Went there late at night to have dinner from a long day. The place was full of customers and there was no seat available, so one of the owners (i think - she's a middle aged lady) was there to usher us and was quite hands on even to the point of helping clean up tables.
Our group bought the set meal good for 4, with beef brisket, pork ribs and chicken. Beef brisket was so soft that it melts in your mouth, pork ribs were cooked that the rib can fall off the meat, and the chicken reminded me of inasal. What won me over - the meats were definitely juicy and never dry. Smoke/barbecue taste was prevalent especially with the pork ribs and beef brisket.
Definitely worth the meal and the price. Will come back to try the sausage and bacon. :)
PS. This is a place where customers are informed to practice CLAYGO. But I guess it's something some Filipinos culturally are not too accustomed doing on our restos after seeing the customer before us not clearing their table.
We loved everything we ordered for our brunch today :) I ordered chicken platter while my husband ordered the brisket (add ons: mashed potato, mac and cheese, and poutine). This place didnt disappoint. We arrived 20mins before it opened but the staff were very gracious to let us wait inside (it was raining). Mabait and very respectful ang staff. They guided us as it's our first time. We will definitely come back and will definitely bring our family :) sulit ang pag gising namin ng maaga :)
Looking for authentic Southern-Midwestern flavors? this is the place! �� every bite of wagyu brisket and beef ribs (had 200g each) was pikit-mata moment of savoring a complex spectrum of flavors. (Sorry im not a food blogger to have the best adjectives to use for this review, but you get my point) Ohh.. and dont forget to order their awesome potataoes!
