They give you complimentary bread with olive oil. The bread is good. Very tasty. The Chorizo Slices were great too. A nice balance of pork meat to fat ratio. The shrimp was well seasoned and tender. The Fried Calamares was great. Crispy outer coating. Perfectly cooked tender Squid inside. The Fried Sardines were delicious. Crispy coating outside. Tender sardine meat inside. Pairs well with the sauce. The Don Quiote Sandwich was great. The toasted bread was crispy outside. The grilled Chorizo Sausage was tender and juicy. The red pepper sauce was sweet and flavorful. The Manchego cheese adds a nice kick and compliments the other ingredients. Makes you want to keep eating and eating it. The Paella Valenciana was superb. The chicken was tender and juicy. The mussels were cooked well and delicious. The veggies were well seasoned. The Paella Marisco was also excellent. The shrimp, fish, and mussels were cooked perfectly. Soft and tender but not mushy. Seasoned well. Both Paellas had exemplary flavor. Real authentic Spanish cuisine. Tasty. Flavorful. Melts in your mouth. Wakes up your taste buds. I highly recommend this place to everyone. If you already reside here but haven't tried this place yet, I suggest you should do so right away. If you are planning a trip, this should be one of your food stops. Prices are reasonable. Spanish restaurant run by some of the best people I've met in the Philippines. The food is amazing, great service and the best view you could possibly have while eating international food. A little bit outside of the center, but definitely worth the trip!
