WE'LL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!

We ordered Tonkatsu Set (w/miso soup and red tea), usagi burger and carbonara. We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered extra rice for the tonkatsu set. And we even finished all of our orders 😅 After that, we ordered Americano and Latte which is also tasteful.

Always wanted to come here and we finally got to visit after years of driving past this place. I liked the spaghetti the most. The coffee jelly was alright. It was too strong/bitter for me and their Usagi blend was bitter/sour (?). I want to come back and try the other food.

Discovered a new hangout place in BF that is just walking distance from my house. It seems like a normal Japanese-y feeling but with friendlier people. I tried the cheese pizza and mocha frappe, nothing special though. They can proobably convert this to a gaming hub or board games cafe to attract more people.

Pasta, frappe (strawberry and cookies and cream) and fries. Everything is so good.

The place is kinda small but comfy.

They serve fast.

I love this place. Will definitely go back.

ne of the new establishments that caught my eye inside our village is Usagi Cafe. It's located right along Abel Nosce corner Charlemagne Street which is a stones throw away from where I used to live.

First time I went here, I was with some Mommy friends. I ordered the Usagi Cafe which was siphoned. They ordered cold drinks and I also got the Clubhouse and Usagi Sandwich.

Let's talk about my Usagi Cafe first. It's siphoned so its actually processed not the regular way that coffee is made. They use tools where in the water is heated and it goes up to the coffee grounds. It's actually pretty cool. They also use milk in a canister and brown sugar crystal. I loved the taste of Usagi Cafe. It just seems different from the other coffee that I have tasted before.

It seemed more refined.

The Usagi Sandwich was another hit for me. I loved the combination of the mayo, wasabi, mustard, and all the dressing it had. It was quite a feast for the mouth. I also liked that the hotdog they used wasn't just any ordinary hotdog.

When my family and I visited, we were in for a treat. They gave us small gifts as tokens of appreciation which I find really AWESOME!

Cool and quirky with their japanese Interior design. A nice hangout among friends and for those who like Coffee and reading mangas.

For those Tokyo ghoul fans in the philippines; its also safer and pocket-friendly with their menu.

Ordered the Tonkatsu Set (P260). Comes with Rice and Miso Soup. Pretty good, and the rice is definitely Japanese quality (sticky and tasty). They have a diverse and affordable menu. A bonus is that they also host a Monster Hunter community that congregates most Sundays.

Hubby and I are regulars of Usagi Cafe, visiting at least once a week, which is a big deal considering our usually hectic schedule. When you see a chubby girl doing crafts with a pretty boy beside her playing MH4, congratulations; you found us! :))

I honestly love everything about Usagi Cafe. The storefront is always kept clean. Various fountains line up the side, providing a soothing effect on its patrons dining outside (smoking area). The interior is very homey - very Japanese, but not in-your-face Japanese, if you know what I mean. There's an assortment of couches with coffee tables and cushioned seats inside, a small shelf where you can read Japanese magazines and manga, and a few usagi-themed (bunny) accents like chopstick holders and back pillows. The area is also well-ventilated, making for a much more relaxing stay.

The food here, we LOVE. We've actually already ordered 90% of their menu (and a few others that are yet to be added in print like their shoyu-based ramen and improved Usagi Pizza [pictured below]), and they were all yummy. I like how they add their own twist to the usual Japanese meal. Their frappes are also worth trying, especially the espresso-based ones, as they use their own blend recipe, which gives this distinct taste that you can't find in any other cafe. It's their original Usagi blend, and oh, how it works! :)

Price-wise, some may find it a bit too steep for their wallets, but trust me when I tell you that the food they have here is worth every peso. Their servings are mostly already good for sharing, and their meals come in a complete set. Their Tonkatsu Set (P260), for example, includes a good amount of really delicious salad with dressing, a cup of Japanese rice, a cup of steaming miso soup, and 1 LARGE premium pork tonkatsu good enough for two hearty eaters.

The staff are friendly and hospitable as well. It's like they're one happy family operating a business, and they make you feel like you fit right in, which is really nice.
