I'll give it a 5 star! Great Ambiance, Good accomodation and This restaurant serves organic foods! I think you should add 1 server pa. Medyo natataranta na si kuya pag madami ng nagrerequest sa kanya :)

I love the ambiance at Balai Sagana for its simplicity, raw, it feels Provençal, they serve homegrown vegetables supporting local farmers. I especially like sinigang na isda with Lagikway, buffalo wings and calamares � those people traveling from north to Bicol Region, you'll surely like to have a hot soup after a long drive and treat yourself with homestyle fried chicken. I am going back to Balai Sagana to try other menu like Crispy Pata, Ginataang Manok again and bulalo �
