We visited on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. Bacolod Chicken Inasal in Bel-Air is quite spacious and the furniture is really locally designed. We ordered Namit Meals: Lusog Meal, Sarap ng Buhay Meal and Mahabang Buhay Meal. These meals come with free ice tea drink, rice, and veggie dish. Lusog Meal is consist of grilled bangus belly, lutik vegetable, and turon. Sarap ng Buhay Meal is consist of grilled chicken, eggplant salad and buko pandan. Mahabang Buhay Meal is consist of grilled boneless bangus, ginataang langka and maja blanca. Among the desserts, I especially like maja blanca.

You can’t deny their distinct grilling of chicken and its flavors but this is the only restaurant I’ve that I’ve encountered the chicken not including rice as a set meal. So far their meals are super affordable and good but yeah, a little weird to separate the rice and charge another 20-30 pesos for it.
We visit this branch at least once a month. Having a boyfriend from Bacolod, I was introduced to Negrense cuisine so much so that the first restaurant I visited when I went to Bacolod was the Manokan Country. Teehee.
So far, everything I have tasted in Bacolod Chicken Inasal passed my standards. My other favorites, aside from the Paa Inasal are:
Hanggop
Pansit Molo
La Paz Batchoy
Laswa ni Lola
Sinigang na Salmon Belly
Bangus Sisig
Boneless Bangus
Longganisa Q
Garlic Sotanghon
Pansit Effuven
And so much more.
Bacolod Chicken Inasal is a definite go-to for comfort food and hungry tummies.
went here to meet my cousin she had merienda here. Thank you to the waiter who lend his tools for our emergency situation. super duper Thank you. our problem was solved because someone was prepared and kind enough to help us in his own little way. Thank you Bacolod Chicken Inasal Staff. sorry we weren't able to get his name.
Nice roomy place, great food, just can't eat all of them. Waiters are nice, they listen to your request, i usually request for less salt to the taste. My FAVOURITE DRINK IS BUKO JUICE, was so sad when they said they ran out. Well I will try my luck on my next year vacation...
One of those Ilonggo restaurants that serves authentic Bacolod dishes. Their Batchoy had this fragrant and tasty broth with generous amount of pork, liver, and firm and chewy noodles. The chicharon bits were a welcome delight. The chicken pecho was huge, juicy, moist, and packed with unmistakably strong Inasal marinate. It was delicious.
🍗 One of my fave chicken. The textures is really good. Not too oily like others. The taste is is great. I love it. And the service is very fast.
💰 Cash only. No credit cards.
It was my first time to go in Bacolod Chicken Inasal, Jupiter Street, Makati branch as we need to have a meeting with their Marketing Director. I was with our Award Winning Entrepreneur and awesome blogger who brought me there for that said meeting. I was so excited to taste one of the best dishes of Bacolod Chicken Inasal. Their yummy Chicken Inasal! And when we're all done, all we could say is Namit Gid! (Masarap word in Ilonggo)
The only place i know that serve the Visayan dish called laswa that's close to how it is done homestyle. Other than the inasal and laswa, i come here for the adobo and the leche flan. :)
I am lucky to have this restaurant on my neighborhood, a quick taste of Bacolod within reach. This branch is one of the biggest Bacolod Chicken Inasal in the country. I really enjoyed the festive vibe of the Masskara Festival as masks greeted all the guests coming in. Talking about authenticity, Bacolod Chicken Inasal brings the Bacolod goodness on the table. From the famous Chicken Inasal to La Paz Batchoy and Piaya, truly, this place transported the whole City of Smiles to Makati
I always liked Bacolod Chicken Inasal especially if I am looking for a quick lunch or dinner. They offer a great variety of food especially in big branches like here in Jupiter and Glorietta. But there's only one thing that you must try here and it is their Chicken Inasal.
After a relaxing massage we had our dinner here and we ordered Chicken Inasal, Vegetable Kare Kare and Buko Pandan. Their Inasal is better than Mang Inasal and Chic Boy though theirs is much pricier but it is worth it. Their inasal is not burnt and it is juicy as it should be. Their Vegetable Kare Kare is good and I liked its nutty sauce. The Buko Pandan is also good though it is not that cold and I prefer it frozen.
Overall, this restaurant looks good and it has a very big dining space. The food serving just took a bit long for us, I don't know if it is because we dine at around 10pm already. Anyways, the food is good and priced just right.
Been here a few times and always order the same things. The sinigang is good and adobo flakes with the lovely Java rice. The staff are friendly and always remember what we have! The place is big but I have never seen more than a few people in the place which could be due to the times we visit. Even though prices are higher here than Mang Inasal I feel the quality and and range of foods is higher.
