I have eaten here a few times. Great service and great food. The price is right. If your looking for good fresh seafood. This is your place. I also enjoy looking at the nostalgic items.
It was our first time in Cebu. Then we were invited to a sumptous lunch by our good Cebuano friends. The food was extremely good. This seafoood resto serves the finesh and most delicious seafood so far in the Phils. Price is reasonable. Menu served fresh. Service is good. Ambience is delightfully retro. Tourist will definitely like this. Will be back. If you're in Cebu, go for it.

Food - Gives you the taste of Cebuano homestyle cooking. Grilled Tuna Panga is highly recommended!
Place - Looks like a humble home welcoming, its guests for a comforting lunch or dinner. The place seems narrow but can accommodate pouring customers during peak hours. They even have a collection of album display of several famous personalities that have dined in their restaurant. Sikat!
Price - Somewhat pricey.

STK is by far the best Filipino restaurant in the city. We always order their tuna panga, scallops and crab fried rice, and it never disappoints. Their tuna panga is very juicy and the flavors are rich, you would not even need a dipping sauce. The scallops are heavenly with the combination of buttery-cheesy goodness. Anything seafood is made extra yummy here in STK. A must-try restaurant with the family. The only downside was during peak service hours, food tends to arrive a bit longer maybe because of the volume of orders. Better come earlier.
This is my first time in Cebu and really glad that 2 of our friends who were with us in our trip had visited Cebu previously and brought us here at STK Ta bay!
Delicious and affordable dishes! We’ve ordered baked scallop, grilled tuna belly, grilled squid (sorry not included on the photos), kilawin, and I forgot what they called the dish with soup.
If you visit Cebu, STK Ta bay is a must try!!!
Ambiance was well appreciated. Staffs were friendly and nice. I loved the baked scallops as it stand out in all of our order. We got shocked with the serving for fried rice as its good for 4-5persons, and we're only two. Guso and kilaw were great too. Overall, great experience and this restaurant is recommended.

Place is a bit hard to find to tourists like us . Food is great and its my first time to eat snake which is good just dont think of you are eating a snake :))
