Im from bacolod city grew up there for 21 years had my 1st chicken haus when i was 12 and when i moved to manila for work will always risk traffic just to taste my fav inasal place in makati. I always eat here usually weekly :)
IMHO, the best inasal in Manila next to Parilla in QC.
This small, unassuming space in Savanah Market serves one of the best inasal outside Negros. Tender, juicy and super flavorful meat. The chicken pieces are a bit smaller than other more famous inasal places, though. And don't get me started with the rice -- bitin!! But at just around P10/P25 for a cup of plain/garlic rice, you can afford to order as many as your stomach can handle. 😁
We were there before business hours and they're still cleaning up the place, but they were kind enough to prep a table for us and let us 'in'. So kudos to their staff for this. 🙂

1. Chicken was cooked perfectly and still very juicy on the inside. Simple but very flavorful.
2. Liempo was classic as ever always slightly charred and juicy. Always partner it up with calamansi, toyo, & chili.
3. Atay was pretty good, my gf ate it so I can’t really say bout the taste, but she said she liked it.
By far one of the best inasal in Manila. Sadly when I was there last it was already pre cooked but good that the meat was still moist. Highly recommend the location. Prices have gone up since last I went.

BCHE is our go-to inasal place. They serve one of the most legit chicken inasals in Metro Manila. It's like it came straight outta Bacolod! This is a must-try inasal. Their Isol is the bomb.

This is our favorite inasal resto. We often eat here during payday or when we do our groceries nearby. I love the sinamak and the taste of the chicken. You also enjoy your drink because they always have ice in a glass for you. Almost perfect meal. They can add dessert like leche flan. Worth the price. And service is fast. Your best bet for chicken inasal. They grill everything after you order, guaranteed fresh tasting inasal. Try the isol and baticolon aside from usual leg and breast part of the chicken. Pair it with their garlic rice and Bacolod vinegar ... Kaboom! 🎉 Authentic goodness!

Located near Shopwise in Kingswood. It's a small open air restaurant beside a tricycle shop. I suggest you stay outside cos it gets a bit warm during the afternoon.

This hawker place generally serves grilled food. It's well-known for their chicken inasal.
I tried chicken inasal (pecho / chest part) for 95 PHP. Plain / fried rice per cup is sold separately. It was a tasty meal. The chicken was marinaded well and had this smoky flavor that gave a good taste. The rice was also cooked perfectly. I requested for fried garlic on the side that I sprinkled on top of the rice.
I have a little concern on the convenience of the dining place though. It sits in front of a busy Vito Cruz Extension street and it's an open air dining. With that, you get all the smoke, flies, and even the street noise.
Also, the seats tend to be umcomfortable if you've been sitting for a long time. They don't have any back rest.
