Best Mexican food in the Metro, in my opinion. When it comes to Mex food, the only place that comes to mind is Chupacabra! I've recommended so mant friends to this restaurant and I make it a point to eat whenever I'm in Poblacion. Very good food. Service is a bit slow during peak hours, but I believe it's a normal occurrence. Staff are really overworked so props to them. Never, ever had problems with this resto.
Had a great time last night! They have the best Chimichangas in town and their margarita is a killer! Cheap beer, great food! I will definitely recommend this to my friends!
Hanged here with a couple of friends before evening drinks. Perfect place for hearty bowls of texmex goodness. Had Gonzo Chicken Adobo with runny fried eggs. Toss in several carne asada and several bottle of local beer. Service was a bit slow when we were there- blaming it on the wet weather and packed bar.
This restaurant is cool. It has this Texan-Mexican street vibe and there's still plenty of room inside.
The food is great and right for the price. The serving is pretty good too. You can order an add on anyway.
It's clean, savory, and spicy! Definitely a go-to place for a drink with friends or for your Mexican fix.
Nice food, their shrimp taco is a must try ( camarones la diabla). Perfect place for having a beer with your friends
Their menu is so good and everything is paired nicely with a bottle of beer. The price range is really good too, wont burn a hole in the wallet. Their serving is generous and they have a smoking area, an airconditioned area, and outdoor eating

Carne asada was good also
This is as close to authentic Mexican tacos as one could get in Manila. The tortillas are handmade, not your typical wraps out of a plastic bag. They double up the tortillas per order and pùt enough meat that you can literally make 2 tacos out of one order.
We ordered the street tacos carne asada, carnitas, al pastor and lengua....the latter being the best. The location is tucked away in a small side street in Poblacion Makati yet many customers seem to find it. This place gets packed. Make sure to choose a table indoors (airconditioned) because it gets really hot in the outdoor seating area.
After years of clamoring to come here, I was finally able to with no regrets! Ordered the carnitas tacos for sharing, vegetarian enchilada (I'm a Mexicali diehard), garlic quesadilla, and their hellboy taco. My friends ordered other things I was not able to try, but everything was delicious, juicy, and well-seasoned. We all left feeling super full and satisfied. Definitely coming back.
A bit crowded but not surprising as they are one of the best tex-mex places around Poblacion. Food and drinks are very affordable, service was fast and accurate. 10/10 will come back.
There's less wait time if you go on Sundays but for some reason there's still a lot of people. My dad tried their vegan menu and told me he loved it! I've never had a bad experience here.
I think this is one of the cheapest Mexican restaurants in this area. Despite that the dishes we had were really delicious. The seats could be a little bit more comfortable, but this is the style of such a restaurant. They are also open until late every day, so it's a nice place for a nightly snack.
