Teppanyaki Brothers kick off the month of September with its POWER MEALS TO GO. You can now satisfy your cravings for Japanese food at a cost as cheap as a Mcdo or Jollibee meal.
This food stall in SM Aura attracts hungry souls with its sizzling sounds and inviting smell. They use iron griddle to cook all their dishes and they do this in front of you. This method is a popular thing in Japan.
Since they serve everything in sets of rice and side veggies, it looked like I was eating for two people. I had their Sliced Chicken Plate and Pork Teppanyaki. Both used similar sauces, which could use a saltier taste. An add on of their spicy sauce will work wonders, go ahead and request for it.
Teppanyaki Brothers also serves fresh seafood like squid, prawns and fish. The staple favorites like Tempura and Gyoza are available as well.
The Taste is good. I ordered Squid and Salmon. Plain lang yung lasa nung squid at salmon, pero ok naman. Yung gulay sakto lang yung saltiness nya. Di ko nga lang nagustuhan yung miso soup, di ko magets yung lasa, and need pa haluin lagi para lumapot. Other than that ok ang lasa ng pagkain.
malaki bigayan ng Kanin, kaso anliit ng plato, mahirap kumain at may natatapon pa minsan.
I always order the Teppan Beef set because it's a complete meal. I also upgrade my rice to fried rice. The beef is tender and the veggies are fresh. It's a bit pricey for the food court but really worth it.

The taste of chicken terriyaki is amazing. At least my 4 years son can finish third quater of the portion by himself. He likes it very much.
Great quality for an affordable price! Would eat here again. Kids also love watching the food being made for you. Service was just pretty slow but that’s about it.
Mj Balasa and I tried their Bento Meal. The taste of the beef is great, the squid is really scrumptious, and the pepper sauce and teriyaki sauce bring out the Asian flavor. What I didn't like is their Miso Soup. Next time we'll try other meals on this restaurant. Thanks, Teppanyaki Bros.
We badly wanted to try the food here cuz I am so fascinated with their preparation and their set up which reminds me of my food journey in Singapore. We tried something affordable-- their bento, which is comprised of fried squid, sautéed beef and veggies served with garlic rice and we were so satisfied! The beef is tender and the teriyaki sauce made it sooo yummy. The fried squid is also delicious paired with the vinegarlic dip. The veggies are fresh and crunchy and finally, the garlic rice summed up the wonderful dining experience!
For a full satisfying meal, you can never go wrong with their teppanyaki sets. Highly recommend the delish beef teppanyaki set. Beef was tender and coated with the thick yummy sauce. Affordable and fast service - perfect when you're in a rush.
Their beef teppanyaki is awesomely the best! I'm now afraid to try other beef teppanyakis because it may not be at par with how Teppanyaki Brothers have cooked it. The buttery taste makes me crave for it always!
I really enjoyed their food, beef and chicken rice bowl with misu soup. P500 for two pax or P350 if you are not going to avail SM Supermarket water worth P35 each.
Their place in SM Aura was unique from the rest. It was the first thing that got me to eat there. The price was affordable. I got the Chicken Rice bowl that free miso soup. The miso soup was just right, not too salty or whatsoever. The sauce was delicious however not evenly distributed. The chicken was well done however it needed the sauce to have that flavor, but due to the unevenly distributed sauce, most of the sauce only covered the rice part than of the chicken. Drinks are a bit overcharged and the size of the meal was too little to make me feel satisfyingly full.
A different taste on my palate, it almost made me feel like I was eating at an expensive Japanese restaurant. This humble food joint is located at 4th level of SM Aura together with a bunch of other resto. The service was fast and the food was great. Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki. So far so good, I have yet to try the other variants off their menu.
Teppanyaki Brothers has always been 1 of my favorite stalls at the SM Aura foodcourt. It provides comfort and satisfaction to my hangry self everytime I go there. :)
Tonight, I was able to swing by again after a very long time!! Instead of ordering my usual Beef Teppanyaki with chili, I ordered Salmon and Dory ("healthier" alternative). The meal was good!!! I liked that both Salmon and Dory didnt have the fishy taste or smell so I enjoyed it very much!!! I paired the salmon and dory with their Teriyaki Sauce, which btw, is a little sweet for my liking but it completes the taste of the dish.
Overall, I liked this meal and would definitely go back to get myself another plate but maybe next time I'll try the squid and shrimp :-)

Dont be turned-off by the amount of olive oil on the plate.. Thats there to keep the beef 'juicy and moist'.
I was surprised to have liked the premium beef set more than i expected. The beef is tender, well seasoned, and melt-in-your-mouth.
Nice teppanyaki setting right in the middle of Aura foodcourt. Nothing special - food was ok and service was fast. Dine a little after dinner (say around 8pm) to avoid the crowd.
Dined here twice.
Teppanyaki brothers is situated in the middle of a busy food court. It easily attracts consumers who wants to enjoy an interesting "watch-as-we-cook-your-food" experience. They have a simple selection of beef and chicken based dishes typically smeared in teriyaki sauce.
The spiciness level is a tad too strong for my liking but overall, we enjoy having a quick dinner at this place.
Me and my friends ordered the salmon with squid meal... i just forgot the whole name of the dish... but the food was good... and its nice seeing the chef how he cooked the food in front of us... the staffs were very friendly... 😊
The food was ok and nothing exceptional. But it was enough to satisfy my craving for fast informal teppanyaki food. I ordered the beef teppan steak. The beef was tender and was flavorful. The order also came with veggies, miso soup and rice. The price was a little high for a fast food but the quality of food is definitely a notch higher than your typical fastfood.

I found it very amusing to watch them cook my food while I wait. There were few customers so I hardly noticed if their service is slow or what. The Beef teppan I ordered was good enough for me, it came in with a soup ( which is new to my taste) and vegetables. Quite a bit pricey though.
I appreciate the gamble the owners of Teppanyaki Brothers are taking on this restaurant, which has an expensive open plan teppan grill and a sit-down counter for maybe about a dozen guests. Prices are premium for a food court, which anyhow matches what everyone else in SM Aura's food court serves, or costs a wee more. I'd like them to give more thought about how to help customers with big bags (bag hooks under the table, maybe a basket, just like Jipan in Megamall offered).
More than anything, I was thrilled to use the SM eplus card from the Zomato IMMAP event that same day earlier this month; I am a fan of cashless payment and its future potential.
I ordered only one item - the Beef Teppanyaki, which cost P320 (or P340, apologies, I lost the receipt). You get rice, and miso soup, and some veggies on the side, Unfortunately, the meat was an inferior cut and flavored with margarine, which not only is transfat evil, but I dislike in taste.
Also, the old fancy display menu on their flatscreen displayed the old price of P220 or something. Did I get an upgrade in flavor or quality? I didn't think so. Everything else also got a bump-up in price, but only by 10-20 pesos.
Not updating menu prices properly is a rookie error, and a customer who feels cheated isn't likely to return.
I rate them 3.5 for flavor (even if they used margarine) and ambience, but I'd rather rate them a whole point lower for their lack of...consistency, which I didn't.
Fixing their menu prices would be the polite thing to do.
I thought the food here was surprisingly good. I got the dory bowl for P155, which came with a garlic sauce and miso soup. I was as good, maybe even a little better, than I expected it to be for the price.
Despite not being a fan of Japanese cuisine, I had a pretty decent first time experience of it because of Teppanyaki Brothers.
Located right by the middle of Aura's food court, Teppanyaki is really easy to spot. Even though you weren't meaning to eat there, you'd be curioused to sit and try their meal. You can see your food being cooked in front of you just like in an authentic Japanese resto and they put on a good performance by tossing stuff which makes dining here twice the fun.
Their meals are equally priced, all in quite large servings for a solo order. I tried combining their fried rice with an Ala Carte Squid, which awesomely tastes super good with the white sauce it comes with. I would've gotten their Squid in Pepper Sauce meal but it comes with a plain rice and unfortunately isn't available for a fried rice upgrade.
All in all good quick experience of a Japanese cuisine without putting a dent in your pocket.
Hi there, chef! Lol. I've been in the most entertaining spot to eat. Right in front of the chef hehe. We ordered two sets of Deluxe Sets, the All Meat and the All Seafood and one extra fried rice (so a total of 5 servings)
I guess the chef enjoyed cooking our fried rice (he poured too much soy sauce, oops! so he added I guess half cup of plain rice) and end up serving 7 fried rice! Not bad... Anyw, the meats are okay. Salmon is my favorite! And also, the veggies are too salty but it was fine.

Not bad for a food court option. Although, we are in SM Aura, the most burgis of all food courts, so my standard for Teppanyaki Brothers were a bit higher. The stall itself stands out from the crowd already. bare and stationed with grills so you can watch your food being cooked right in front of you. I admire how systematic the cooks are here. They take the orders, get the meat in their freezer/pantry and cook it simultaneously with other orders. All the seasonings are placed beside their cooking stations and you will see how they whip up your meal in front of you.
I ordered one of the cheapest options from their menu, chicken teriyaki (with vegetables, rice, and miso soup). I saw how the cooked it and mixed it with the sauce and plated it in front of me. The rice topping was saucy (just the way I like it) , the rice sticky and perfectly cooked, the vegetables tasty and seasoned with soy sauce, and the miso soup (lacking with tofu) but still delicious. It was a generous serving too. It wasn't something I would be crazy for but it delivered true to its brand. I enjoyed my insta-Japanese meal even though it was a bit pricey.
I wish to try their other platters! I can't wait to be back!
(sorry for the crappy photo!) had the beef, chicken, and dory with my boyfriend and we loved everything! We went crazy over the dory because it was served with a special sauce and we couldn't get enough. Everything is served with soup and veggies and we think that the price is worth it. Worth coming back to!!

I've seen this for a long time but haven't tried because there are lots of people dining in. Until today where in there's no line piling up at the cashier. I immediately rushed into the front and checked on their menu. I ordered beef tepanyaki w/ chilli sauce (i like spicy food). As i watched them cooked my food, it really made me hungry and to my surprise, my choice of food was right. The chilli sauce made my food taste even better. The way my beef was cooked was also good together with the teppanyaki sauce. My over all dining experience was great. I didn't wait that long in order for my food to be served. I just don't like the bell pepper on my veggies bu still its good.
The food is great, especially for its price. We ordered the Beef Set and Beef Teriyaki. The beef is tender and we loved the sauce. The vegetable tasted a little burned but other than that, everything is great. Also, be careful if you're seating by the bar and be ready for a fire show. ;)
I haven't been to SM Aura in a while so I was pleasantly happy to belatedly discover Teppanyaki Brothers at Food on Four, the mall's food court. Only opened June 2014, the outlet boasts of three teppanyaki grills where food is cooked in front of the customer. Guests may elect to dine in the bar and watch the chefs show off or wherever they prefer in the food court.
The menu is quite simple. Grilled beef, pork, chicken or seafood may be ordered as a set or ala carte. Sets come with a cup of rice, a bowl of miso soup and a serving of vegetables. I became a fan even before I tasted the food. I appreciate that the sets offer almost complete meals. I say almost because of the lack of fruit. Maybe they could add that in the future.
Taste wise, it was okay although I found it a little salty for my taste. I don't think that's an issue though because as food is freshly prepared anyway, I can always tell the chef next time to go easy on the salt.
Price wise, it was very reasonable. The chicken set only cost PHP170.
