The place was very relaxing and good overlooking city view. Food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Best place to chill, unwind and to escape from the noisy city. Very romantic that you can see the Cebu City view from the top. Good services and tasty foods. Will definitely come back to this place.!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tried Mr. A Bar and Resto a couple of times already whenever I visit Cebu. It's a little steep going up so be careful. Definitely a great view when you're on top. Food-wise, i recommend the following: buttered fried chicken (great taste, the whole chicken is good for 4-6pax), chicharon bulaklak, bulalo soup (although meat is not alot), and gambas.
The rest of the food we ordered are just okay. Nothing special, nothing fancy. I am not a fan of their sisig, very fatty and tastes is so-so. Chopseuy, fried rice and tuna belly are also so-so. Including desserts - mango float cake , blueberry cheesecake are both so-so.
If you are more than 20pax, better to reserve the function/ktv room so you can sing your hearts out with consumable food.
What I like about this place is the panoramic view of Cebu City at nighttime plus a handful of skyscrapers.
I must say, the experience was pleasant because of the staff's good service and the food's reasonable price. At times, I want to keep the place as private as it is for myself. 😊
Bring your car on top for you to enjoy the sight. Don't go there by cab, you'll regret it. Amazing view of Cebu & Mandaue City on top of the mountain while eating good pasta. Service is good and food is (eatable-good) range. Romantic atmosphere at night that I even brought my Mama & Papa there. A perfect place for proposal, ayyiee! Just enjoy the moment that you are there. Don't think of anything. Be one with nature and release the stress of the chaotic city, #ontop of your problems. Highly recommended for couple (especially during dinner).
The place is magnificent. They have a really nice view. The food is delicious. So far haven't tried a food i didn't like from this place. Their honey mustard salad will turn you into vegan 😍. This place is perfect for romantic dates.
They also have a function room if you're planning for a party.
Good place to chill and relax. Overlooking the city lights and having a delicious meal is the best date for me. For sweet tooths, try their cakes! I'm not quite into their coffee, i think they need a little room for improvement. But overall, it's a great place to go to
I recommend for those who likes taking photos to go here around 4pm-6pm for good lighting. City lights, beautiful as always. A great place for hangouts and dates. Food comes in small servings but they taste great though so still giving Mr. A a five 🌟
Aside from the breathtaking view of skyscrapers and citylights, the food is amazing and worth it. The people are friendly and very accommodating. Great food at a good price.
It was my first time in Cebu and this restaurant was recommended by my cousin. He was telling me that it has a good ambiance and view from the top. So we had our dinner here and I must say it was so beautiful you will really enjoy eating and chatting with your friends, family or even officemates. The food was also good. Though I think they should change the plastic cup to a mug. Because I ordered a matcha frappe and and they use a plastic cup for it. Additional recommendation is that they should like give a water to the customers while waiting for there order. You guys should check out the place!
Great food and great service. The wifi wasn't working that time but not really necessary if you are dining out at this place since the view makes up for all of it.
If you are fond of wonderful view of city lights and nature, you should probably visit this restaurant. The price is just fair and at that time that we dine, they had a good serving of food. The food tastes fine but what makes it great is you are able to enjoy the view.
