I've eaten quite a number of times and i think its about time i gave Ramenikko a review. To start things off the service is good, staff is friendly and the food came on time. When they first opened for their soft opening the serving times varied but i assure you that this has been resolved and is in order. Food is great! The Tonkotsu ramen is a must try! for those who are fond of spicy food you can try out the Karai Ebi Ramen. While as an avid spicy food lover i opted to order the regular spice level, to those who want to kick it up a notch there are higher levels of spiciness. As for Donburi without a doubt the tendon is amazeballs, something about the sauce and the veggie tempura sings to me. Now onto the maki, i've probably got the chance to taste them all at this point and nothing beats the good ol' kani maki, just that right amount of crisp is just a delight. I'd give this a 4.5 but since facebook doesn't deal with halves i'll just go for a 5/5. Certainly there is more room to go for this young ramen joint! I can't wait to see what lies beyond.
I was amazed with the ambiance, it was very light, and the staffs were very accomodating. Ramenikko ramen house is the best so far when it comes to taste, service and ambiance here in davao. I recommend this place to everybody who loves ramen. Truly you will leave the place with a big smile and a happy tummy.
