They have really affordable lunch sets!

I got the chicken katsudon, which came with noodles! Choice of udon or soba, I got the udon.

For 250, this is a winner. I wish they were nearer my office!

Good service, very accommodating and friendly. Food is really good, fresh and the serving size is generous. The manager (I think, the Japanese guy) served some of the dishes himself. The place is very inviting and I will definitely go back there!

I give this resto a 5.0 for its price + taste in comparison with other Japanese restos in Metro Manila. Their lunch combos are only P290 (including tax), I have tried the chirashi combo, which was fresh! The combos come with salad and miso and a slice of fruit. But that's not all, their menu was long... they have a LOT to choose from, would love to go back and try the other more expensive dishes, but for these lunches alone I will be back there. Even in the regular menu, price was great compared to other Japanese restos in Metro Manila. Rather than spending P220 for sashimi somewhere else, just add a few more pesos and try the lunch combos here.The place was clean and cool, the tables were separated by low dividers, and the restroom was clean. There were many servers and they were pretty attentive. When you sit down you're given a complementary hot towel, and the restroom/wash areas have wash towels also.But the first thing I noticed when I stepped in were that there were mostly Japanese people dining--in fact I had to wait and look around til I finished lunch to see that there was another Filipino in sight. There were around 15 tables and most of them were filled. The Japanese people dining were obviously working around the area because most of them wore IDs or were wearing work/office clothing. Didn't feel like I was in Manila.The only thing maybe is that the location, in Pasay Road, does not have enough parking spaces so with the volume of people dining you might need to find a place somewhere to park.

I love the setting of this place. It feels like you're in Japan. Azami's California Maki is delectable. Their menu was in Japanese so we had to ask the service crew to translate but they were very accommodating. If you love Japanese food, definitely check this place out.
