Came across this restaurant while strolling around Glorietta.
The menu seemed interesting so I decided to give them a try. It's interesting how they allow you to build your own pasta, you will be asked to choose what shape/kind of pasta and sauce to serve you.
I picked the Spirals for my pasta and Arrabiata for the sauce. The serving size is perfect for what you're paying and the taste is spot on. The piece of bread on the side was soft enough to absorb the excess sauce once you're finished with your pasta.
Also ordered the Calamari Rings as my appetizer and the sizes of the rings are humongous.
The mbiance was slightly too much for the eyes, though. The decorations seems too much but their service was excellent.
All in all, my visit was pleasant and I assure you, I will be visiting again!
Ps. Love the fact that they played Westlife while I was there.
This place has been one of the few favorite places that me and my girlfriend love eat at after work. We started eating here around three years ago and have been going back every once in a while. We have tried their pizzas, mussels, calzones, different pastas, wings, sausages and salmon rice meals. The food that we have tried were mostly very good. The next thing that makes us go back are their crew. They are very nice and accommodating especially their manager - he is our favorite because he takes very good care of their customers and handles his crew nicely. We are always happy to eat here whenever we see their manager. We will absolutely visit again.
We recently tried Spaghetti Factory again. Our last visit to this resto was in 2013 but we were surprised the quality of food and service did not change.
We were well attended by the servers and the manager and the price of the food still remain cheaper than other Italian restaurants.
On our most recent visit, we tried out their Mafia style pasta. As described in the menu, the pasta got slices of Italian sausages and healthy tomato sauce with herb.
We opted for the promo version that’s good for two people. We were given a chance to choose the type of pasta we like. We loved how the menu describes each pasta, very educational!
The meal already comes with garlic breads. It’s truly affordable at less than 500.
We also ordered their classic cream of pumpkin placed on a bowl of bread.
For your needs, servers are always ready to provide service water and parmesan cheese as well as pepper.
We’ll definitely be back.

My friend introduced me this place but during the time, I was on a strict diet so now that I am not, I finally took the time to visit here and try their Pastas.
Ambiance - 4.0/5.0
Their spot may be small but it is usually jampacked with people but during my visit, I was able to sit and order. Also, the music they play is very lively and will invite you to eat.
Service - 4.0/5.0
The servers are pretty attentive and keen to details. They even try to suggest what should I try.
Food - 5.0/5.0
I ordered my favorite Pesto Pasta. I prefer the Pasta to be Linguine. The Pesto flavor is just perfect, the basil is not too strong, the oil is well balanced and the texture of crushed nuts is pretty good. They are also generous in Parmesan Cheese.
I should come back for the Aligue Pasta
Welcoming ambiance, friendly and approachable staffs, the pastas are cooked well *topped with mozzarella cheese if you want, also you can get to choose the type of pasta you want, overall great resto :)
Always a great time whenever we eat here. Must orders are Devil’s own pasta, aglio olio, and 5-cheese pizza.
Great food, great team, great place!
It’s like eating at your best friend’s restaurant!
Definitely our default place here in ayala center makati.
Pretty good place to go for your meals if you're on an average budget. The price is comparable to pizza chains.
There's a promo for meriendas that amount to just over 100php at 2:00-6:00PM (?). Taste is more than expected compared to other joints you find on mall food courts.
First, the service. Very satisfied. The attendants are very pleasant and welcoming. Just about perfect. Orders took not too long and they never fail to do get back to the customer whenever orders will take a little longer (as I have observed). Second, the food. Very authentic. For a fixed price, u can almost get a DIY pasta of your choice. Small place though but packs with excellent service and pastas. I love it here.
My foodie love for Spaghetti Factory (SF) goes way back, I would say estimated 20 years. Back in the day, I was a highschooler, and it was located along the 2nd floor corridor in between the Glorietta Activity Center and Quad 1/Glorietta 1. If you guys would remember, G1 used to be a cinema area. Yup... that was a long time ago.
Back then, the price was about half the price it is today. The place was smaller, and there was more pasta types that you could choose from, even my fave--bucatini.
Today, SF still keeps their core concept, which is picking a sauce with any pasta that they have. They might not have my beloved bucatini anymore, but they still have a good variety of pasta types to pick from. Even if the pasta types got less, their menu has expanded to more sauces, entrees, and desserts.
Over the years, I have gotten to like/love many of their dishes--and I do mean a lot. LOL! I even have certain personal customized tweaks that I like to make them better, and the head chef and manager knows those tweaks. I don't even have to read the menu, and just say what I want to the manager and they know exactly what I am talking about. Honestly, I really only look at the menu if I might want something besides any of my regular orders.
I even met the owner several times. I think he is German. Nice guy! One time there was a promo with free SF shirts, and I got 2 instead of 1. ☺👍 Him and his wife do come from time to time to check on things.
Okay, SF might not be truly 100% authentic Italian, but it is authentic enough. Certain things obviously have been adjusted for the Filipino palette, and I am all thumbs up 👍 for it. They really do serve great tasting food.
Factory Style Chicken Wings - I love my wings! These are some of the best wings in town. No, they cannot be compared to Buffalo wings as they are cooked differently. Trust me, a must try!
Caesar Salad - A good caesar salad is hard to find, especially one that stands out. This dressing is supposed to have anchovies in it. The premade factory ones aren't good and I don't think they put in real anchovies. You can taste it here in SF's. They blended it in the dressing. Anchovies has a distinct saltiness. Aside from that, the bacon bits are generous.
Onion Rings - They are lightly battered and nothing like other establishments. I don't know how they make the sweetness of the onions come out, but it does.
Devils Shrimps - Classic gambas. Can't go wrong.
Spicy Meat Sauce - One of my faves. I always ask them to rack it up really high in terms of spiciness. They know my level. It's high, and I love the burn!
Stroganoff - Corned beef and mustard. Classic combo.
Popeye's Secret - I love spinach. I even loved Popeye as a child. This veggie cream based sauce is anything but bland.
Seafood Blackout - If you are a fan of adobong pusit and isn't afraid of getting black teeth, this is for you.
Vongole - Classic clams and white wine sauce. Simple and perfect.
Norway's Pride - I love salmon and capers! A light cream sauce doesn't totally take away all the sourness, but actually blends everything, lightly coating the pasta.
Food: 5.0 - If I had 10 thumbs, I would give 10 thumbs up.
Price: 5.0 - The food is quite affordable and sizes are generous.
Service: 5.0 - Service is always good. I am still amazed Chef Chris remembers how I like my food, even if I don't eat here as much anymore.
Ambience: 4.0 - Interiors could use a revamp. But things feel familiar and cozy to me.
Missing SF. I must come back soon! 😜👍😁
First what I like is the staff they are friendly and courteous also i would like to shout to their manager in charge your are so accomodating hope you continue all those traits
Second hope they can slightly renovate the resto, could be more appealing mmm.. thats all for the ambiance
Third is the food at start im hesistant to dine since im not impress with the interiors but the pasta is awesome delicious i already ate several pasta negra in different resto but here in spaghetti factory is worth dying for you can still taste the squiness + creamy flavor.. the serving is good for 2-3 person i think so?.. since we have other set of orders, actually during that day they have ongoing pasta promo that is why that is on a big bowl which combination of two normal order of pasta for 299 yeah which is very affordable for pasta negra, aside from past we also order this baby back i dont know what is exactly the name to their menu basta! Haha.. which the meat is very soft and tender with risotto and with your normal side dish which im very impress they are cook very well and their flatten chicken yes again i forget the name lol the chicken is so dull and sad i dont know if they forgot to put spices on it but overall i will surely comeback
Forth the price is affordable for two pax we only pay 1.2k something which is good if you want something special during payday you may dine and treat yourself to this resto
Hope they can continue their promo so far all customer is dine with the promo since that is sulit!

If you're craving for good pasta, Spaghetti Factory's a great place, has always been my go-to for almost 3 straight years now. The food's outstanding for its price. (Tho their garlic bread does fail in comparison to other places) I recommend their 4-cheese ravioli, and the Salmon dish they have. Their risotto rice is so good so it's worth checking out. HOWEVER, the service in this restaurant is bad. Like really bad. (In all fairness, It wasn't really like that at first. So I don't know what happened) I recommend telling the waiter/waitress, to specifically serve the appetizer first, then your main orders. (Average waiting time is almost 30 mins. Pathetic, I know.) If service is very important to you, I highly suggest bringing a TON of patience when going here. For me, it's worth stomaching the poor service for their good food. Give it a try.
1. I don’t understand the concept of the place. There were too many decorations, the colors don’t match (I’m not an interior designer but, it’s a no for me) - less is more.
2. I love blueberries and I have to admit it’s one of the reasons why I decided to eat here. The blueberry milkshake is nothing but whipped cream and probably one piece of blueberry 💔
3. Service is not fantastic, it feels like it was their soft opening. Although the staff was nice ☺️
4. I ordered carbonara, which is good (for me) I like how creamy it is.
Will eat again? - Yes
Will recommend to friends? - Maybe

Food is great and not too pricey. Though we had to wait a little while cause aren't as many tables available. The place is quite small and the tables seem too close to other people in the store. Although I still rated high coz the staff are nice and the food is great!
We tried:
✔️Spicy Meat Sauce
✔️Pasta Orientale
Both dishes are very satisfying and tasty.
The pastas are too saucy, but its ok.
You can choose the type of pasta that you want.
Cozy and not so crowded place
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to their manager 👍🏼
We ate lunch here today before watching mission impossible...
We ordered the following...
Carbonara my bff's rating is 5
Aligue Pasta rating is 5 with additional shrimp and mushrooms.
Devil Shrimp rating is 5.
Creamy spinach dip rating is 3 because the bread is abit burned on the sides. The dip we love, lots of spinach.
Pesto Pizza rating improve is 5
A pot of mint tea, rating is 5.
All of your women staff is very accomodating and funny.... Kudos to the owner... This is my second time here and looking forward to visit again soon.
Yummy pasta! I always order their pasta sampler. Try their longanisa pasta. It's oddly delicious. For the more adventurous type, try their black pasta, you won't regret it.
I always visit this place and I love pasta. The staff are very attentive and I like the place as it is not too big to be crowded but not so small to accommodate just enough diners.

My dad and I went here 11/30 the monster meatball is very delicious for me, so was what my dad ordered, the one that has a white sauce chicken, and buttered rice. Pizza is good yet the crepe tend to fail my taste buds i dont know why, maybe because the mango is not that ripe yet, and the crepe itself is hard which I thought it will give the satisfaction to my mouth.
I've been going to Spaghetti Factory even when they were still in Glorietta 5. We, as in my my family, love the food. They are tasty, very affordable and their selection is pretty good. They have generous servings too. No wonder the place is always full. True, it can be a bit crowded but waiting for a table is worth every penny.
Our all-time favorites are Creme of Pumpkin soup, Carbonara, Pesto, Vongole, Norways Pride, Vangelina's Spareribs, Chicken Breast Fillet, Seafood Pesto Pizza and Tiramisu. You will not go wrong with these choices.
As for staff, I have nothing bad to say about them as they are efficient and very friendly. Service is fast, restroom is clean (and spacious!)
Had a delish experience with spaghetti factory last week. Crew as nice too and the ambiance of the place was nice. Definitely on my glorietta bucket list for good pasta deals. I had the chef's special as a main course, which had an absolute taste on me. Shrimp and basil combination. As an appetizer since I was aware that it takes a while to serve, I had the calamares. And it is tasty and it ain't like the others that when you chew it, it feels rubbery. Their calamares was definitely served well. I would recommend this place. The only thing that's keeping me from giving it full 5 stars is that the place is so concise, I don't dislike seeing passer by, but for that kind of ambiance would've been nice if its at least closed door.
Excellent food with variety of choices in the menu. Food & drinks are reasonably priced as per it's quality & quantity. Staff are friendly and courteous. The place is clean and with a friendly atmosphere.
Came here with my friends a few days ago feeling very hungry and with intense Italian food cravings; surely, Spaghetti Factory did not disappoint!! I recommend everyone to try this restaurant because it offers great Italian food with a little Pinoy twist (making it taste even better)!
I've been here two times already. My experience was really good - they have a lot of pasta dishes to choose from, you could even pick the type of pasta noodle you want. The staff are reaaally friendly and attentive to their customers. The place is nice, good staff, dishes are really filling to the tummy. Cheers! :)
Loads of pasta to choose from with different sauces whether, just oil, red sauce or white sauce. Great food and friendly staff. They have the biggest pepper mill i have ever seen in my entire life.
I ordered their pesto pasta and i think the pasta was overcooked. Nonetheless, i still enjoyed the taste and i was satisfied after eating. They have a bit small place and for me it gets crowded right away. Their staff was very attentive and very accommodating. The price is just right. Still would love to try their other pasta and other foods that they are serving. Worth it!

If you're the kind of person who likes pasta, this is the place for you. My favorites are the Seafood Blackout and Norway's Pride. Their Chicken Wings are also good. I also tried the Mango Crepe and Tiramisu and they're not bad.
My mom and I decided to eat here for Valentine's Day for no particular reason. I was tired walking, she was tired walking, and then we happened to pass this restaurant in Glorietta so we both agreed to try this one out.
We ordered their Pasta Sampler wherein we chose Pasta Orientale, Pesto Classic, and Vongole. Aside from that, we ordered two appetizers, Fried Calamari Rings and Creamy Spinach Dip, and their Green Mango Fruit Shake.
Truth be told, I was not very impressed with their pasta. I first tried Pasta Orientale and it was fine. The flavor became too strong, however, as I ate more. The next one I tried is their Vongole. I think the strong flavor of Pasta Orientale was the one to blame because I honestly could not taste anything from the Vongole pasta. The last one is the Pesto Classic. And it was a huge disappointment. I am an absolute pesto lover so I almost always try pesto dishes whenever I visit a new restaurant. And, of course, I expect them to taste good! But Spaghetti Factory's version of the Pesto Classic turned out to be very different from what I'm used to. It was very creamy and slightly sweet which I did not understand because pesto is not supposed to be that way. The appetizers, however, made up for the failure of the pastas. I absolutely loved both the calamares and the spinach dip!!! I would go back here just to try their other appetizers because I have a feeling they're just as good as the ones we had. The Green Mango Shake was fine, albeit a little too sour for our taste.
Spaghetti Factory is located at Glorietta 1 which specializes in different kinds of pasta and other italian food. They offer huge choices of pasta (Linguini, Fettuccine, Angel hair, Spaghetti, etc).
We ordered Alfredo, Pesto Classic, Pasta Orientale, Lasagna, Seafood Pesto Pizza, and Creamy Spinach Dip.
We were satisfied with our orders, our appetizer was a great way to start our italian meal, the alfredo was creamy, Pesto classic has the right taste fit for pesto lovers, Lasagna was also good (pasta works with its sauce and cheese), and Pasta orientale has a sweet and spicy feel. The pasta cost 219.
I came here for lunch with some friends and, upon finding out the sun-dried tomato pasta dish I wanted wasn't available that day, ordered the lasagna with much trepidation. In many of the pasta places I've been to, I often get burned by their rendition of the layered pasta dish. I'm talking about how some places sweeten their lasagna, which continues to baffle me to this day. But the waiter assured me their lasagna leaned towards the slightly sour because of the tomatoes, so that was a good thing, at least.
Spaghetti Factory's version of lasagna was generally satisfying. All the right flavors were there, and what wasn't supposed to be there wasn't. They were very generous with the ground meat and cheese, too. On the flip side, the noodles were kind of overcooked, and the sauce could've used a bit more thickening.
I sampled my cohorts' dishes, and they, too, were very tasty, so I wouldn't mind coming back and sample their other offerings.
Wish I took better photos! This was an unplanned dinner, so I didn't have my HTC nor my digicam with me. Anyway, the pastas here are good-looking, but the taste is... okay lang. They're good enough, but I've tasted better. I had the Norway's Pride: Norwegian salmon with light cream sauce, while my friends had the Italian meatball (the meatball was a tad too sour) and two others (one with scallops, the other with sundried tomatoes, if I'm not mistaken). I'd still want to taste their other pastas!
We have been seeing this quaint restaurant in glorietta for quite some time but have never tried it. Last week, we decided to dine here since my partner was craving for pasta. We ordered pesto classic, chef style, paella pasta, and mussels rockefeller style. Serving size was small, just enough (or not, depending on the appetite) for one person. A little bit pricey (for the serving size) but they compensate it with the food's taste. Overall, it was a quite pleasant experience.
Since I came back from Dubai, this is the first time I am seeing my friends again after my vacation and we decided to catch up on some chicas over food. We tried this pasta joint and ordered 4 pastas and 1 pizza. Serving size is reasonable but a bit pricey. Food quality is good, ambiance is fine as well and all of us were able to finish our servings with 3 slices of pizza left over. Not bad!
The food wasn't spectacular tasting, but it was good for its price. The Calamari was really good though. The ambiance was nice. There weren't a lot of people which adds to the relatively peaceful aura. The servers were very accommodating. I had a great dining experience.
My kids love pizza and pasta so this place is perfect for them as they have a wide variety of pasta and pizza to serve.
We'd always dine in here esp. when all five of us are complete. We'd always order for Lasagna, Pasta Carbonara Alla Elizabeth, Creamy Longganisa Pasta, Aligue Pasta, Seafood Blackout and Ravioli Four Cheese. Our favorite pizza is the Five Cheese. They're all terrific and could satisfy our cravings for pasta and pizza.
Good food, good place, good price, nice staff. You wont realize that its fine inside until you get in, everything is calm and the music is nice. If you love pasta, this is the place for you. I must say, I'll be coming back for the food and mainly for the service. I just wish they'll remove that huge menu on the wall, kinda ruins the mood.

I'm a pasta lover so I gave this resto a try. Well actually the place isn't so inviting. The food is good and they have a huge serving. I like their mint shake coz I love mint and it's a reare find here. What I didn't like here is the manager, he's a bit snobbish and some.of the waiters are unattentive. A little improvement in the place and more staff would help
Ordered norway's pride for a light dinner. Everything was ok except that the food arrived after almost 30 minutes of struggle over my hunger. My other friend's rice meal orders arrived even before my pasta which made me a little upset. They might had the boiling of my spaghettini request too time-consuming.
Not being a fan of white pastas (and pastas per se), the norway's pride was a good meal after all. Just a balanced blend of spaghettini, salmon bits, caper sauce, green olives and smidgen of cheese.
Next time (i hope), i could have my meal arrive a little quicker.
I really, really love this place. If you want authentic pasta, but not expensive like Italiani's, you have to try this restaurant located at Glorietta. They serve fresh parmesan cheese for you to enjoy the food and experience with their big and funny pepper grinder. The food is so delicious. from appetizer, pasta, salad and entrees. I would love to go back here anytime. The manager was also accommodating and friendly, respectful and the waiters were kind too. Overall good experience.
I frequent Glorietta because I work nearby but I never really paid attention to this small restaurant because I always thought it was just another TOSH branch but I was so wrong. Fortunately, we were quite hungry already that day and when I realized that it wasn't TOSH after all, I and my boyfriend decided to give it a try.
The restaurant is small, maybe it has a seating capacity of more or less 50 persons. It was already a little after lunch so there were only a few people inside, which was favorable to us because we got to choose a table.
They have a variety of pastas and pizzas. For the pasta, I like that they let the customer choose what kind of pasta will be used for the dish. It had pictures which can be really helpful for those who are not familiar with the names of the pasta. They also offer rice but in the end, we settled for an appetizer, a pasta dish and a pizza.
For our appetizer, we went for the Mussels, Rockefellers Style. It has spinach, bechamel sauce, and parmesan cheese and it tasted sooo good. The bechamel sauce was a great twist and made it so creamy and yummy!
For our pasta, we got the Carbonara Alla Elizabeta. It's your typical carbonara with ham, egg, bacon, and cream sauce but my boyfriend that it tasted close to the one I always make for him. Needless to say, we both liked it because it was creamy and tasted fairly familiar.
For the pizza, we ordered the Italian sausage. It had homemade spicy Italian sausage, onion, tomato, mushroom and mozzarella toppings. As promised by the wait staff, it was served after 15 minutes. Though it looked like those pizzas you can buy at food stalls, it tasted good. The crust was thin and not burnt which was good enough for us.
For dessert, we ordered the Tiramisu. It was okay though I expected something that tasted better given what were already served to us. I suggest you try the other desserts on their menu.
For the price and quality of the food, we would definitely come back here. There are others pizza and pasta dishes to try. I also commend the wait staff for being courteous and efficient.
Perfect for pasta lovers out there. Whenever I crave for pasta, which is almost all of the time, this would be one of the places that would pop on my mind. Ambiance: cozy, place is not so spacious, good for catching up with friends
Food: They make perfect pastas and the cherry on top is that they make you choose what kind of pasta you would like to use for your meal.
Price: Not that expensive for a pasta house that serves delicious Italian foods.
3.0 for the taste our order was Beef Stroganoff which is highly recommended, then mafia pasta is also good. For pizza it tasted too plain for me. I will give 2.0 for the ambiance and plating . ambiance is too plain nothing spectacular, for the plating it's too plain. But i will give 4.5 to the price very cheap yet mouthful servings. average restaurant yet can satisfy your cravings to Italian Dishes .
Tried the Italian Sampler and Mama's Pasta a over the weekend. Everything is good except the pie with pesto sauce inside. I find it too salty. Value for money is there as pasta is priced at 219. Will definitely go back here since I want to try their other dishes.
Spaghetti Factory is a simple Italian restaurant that lets you choose your own pasta. They have the best calamari in town served with pure tomato sauce. Very affordable pastas from tomato, white or vegetarian based sauce. I truly enjoyed my spaghetti factory experience not just because food was great but also from the excellent service!
It was quite a pleasant experience since we had an unplanned idea coming over here. What I tried in their menu is the spare ribs and I must say it is juicy and tasty. I also loved their strawberry milkhake
Choose your pasta!
Since I couldn't choose which dish I wanted more, opted for the Pasta Platter with 3 choices of pasta dish using 1 kind of pasta. Opted for the Spaghetti and chose Bolognese, Orientale and Pesto. All tasted great but fell in love with the Pesto --- it was creamy so it upped the flavor!!!
Also ordered the Vangelina Spareribs which was good altho the meat was a bit on the dry side. The dish came with buttered rice and veggies.
For dessert, got the Mango Crepe and the Chocolate Mousse. The crepe was delicious despite the overly enthusiastic drizzle of chocolate. The mango ice cream inside the crepe was a surprise and the ripe mango was sweet. As for the mousse, there was just too much whipped cream (which wasn't whipped enough I think), it was okay.
I will definitely go back for the Pesto!!
It was quite a pleasant experience. This is one of my top 5 restaurants and I would recommend this place to my friends and family to eat in. The service is very good and the waiters are well trained and quite pleasant. The food quality is sometimes inconsistent but overall is satisfactory. The only con about this place is the space. It is quite cramped but nonetheless still a quality restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Italian food and is on a budget.
