Yakimix offer great Asian buffet in cebu city. They have mostly korean, japanese and chinese food. They taste all good, and it is well seasoned. The place is also big and comfortable to sit and eat. However, the dessert is not the best dessert I ate, and there are many restaurant and buffet that serve better desserts than yakimix. Nonetheless, I enjoyed eating in Yakimix, and I will gladly come back

It was around December 2018 when I first visited YakiMix even though I lived nearby and it’s just a few minutes walk from our home. During that time, I was accompanied by 5 coworkers because we were treated for a meal by my American Senior Manager. We went there around 1 pm and we just walked in without reservation since there are still plenty of tables.
When I got into their buffet, some foods were no longer available and I didn’t noticed any refill. But since there are still plenty to choose from so I did not insist on refilling it.
I enjoyed the grilling by the way and were very excited with the sushi’s and other japanese cuisine.
The staff though were not very accomodating but they still provide you with what you need, just be patient- meaning you need to call them multiple times in many minutes before they decide to accomodate you and you need to wait for another many minutes before they provide you with that you requested.
For the taste, the raw beef were indeed very salty but I like their sausage. For other food, the taste were okay but not too impressive. But you will still come out full and contented.
So I got here with my friend because it’s her birthday. The place was nice, and the staff were accomodating. There were tons of foods, japanese foods were the majority. The kimchi was so delicious plus the different sushi that were so yummy. It’s a buffet so i suggest that don’t eat rice so that you could eat a lot. Hehe. They have a dessert section also and the chocolate fountain as well. Definitely something i’d love to go back to. 😍
