Before my flight back to Manila, my friends brought me to Tom N Toms where we had some coffee, bread, and played a game of Mobile Legends. Thumbs up for this place's good WiFi connection.

A 24-hour coffee shop in Lapu-Lapu City! I like their Matcha Latte, not too sweet, not too bitter. Reccommended place if you want to study or chill with friends.
Well-illuminated, I would say. Plus the high ceiling made me even more comfortable (because I got to confess that low ceilings for an establishment really gets me anxious). Their staff are really accomodating and would immediately respond to your queries and needs. I also appreciate their initiative in asking their customers if they would rather opt for a mug instead of the plastic cups they have to help the environment. Neat, isn't it? Plus there is really room for you to move around the place. Tables are not cramped so you can get a space for yourself and simply enjoy your coffee in peace.
Love the place it’s roomy and their chairs are comfortable. The drinks and food is okay though. Their Wifi is strong but sometimes when there’s too much people it slows down.
First time in this place and I can say its spacious, its studio type interiors look sleek, Its a great place! They also offer tea, smoothies, fruit juices and non-coffee-based ice-blended drinks, pretzels, pastries, breads, and pizza. I only ordered my ever favorite mocha frappe and my sister ordered a cup of coffee! their mocha frappe was well blended and creamy and I loved it! I heard their pretzel and deli Italiano are top notch! I'll definitely order it next time.
I tried tom n’ toms but not in Cebu. Just wanted to give an appreciation to this place because it’s a 24/7 coffee shop. Literally we spent our night at tom n’ toms waiting for our hotel check-in time.
My friend discourages me giving a try at this cafe due to her quite high standards in terms of coffee and a coffee lover expert herself.
But really hands down to their mocha tomNccino. I did really enjoy my mocha tomNccino. Affordable prices.

I love the ambiance, it was calming and spacious. The staff were polite and kind. I tried their green mint mocha tomncinno, it was alright. Too bad, I wasn't able to try their sandwhiches because it looks so good and yummy maybe I'll come back next time.
