My 5-all-girls apos sa pamangkin had a bonding time this afternoon at VEAL Burger, a new burger joint along Buhay na Tubig, City of Bacoor, Cavite. This what happened as told by their parents. The order of my 18-year old apo was a 3-cheese with BACON burger. When it was served, there was no bacon. According to the supervisor/manager, ‘naubusan na raw sila ng bacon pero dinagdagan ng cheese ‘. She replied, ‘kaya nga ako umorder kasi gusto ko ng bacon eh’. ‘Kung gusto talaga ng bacon, bibili na raw sila sa Robinsons’. Hehehe….this is not I learned when I managed a restaurant . In order not to attract attention, my family let it go in spite of the big price difference (with bacon). To compensate, they offered free french fries and served 3-scoop of ice cream to the kids. The gesture was okay but the staff and management lack the training in dealing with the customers. Yes, the right thing is to inform beforehand that bacon is not available. The patties were cooked rare. Mapula pa nga daw inside. I’ve been to the same place 4 days ago with my apo. Okay lang ang burger but the buns are not acceptable for me and the presentation was not good. The interiors were hastily done and not as cozy as the other burger joints. I still prefer FLIP EAT BURGER located in Patindig Araw Aguinaldo Highway, Imus. One of the coziest places with sofa and billiard. You have choices on the dips for French fries and the patties are homemade (specialty of the owner who confessed to be his secret ingredient). The choice of drinks (red tea and lemonade) is in tall presentable glasses. They also served light meals. The price is very reasonable…….a little over than the price of Champ.

after ng simbang gabi,naghahanap kami ng makakainan,tapos naisip ko yung bagong open na kims open kitchen,e close na sya nun kaya ayun napabili ako ng burger sa flip eat kasi gang 11pm pa sila.masarap sya! kaya bumalik uli kami para bumili uli! one of the best burgers in town! luv it!!
