Yesterday I ate Jjajangmyeon at another restaurant and didn't like it. Today I ordered Jjajangmyeon in this restaurant and this might be my favorite version in Cebu so far. The taste is almost the same as the one I tasted in Korea. Definitely will come back and for sure taste the other dishes as well.

Their food menu has changed, prices went up, and the names of the dishes changed too.
Anyways, the prices were reasonable coz their good portion is good for many people—-which is my preferred portion.
It’s been the same restaurant we had with my sister ever since it was near Ayala before and then they moved. Too bad though they don’t always have their free wifi on.
What matters is the food. So authentic and makes my Korean instincts happy. I love it here! Hoping to bring my family or just my siblings here soon. Hehehheeeh.

One Korean dish that I really wanted to try was Jokbal. Saw online that Han Guk Kwan offers this dish and is open 24/7 so I decided to have it here. Jjajangmyeon (250php) is great. The sauce was more than the noodles which I liked. I now know how jokbal (900php) tastes like. It is boiled pata with very rich flavors I can't describe. Definitely the size portion is for sharing and will be enough for 4 people. I went at around 10am so the place was not packed and service was fast. Side dishes are refillable and I even got a complimentary soup (sundubujjigae).

Price is definitely steep but I think it's worth it. Will definitely come back here to try their other dishes (they have sundaejjigae!)

Good thing they transferred here in lahug, it's very accessible since it's just along the road beside USP. Food are okay. Love their side dishes

GREAT FOOD! Great service! This will be our go-to korean food place from now on. We had samgyupsal and jeyuk bokkeum and loads of banchan! Great stuff!

Another authentic Korean resto. I love the black bean paste noodle and the kimchi jjigae! Would really come back here for the two again. One thing that i would recommend for the place is to be more hygienic. also, there was a n ac prob when we dined there.

This is my favorite go to korean place in Cebu for the following reasons:

1) their jajangmyeon with tangsuyuk package for 700 php is totally worth it. You get 2 servings of black bean noodles and a platter of tangsuyuk

2) they can do better on their service but I don’t blame they're under staffed when I visit there. I usually go there late at night or around 2-3am. They’re open 24 hours.

3) they serve the Makgeolli. It’s the cheapest around the area unless you buy in korean stores.

4) their tangsuyuk is super soft, it’s like wagyu.

5) they have unlimited side dishes

6) they have parking

Aside from samgyeopsal, their jajamyeong and tangsuyuk are must try (they've got set meal for these) and if you want to order soup, try their kimchi-jjigae.

I have been to this Korean resto a few times. I am not a fan of spicy food neither Korean food but what makes me go here is the taste of their kimchi. I find it delicious that we usually order up to the third refill. Among the side dishes, I love the fish cake, the egg(sorry, I don't know what it is called) and the potato. Their jjampong is what we always have everytime we eat there. The serving of their samgyeopsal is quite small. The leaves for samgyeopsal is a mix of romaine lettuce and chinese cabbage. Their mandu is average in taste but the serving is hefty.
