Seriously, I discovered a new gem in Cebu! My tastebuds were feasting on the myriad of flavors that was so much fun to set apart from!
Starting off with the succulent mixed meat skewers- chili garlic mahi-mahi, citrus butter mahi-mahi, lemon grass chicken & pork belly rolls with leek oil. Then the spicy garlic noodles took me to a quick holiday to Bali with it’s breakdown of Indonesian flavors. I then indulged on some beer battered potato wedges with pork rib bits drenched in cream & hickory bbq sauce. I was in fiesta mood with their Cinco de Mayo specials: fish taco, lengua taco, shrimp taco accentuated with a refreshing palate cleansing house blend margarita.
It was incredibly hard to point my finger on my favorite, I found myself satisfyingly nodding once in a while. Everything tastes so different and seriously makes me feel that I’m not dining in Cebu with that “generic” Pinoy blend that most restaurants in town have. Apparently, the chef is trained in San Francisco.
Al fresco casual dining, incredibly service oriented staff, funk house music by DJ Marvin E. Evangelista, lip-smacking food options- I’ve had one hell of a 5 star gastronomic treat!
Seriously coming back for more, can’t get enough!
