One of the few restaurants that serve authentic Japanese food!
Food was amazing, albeit a little pricey. I recommend the gyoza and the rice bowls. The menu posted isn’t updated. There were around 3 or 4 items on the menu with higher prices than what is shown here. The owner is extremely kind! The wagyu dish on this menu is a cold cut, so if you’re not into that, ask the owner personally for a wagyu steak. Heads up: it costs Php 1500 and it’s not as filling as you would expect. If you really want to experience eating wagyu, then go for it. The wagyu is A3 grade, which is already very good.
Ambience was quiet, mimicking the authentic Japanese restaurant experience (I was in Japan in 2018, and almost every restaurant I had been to was quiet).
I highly recommend this place if you want to splurge!
Note: Parking is tight. You’re lucky if you’re there and the parking lot is a little empty. I was there at 6:00 pm and there were only two slots available.
Although this place is a little expensive compared to other Japanese places, the price is well worth it! Place is clean with a great ambiance. Servers know their menu and can help you decide what to get. Food can compete to be named as Best of the city.
