I studied here for 2 months straight as I was preparing for my Diplomate Specialty Boards in Radiology. As I was busy with clinic work during the daytime, I usually come and stayed here from 6pm up to the wee hours of the early morning (around 4-5 am, sometimes being the last customer left). Here's my honest and unbiased review:
The place:
1. The place offers an excellent and conducive ambiance for studying. The only exception is when there are other customers who talk too loud (there are some people who conduct their online business here, talking to clients online, and it sort of disturbs the quite study ambiance). Maybe you can provide a room for them upstairs where they can conduct their business conversations without disturbing the rest of the people quietly studying. Also maybe the staff can talk to those customers who talk too loud and maybe kindly request them to lower their voices (if ever this is possible).
2. The lighting is okay but it could need a little more brightness. It's not too dim but I think brighter lights could improve the overall study atmosphere. Or maybe they could provide LED desk lamps for those who need a brighter light.
3. There's background soothing instrumental jazz music which I think is ideal for setting up the study mood and helps with concentration (my only suggestion would be maybe you can add more songs to the playlist as some songs seem to be playing repeatedly or maybe it's just because I am staying too long in the place and the whole playlist loops itself over and over again hehehe).
4. The wifi connection is excellent and the internet speed here is really fast. No complaints here hehe!
5. The comfort room is really clean and well maintained. My only gripe is that the soap inside the dispenser is a bit too diluted with water almost to the point that it won't form any bubbles anymore when you wash your hands with it. Might be best to add more soap in the mixture hehe. Oh and also if you can provide a hand dryer or maybe some paper towels to dry off our hands after washing, that would be great.
6. The parking space is limited and the gutter formed by the road asphalt and their sloping parking lot is a bit too deep that my car bumper always gets hit when I try to park there (I have a lowered car suspension hehe). Maybe you can put some metal rails or maybe just wooden planks to fill up that deep gutter.
The food and drinks:
1. The food is fairly priced and they taste really good. I might suggest adding more snack dishes to the menu like batchoy, lomi or other finger foods (siomai, tempura, squidball etc). I know some people who like to eat lighter meals/snacks while studying so that they won't get too drowsy when too full. But I'm already satisfied with their existing "silog" meals. Also, maybe you can sell a some candies or some treats for those who don't need a full meal but would like to replenish their depleted glucose sources while studying hard.
2. The signature coffees, blended drinks and ice tea also taste great. But the brewed coffee is a bit too bitter to my taste and a bit too diluted. Maybe adjust the mix to make it a richer coffee mix. As a coffee shop it is an imperative that you should try to improve on this.
The staff/crew:
Hands down, the staff here are the best staff I've ever encountered in any coffee shop... as in EVER... and believe me I've been to a lot of coffee shops all over the country. They are always courteous, always smiling, always accommodating and always pleasant to interact with. Simply the best. My suggestion to the customers would be to greet them in return and thank them whenever they provide you with their excellent service.
In summary, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to buckle down and study for that big exam. They have almost all of the necessary elements you need for you to get really productive in your studies and/or work. The staff are the best I've ever encountered in any coffee shop I've ever been to.
And because I buckled down and studied here intensively for 2 months straight I was able to successfully pass my Diplomate Specialty Boards. All those long nights spent here studying really paid off. Kudos to the staff for being such great individuals who with their smiles and excellent service help ease the stress and burden of studying. More power to you all!

They may not require you to buy their food but in case you want to order, their menu offers palatable meals. Aside from this, their coffees are fresh from Bukidnon Farms and their signature chocolate drink are chocolate tableas from cacaos harvested from a local farm in Argao, Cebu.
Finally, a co-working place at the same time a cafe!!!! This is the ultimate place for us medical students who wants to study on a safe and comfortable location 😚 I love the ambiance 5/5 , they even have a napping place if you got tired of always studying.
Food 5/5, whenever my brain needs more sugar to function, no need to go out! They offer variety of delicious drinks and meal
Believe what Workplace Cafe promises in its ads and social media. It's very budget friendly, the staff are very nice and polite, from the security guard to the baristas. Ideal for working and studying indeed. Just be guided that their prices here arent updated, it increased by 10-15% from what the menu shows.
Workplace Cafe is the best place to study and has really fast wifi (good for 2 devices). Freelancers who need wifi should really try it here. Tried their calamansi juice but it was slightly bitter though.
I always get my work done here. They've got the fastest wifi i have ever been connected to plus they serve good food and coffee. They have a very accomodating staffs, most of them knows me already since im here during the weekends, and they always greet me politely when im here. I really could say that this is the best if not the only workplace i have ever been. Away from the loud noise that a typical coffee shop has. This place has never disappointed me and this will always be one of my go to place.
The BEST coffee shop I've ever been to! The staffs are very accommodating and approachable, the place is cozy and marvelous despite the crowd of working and studying people. And the drinks, don't get me started with em—they're very splendid! I love how organized your stay would be, just by ordering you get to have a free complimentary drink after that you can call in to be serve anytime and the hour after the free is no more than 35! I was amazed by their sleeping spot, that's a first for me! Wasn't expecting all those. And the internet was the fastest I've connected to so no worries about not getting your work done.
I appreciate how much effort they've put in their words, none of their advertisement were false amazingly. ABSOLUTELY coming back.
If you’re looking for a coffee shop with fast internet then this is the place to be. You can pay by the hour, by day or by month and it comes with a cup of coffee or tea. I like how they have napping stations. It’s brilliant.
One of the places I go to when I want to squeeze my mind for ideas. Inspite of having a lot of customers, the place is quiet. No wonder, students came here to study.
The service is good and the staff are very accommodating. They offer a variety of drinks and food.
From the polite staff, heavenly coffee, homy ambience, and the set up of the entire place to still provide privacy and comfort to every customer, the whole cafe feels like home for me. :)
If you need a place to become productive, this is a great place to be. At 280 pesos you can have whole day & night here in this cafe. That's quite cheap since this opens at 10 am and closes at 6am. That's 20 hours!
Whenever you feel tired from sitting, you can always rest at the nap station or use their massage chair. I love that chair. Hahaha.
Food and drinks are also affordable ranging at an average of 70-120. :)
For people who wants to download movies here, the internet is not that fast but for work and student researches. The net is top-notch considering that the cafe was full when I stayed.
