Walliser Raclette – Traditional Swiss Style Raclette Cheese, served with marble potatoes, cocktail onions and gherkins.
Translation:
Melted cheese heaven on a plate! Seriously! I know it’s uncommon for Filipinos to have cheese as an appetizer but this one is something that you shouldn’t miss especially if you are like me and you love cheese. Just how many “cheese” can I write in this paragraph? Cheese, cheese, melted Cheese goodness! Oh well...
It’s like a mozzarella pizza without the bread layer, and a lot tastier. Just the cheese toppings on your plate with some potatoes that you can dip into it. I bet this would go well with a French white wine!
Pros:
Authentic Swiss dining with fine quality ingredients used.
Swiss cottage ambiance perfect for dates and business meetings.
Did I mention they have a good wine selection? They do.
Service meets my expectations for a classy restaurant.
Based on the food I have mentioned above this is definitely something that I would return to and recommend to my friends.
Parking is actually available and free even though it’s in Makati.
Cons
Quite pricey since it can easily cost you P1000 to P1500 per person – but as I have mentioned I would highly recommend sharing your meal with a friend/date as they do have big servings. Or try to order half of the food item as they do allow that in some of their selections.
I think they are only open up to 11pm so it’s not a place for late dates unfortunately…. Kinda wish they’re open until 2am to be hones

I miss eating here!!! If you're familiar with European flavors, you'll agree with me that Chesa Bianca hits the spot. Hoping it's open on my birthday in September :)
Admin who runs the facebook page is very accommodating with my queries and knows how to assist customers in a very friendly way. Looking forward this Valentine's dinner date with my partner
They have the Best Escargots in town! ❤️ Also a fan of their Cheese Fondues. Tried their Tradional and Genfer Fondue and it was worth it. Nice ambience, great service. 👏🏼
One of my favorite places in the whole of Manila. Excellent Swiss dishes. Try the original style Bratwurst with Rösti. But don't just go here for Fondue or Raclette - although that is good too. They offer set lunch menus which are very good value for the quality. Highly recommend.
Parking is easy just talk to the security guard, the staff was very accommodating and attentive.
The Lamb chops were good, also the Pork Cordon Bleu.
Don’t let the 3++ star rating in Zomato fool you, Chesa Bianca is a great Swiss restaurant. We ordered the traditional cheese fondue, raclette cheese with potatoes, rosti with bacon and sausage and lamb shank with mashed potatoes.
I love the cheese fondue, however, when the heat was on for quite some time, the taste of the cheese changed. We were not advised about turning down the heat so we didn’t enjoy the last part of the fondue.
Food tasted: Chesca Bianca platter, Duet of Tiger Prawns & Trout Mousse, Tasmanian Cape Grim Striploin, Norwegoan Salmon Fillet and Choco Chestnut Timbale
I always pass by this Swiss restaurant in Yakal every now and then and often wondered how good this place is. I didn't pass the opportunity when my friend Suzette suggested we eat there. After all, I haven't experienced Swiss dining yet, especially with Ryan, and Jeanna.
I am NOT disappointed. Actually this experience is one of my best in 2016!!!! What a great way to end my last workweek this year.
For starters, the Chesca Boanca platter, made up of different meat and vegetable was awesome! Do not miss this! The meat is chewy and absolutely delicious. A little salty for my taste, but the pickled vegetables made the meat perfect!
The Tiger Prawn and Trout duet was a dynamic duo! The vegetable sauce added the 'kick' which will take you to places. A perfect pre-meal to the perfect main dish - Tasmanian Cape Grim Striploin. OMG! The meat is perfect the crabmeat toppings is absolutely great! Again, do not miss this. The Salmon dish was Jeana's and I honestly think it is good. Although I know I tasted the same in one of the restaurants I visited not so.long ago.
The dessert is common, but wow, it was also great!
Great food, great company, great experience!

There are only a couple of Swiss restaurants in the metro and we chose Chesa Bianca to go to this Monday evening.
I had a glass of Malbec while my partner had an Amaretto Sour. We got a complimentary appetizer of pork sausage - which was ok in taste.
Ordered the Classic Fondue with gruyere and emmental cheeses, white garlic and black pepper. Our first experience to have a big bowl of Fondue all to ourselves. Great tasting, but does get a bit repetitive after a while.
Also had the Mediterranean pasta with penne. Tasty medley of sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and anchovies. Healthy and great tasting.
Finished with Schoggi (chocolate) mousse and calamansi orange sherbet. The mouse was really rich Belgian Chocolate. The sherbet was like a palate cleanser at the end of the meal - before coffee.
Ohh, Chesa Bianca! This place gives off memories of childhood where I get to play in a log cabin, only so much bigger and with more tables and chairs. It feels like Christmas all year-round as it evokes warmth and comfort brought by its rustic wooden interiors.
What to order:
Genfer Fondue (my favorite!) - talk about emmental, gruyere and raclette cheese flavored with morels - YUM!
Roschti Oberland - crisp swiss roesti topped with smoked ham with raclette cheese and fried egg! Such a drool-worthy dish, so good!
Sliced Veal Zurich Style - meat covered in mushroom cream sauce served with crisp swiss roesti potatoes; you can never go wrong with this!
Had quite an issue with the braised lamb shank as I didnt exactly enjoyed the cabernet merlot sauce with ratatouille where the shank lay flat on. Service was average. Nothing really remarkable. Anyway, youre here for the food right? So for cheese lovers (like me), I say you go and try this place!
