Pancake House

Pancake House BTC is my go-to place for comfort food. I’ve been to the outlets in Ayala, Oakridge, and Galleria, and BTC remains to be my favorite. The staff are extremely kind (and they always remember my order) and service isn’t that slow. I love the food here, my favorites being blueberry pancakes and the hamburger steak special set. Their spaghetti is my favorite spaghetti in all of Cebu. The meat sauce on it tastes amazing. If you want something with more of a Filipino taste to it, I highly recommend their corned beef hash. Mashed potatoes are good too. And their tacos. I just love the food here and I would eat here all the time if I could.

Pricing is moderate. Not too expensive, but by no means is it cheap. An order for two people is around Php 1000 or less.

My usual order is the hamburger steak special set. This comes with a free iced tea, which I usually upgrade to bottomless just because I love their iced tea.

I love pancakes! It is my childhood favorite and still my favorite. Though I have been wanting to visit this place, or shall I say I have been eyeing pancake house like forever but that wasnt enough perhaps to really coax me to drop by bcoz I figured I can always eat pancakes anywhere, or I can even cook it if I want to, besides I knew it will always be available its not like its gonna go anywhere but one day, I finally found myself walking inside the food chain. So we ordered their special set, the one that comes with pancake and chicken, also ordered one of their breakfast menu, and ordered their golden brown classic pancake, and omg! Their classic pancake was a pure bliss! It gives me a heaven on earth feels! It was soooo mouthwatering, enticing, so crispy on the outside, but soft and fluppy in the inside! and when I grabbed a bite, u know that feeling where u taste the sweetness of the syrup followed with that buttery flavor? ohhhh it was so luscious and so delightful!!! Their pancake was cooked to perfection! My Mother's pancake was awesome but I'm sorry mom this was the greatest pancake I had ever tasted! I was sooo wrong thinking I could eat it anywhere! Okay, now I felt guilty that my mother's pancake is only second best lolz! Anyways, their chicken was tasty and the breakfast food that we ordered was also palatable! I cant believe I took this foodchain for granted, Dang! The place serves breakfast and other dishes and desserts and its also very affordable yay! I like the interiors with the orange accents bcoz it is very comforting. The place is so tidy and their restroom is clean too. The service was a bit slow but their staff was very accommodating and friendly.
