We love seafoods so my bf and I tried to eat here. The place is nice and the staff are accomodating. However, if you're going to eat lunch, better if you go there ahead of time so you won't be able to fall in line that long. :) Nonetheless, our food experience was great ππ»
Expensive but worth it. Try their lechon sampler and of course dont forget to bring your boss and his/her corporate card with you. Lol Just kidding, it is mot that pricey but it's worth every penny.
Fast service, delicious food, and comparing to other lechon ill say this is above average. Maganda din un clean ambience and staffs are ok.
Gonna give 5 stars if affiliated on zomato gold
My third time here and the taste of Lechon never fails me. Whatever type of cooked they have for the Lechon tasted good.
The service is fast compared to my previous visit here. The staffs are accomodating. If you like to reserve a sit for a group, they do not accept during week days.
Surely will keep on coming hereπ·π
Too many people lining up. Maybe because it was the day after the opening. Cebu Lechon, always the best! Aligi rice, veggies on the menu. Good food. Itβs just that the place is always packed with a lot of people wanting to taste their specialties.
One of the best Cebu lechons that I have tasted. Their lechon paksiw tastes like the traditional style. The fish taco and ginataang langka were also good eats at this resto.
Oh, servers were also courteous, friendly and attentive to the requests. ππ» Keep it up, BGC Stopover branch team.
I am happy! This is the taste of Cebu I have been waiting for. We had Boneless Lechon, Bicol Express and Calamares. I ordered Kamias Shake which was my favorite every time I was in Cebu. So glad they returned to the old recipe, there was a time that there were changes on how it was cooked, but now the old taste is back!
We ordered lechon for two and 2 garlic rice. Spent 450 for the entire thing and we were sooo full. Itβs my 1st time at this branch and we came over at 3pm so we didnβt have to wait for a table at all.
I would have given them 5 stars because the lechon meat is really juicy and tasty, the ambiance is nice and casual and the staff are very pleasant and attentive. But I don't like the lechon skin at all. And that's supposed to be the best part of any lechon! It tasted like stale chicharon tbh. Anyway, that won't stop me from coming back.
Great value for money and it really does have delicious pork. However the star of the show is the fish skin tacos. The contrast between the fish skin and the ceviche is perfect and its a great dish to enjoy on its own if you are not a fan of pork. I will definitely go back for more of the tacos.
A must try when eating here would be a combination of their sizzling Zubuchon original Lechon paired with Zubuchon Monggo.
The serving size is ample in ratio with the price so you will not feel cheated.
Accomodation by their crew is ok, they will be attentive to your needs, and the booths are huge.

The resto here in BGC Stopover is very welcoming... I am not fond of lechon but I agreed with my friends and decided to dine in here with them π.
The verdict: Amazing taste. I so love the Kare-kare and ofcourse the classic Lechon..The Pansit is yummy too. Price is acceptable and reasonable for the taste πππ
The interior is pleasant enough. The menu is quite extensive, not just lechon but a plethora of Filipino dishes. We ordered the classic lechon, dinuguan, sisig and chorizo rice. The classic lechon was supposed to be good for two, but it was hardly enough for one. The dinuguan sauce was good but lacked meat. The quality and taste of the food was satisfactory but the portion size could be better, especially for the ulam. Looking forward to my next visit to try the other items from their menu.
Edited to add: 2nd visit was even better than the first. We ordered the classic and the spicy, and had a blast.
Guess what, we did not like the lechon that much, the meat has no flavor, it was tough and the skin not crispy, but loved their vegetable dishes! ampalaya with small fish, salted egg and fish salad and more! the price is good and the ambience very good.
I recommend the boneless lechon and the lechon sisig. The crab relyeno is a flop. We'll definitely go back. Maybe next time we'll order the Lechon Karekare.
For all the lechon lovers in the Metro, this is for you!β€
Zubuchon is unlike other mass produced lechon restaurants. The skin is still crackling crispy when served and meat is evenly seasoned. The thing that I like with their lechon is that the meat is fresh (no lansa or amoy). Our other order would be their baked scallops , it was so fresh and local (from Roxas) that I was contemplating on ordering another plate. I love it when restaurants use local and fresh ingredients rather than using those that are commercially available in the market. Difference in taste would never go unnoticed especially for seafood.
Another thing that I would like to point out is their staff. Given that this branch just opened this week, I was expecting a disorganized staff but when we were there, all members were very professional and looks like they really know what they are doing and has a deep knowledge of their menu and where they source their food.
Lastly, note that they have a waiting line of around 15 mins especially on their peak hours so don't expect to be seated right away but for me it was actually worth the wait.
I love their Boneless Pork Belly because its juicier than the original and I prefer to have it with Ensaladang Talong as a side dish. Baked Scallops is my go-to appetizer. Their Kamias Shake is refreshing too. Service depends on the time of the day. Avoid the bar seats near the kitchen door.
Lechon tastes good and skin was crispy but serving is a bit small for the price. We ordered Zubuchon Large (good for 6 pax), Bihon, and Garlic Rice. Overall food taste is good. Service was fast and efficient considering the volume of people that they are serving.
Suggestion: Change the picture of lechon for the set menu as its too small so chances are people will not be enticed to purchase the set meal.
