards to avoid traffic. The name itself says their best seller food. Its a Thumbs up!

Food serving was enough for a hungry person.
Ramen broth was just ordinary. I was expecting for a creamier broth. Theres a service charge, good enough for the welcome house tea. 😛
The place was spacious and clean, and the staff was very quick and responsive. He immediately gave us another table when he heard us commenting about the cold. Service was pretty fast, but it probably has to do with the fact that we were the only customers at the time.
I ordered the Chasu Ramen. There was a generous number of pork slices, which I liked, and they also threw in half an egg for free (unlike other ramen places). The noodles were unusual though. They were closer to spaghetti noodles than ramen noodles, both in appearance and in taste. The broth was good, but was a bit watery. The serving was smaller than most ramen places I’ve tried, but it was still very filling. :)
I tried this place out of my mom's recommendation. I haven't had breakfast nor lunch before I went to this place so I was super hungry. My mom recommended that I tried their donburi but since this is a ramen place, of course I would try first their ramen. So I got their seafood ramen and I gotta say. It was okay. Nothing special really. The difference of this ramen from the other places I've tried is that its noodles are so thick it could pass off as spaghetti! Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the meal and the service crew were nice. Although they were not really acting professional at the time I was eating, but I just let it pass since it was a dead hour anyway and there were practically just two customers.
After yearning for some good sushi at some good place, wasn't able to even get myself gravitating towards any japanese eatery but with chowking's limited menu om seafood i moved towards this. I loved the salmon sushi, never really understood how the seafood could be raw yet not taste raw. The hot pot too happened to be quite a bit, could manage to finish all without having my stomach crying out in protest in terms of huge amounts that it has to digest. I super loved their hot complimentary tea.
We are in the midst of searching for our desserts and our eyes went wide when we passed by on this place since we are all sucker for ramen. We already finished our lunch so we dine in here after office hours and tried their menu. My friends tried seafood ramen, Ajisen and spicy tan tan mien for me as always. The Tan tan mien was ok more of nutty flavor with ground beef and ajisen was good which you can also replace it with a curry soup just add +50. Overall it was ok for the price since its more cheaper other than the ramen house we already visited.
Went to a Ramen house, might as well eat ramen :) I ordered their Ajisen Ramen and shared some spicy tuna sashimi with my friends. The ramen was good, the taste of the egg was strong in the broth, which i liked very much. In the menu's description it says fungi, but don't let it turn you off, its just some chewy mushroom we Filipinos know more as "Tenga ng Daga". The broth tastes like its miso-based, but they have options if you want to change the broth or the ingredients in your soup.
The spicy tuna sashimi and kani salad (crab and cucumber with fish eggs) were really good as well :) I'd recommend you eat here with friends, so you can experiment with their various options, as well as cut off their price (though their price range is a regular in authentic japanese restaurants.)
