The Hungry Employee

I had some free time these past month. Actually, it has been more than a month. I actually underwent surgery, and was advised to rest by my doctor. During this time, I was able to explore nearby cities. I needed to walk (light exercise) and keep myself busy. One of the new restos that I was able to try was this homey cafe in the heart of Las Pinas.

Food and drinks were great! The place is elegant and with ample parking. A bit on the posh side value wise. Would have been a five if it’s a bit cheaper.

Really good pasta and pastries. Not everyone knows, but they do have a coffee spiked with liquor! Their staff are really warm and accommodating too.

And they have enough parking space at the back.

My cousins took me here and we ordered coffee, pasta, and cupcakes. Everything was superb. The service was great too. The cafe kind of looked like it came out of a storybook, which is funny because the entrance to the hidden loo is a bookshelf that you need to slide to get in. I always order white chocolate whenever I'm in need of perk-me-up and theirs was the best I've had so far.

Love all their cupcakes. They are so delicious. My nephew likes their creamy carbonara, while my niece like the tomato based ones.

Staff is always friendly and they seem to be smiling all the time.

One of the best cafe I’ve been to. The ambiance is so unique and very relaxing plus excellent service. Nice place to hangout especially if yo want to be alone.

The ambiance is really nice, and i really love the style of their comfort room door. Hehe (Even sa rob branch nila before ganun na)

Super nice ng design ng drinks nila. (Idk the right term for it haha) but i find it a bit pricey, but it's normal naman kasi even sa mga ibang cupcake shops ganun naman ang price range. So fair enough naman and competitive din 😄

PS: Red velvet is a must try! 😍

Perfect place! Coffee tastes great and what makes it even better is the smoking area. One of the few places where you can have good coffee and cigarettes. Definitely becoming a regular here.

The place was nice.the ambience is homey.feeling secured.they have wifi and a nice seatings to chill and .not much menu to choose from .frappe was good it wasnt sweet it 8/10. The pasta is also good will rate 8/10. Need to have additional food on their menu.nothing more to imprive on the place since its homey and clean.I like the hidden restroom beneath the bookcase.should check it out.😀😀
