A place where you can only find and taste the delicious smallest empanada in town. The foods offered are great and very satisfying, the staffs are very accommodating and friendly especially the managers/ the owner. I so love my experience in Kahel de Luna. Its worth the travel. A double thumbs-up for this restaurant. Come and visit their place. :)
Kahel de Luna is a place that you can relax and offer the tastiest small empanada that can make you experience the best of it. The owner and the staff(employees) are very friendly, kind, and good hearted. So I may say that the experience here at Kahel de Luna is something that need to treasure for the rest of my life and its a big pleasure on mine to this opportunities given with me.ππππππ

A great place to eat with family and friends in town. Very unique concept! Tried their smallest empanada, and the green empanada is my personal favorite. A very colorful experience indeed. A must try!

The restaurant offers a unique innovation of empanada which is the smallest empanada with different colors that corresponds to its flavors. They also offers variety of ilocano cuisines that food lovers will surely love. The ambiance of the place is relaxing and there is free wifi connection that is helpful in eliminating boredom when customers are waiting for their orders to be serve.
The ambiance is good. Their menus are satisfying because they have different varieties of foods and recipes that you can choose. You can come and try the smallest empandas and Pizza empanada of Ilocos! They are creative enough because they have different flavors and colors that will attract customers. Most especially, they have full service to their customers and the food place is clean and organized. Their promos and WiFi are satisfying too! You should try and visit Kahel de Luna Restaurant at Laoag.
The food here is awesome! I've been around and they serve nothing but authentic ilocano-filipino dishes! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Ambience is perfect!
