Definitely one of the best Ramen in town! You can never go wrong with Ramen Nagi! The soup, the ingredients, even just onion leeks are very well much incorporated in the ramen that makes it perfect. The serving portion is big too.
Their branch in One Bonifacio, even if it's not that big, looked so spacious. I think it's because of the lighting, it looked so bright inside with mirrors that gives the illusion of a big space.

Not their fault. For anyone who loves pork, definitely you would appreciate it. I grew up not eating pork and so I didn't really like the taste of it. Unfortunately, they only have pork broth on their ramen. Sad. It was the same for gyoza. Pork so nope. Service was great.
Craving struck!
As part of my pursuit to find the most enjoyable ramen, I tried Ramen Nagi’s Original King Ramen (Butao King)
The crew will hand you the menu and a piece of paper to put in the specifics of your ramen. You can choose how spicy you want it to be, the thickness of the noodle, what type of pork, and select extras you’d like to add.
If it’s your first time, you can opt to select the chef’s recommendation. I can’t eat anything spicy so I don’t want to take the risk - I crafted my own ramen. Mostly “normal” then added an order of tamago. I partnered my ramen with a cold japanese beer - Sapporo.
It was really good. It has the right amount of creaminess I’m looking for and it wasn’t too salty. I finished the entire bowl, even the soup! I would normally just consume the noodles, but I really liked it so I emptied it 😬👍🏻
I would definitely go back and try out their other ramen - Black, Green and Limited.
A must try ramen! The price is okay but the food is more than average. They have buy one take one for the birthday celebrant so try it. Cons are the staffs that are not accommodating.
The bowl was huge and tasty! The house made iced tea was really good! I would definitely recommend
The bowl was nearly full unlike ramen from the other branches. We were surprised. Love the ambience of the place too.
We had butao in 4 different ways. While I enjoyed customizing mine, I think I’ll just refer to the chef’s recommendations next time.
Good service overall but I hope they make it a point to check and refill the condiments on the table.
This is one of the best to-go ramen places. Very reasonably priced with good amount of serving. I understand long lines which is for me not a deal. I am willing too que for such. Best try the blank king kuro ramen and make it really spicy!
Good ambience, service and serves tasty and spicy Ramen. I tried the Red King and went with the chef recommendations (rather than customising). True to it’s name the broth can get pretty spicy. The noodles are hard and goes well with the overall dish. Gyoza is soft and a must try.
Ramen Nagi started the ramen craze in the Philippines and I am glad that the quality remained the same after all these the years.
There are now a lot of ramen places around, but Ramen Nagi still stands out because customers can customize their ramen. Personally, I don't like ramen that is too rich. But here in Nagi, I can have ramen that is lighter. And I can have my pork without that thick belly fat.
It is our first time to eat at their One BHS branch. I didn't like that their kitchen is open because we ended up smelling like fried food.
But we still had a good time, especially when we got B1T1 Butao because of their birthday promo.
This place is consistently full and people always leave satisfied. It’s interesting to have the option of customizing your ramen. For the sides I would recommend the karaage as it has a good crunch.
I first thought that ramen is not good and I will not like it but when my boyfriend and I decided to eat at Ramen Nagi, I fall in love right away. Maybe because I love Spicy food.
So I ordered Red King and I add 5 more for the spicyness. Normal garlic and noodles and the richness of the soup is heavy. My boyfriend ordered chahan and 7 spice karaage and gyoza as well.
Red King Ramen- I super LOVE it. Because I customize my own ramen and the broth of the soup is so rich in flavor, the texture of the noodles is good. Not too hard not too soft. Even though it is oily I still love it PLUS big serving.
Karaage- I liked it because I love chicken but after consecutive bites it became satiated.
Gyoza- for me it is dry. although the fillings are flavorful.
Chahan- oh my. I love this as well. So many ingredients, vegetables as well.
Super Duper Recomended!!
Food is exactly the same as what you can expect in any Ramen Nagi branch. Thank you, Jayson for being attentive to our bar seat area. Everything was okay, just particularly warm if you take the bar seats.
Another restaurant where you can customise your Ramen. The service was good, fast and efficient. Ramen was served hot which is very good. Actually this is my favourite Ramen Nagi branch cause it’s not that crowded.

The best ramen restaurant according to my eldest son! :)
My 2 kids ordered the Butao Ramen while me and my wife got to try the Chashu Rice and we all enjoyed it. Ambiance is nice but i still prefer the look of the other branches. Staff was very friendly also. :)
A unique shop concept, and not your usual ramen house. This one Ramen Nagi at One Bonifacio High Street is customised subtly in blue. The table at the nave were adorned with fresh pots of plants to give a fresh and cozy ambiance to the diners. The only item you will see in this shop that is similar their other branches is the red lantern at the entrance.
But different as it may be, you will still get to enjoy the same delicious and authentic ramen that you always love.
What I really like about this franchise is how you’re able to customise the ramen to your liking. It has remained very consistent for me, except for two consecutive previous visits at a certain branch.
Because of that, I was a little uneasy with trying to eat at this new branch. But the different look drew me to come in and give it another shot. I went for my usually selections and they pulled through. The ramen was just how I remembered it being served in the other branches I already visited. Props to them for putting the franchise back on my favourites
This branch in One Bonifacio has a great ambiance and likewise to the staff, very good customer service! We had a great time and enjoyed our usual ramen and tried their chips. The only challenge is that my mobile signal are on and off, had difficulty in sending and getting messages. Overall, it was great!
Ramen Nagi may be well-known for their rich tonkotsu broth but their offerings outside the ramen menu are quite good too. Last I visited here, I wasn't in the mood for some noodles so I ordered their Chashu Rice and Original Chicken Karaage instead. The cook on the meats were perfectly done; the diced chashu was tender and the chicken was soft and juicy. Both paired well with the mayonnaise that came with the dishes but eventually it was too much for me.
Finally, a Ramen Nagi near our office! :)
Black King is truly the KING. Always choose green onions over cabbage shreds for the perfect ramen experience. :)
This is the only branch that had the Truffle Ramen so naturally had to make the trip. It did not disappoint - a meal I really enjoyed. The husband had the other limited flavor - Schezuan. The chili was literally swimming in the broth.
This branch has clean, polished interiors. The staff was very attentive too. Granted, only 3 tables were occupied.
This place is way better than the SM Aura branch, spacious, well lit. Ramen is still the same quality and taste. Staff is efficient and friendly. Kudos to Jayson!
I like the fact that the tables in the middle has a partition
where you can put the bags.
Finally a Ramen Nagi near our office. Before, we have to go to SM Aura for our ramen cravings.
Ramen Nagi recently opened another branch at the One Bonifacio High Street Mall BGC. It is smaller, simple yet classy and has a more modern look... their interiors are different from the regular Ramen Nagi restaurant.
We all know their ramen are amazing so I'll focus on the other items.
➡️ Pork Katsu Roll (P295)- really delicious! Just order rice and it's the perfect meal. *Thinly sliced pork belly rolled with cheese and served nagi's original sauce
➡️ Chicken Karaage (P250)- we ordered their original. There are 3 other flavors Curry (P270), 7 spice (P300) and Matcha (P290). I so love their mayo mustard
Try also their gyoza

Ramen Nagi’s #19thStore in One Bonifacio is now officially open with its #NewLook, a one-of-a-kind in all Ramen Nagi restaurant.
And did you know that this branch has an exclusive ramen flavor which you can avail until December 31, 2018 called the Truffle King?
Yes, you can avail the rare flavor of The Truffle ramen at One Bonifacio branch. The flavor was so appetizing and rich with truffle which is very addictive.
You can also try the limited edition Szechuan King for those who like spicy ramen. Best paired with Karaage, Chasiu and or Gyoza.
Overall, I like the new look of Ramen Nagi at one bonifacio. The modern approached definitely will jive for this generation.
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️
To this very day, Ramen remains to be one the most celebrated dishes in the world. It is Japan’s ultimate bowl, versions of it have been replicated everywhere, not just in their country. In the Philippines, Ramen Nagi, the Fukuoka-born, Shunjuku-grown ramen shop, remains to be the most sought after.
A week ago I was fortunate to meet Ramen Nagi’s founder, Ikuta Satoshi. He dazzled the kitchen at the newest and also their 19th branch, the very first concept shop and the only one thus far in the world. This special launch was held at One Bonifacio High Street Mall, just beside the Philippine Stock Exchange building in Bonifacio Global City.
This sleeker and modern location will be the only place that will offer the limited edition, Truffle King Ramen. Chef Ikuta gladly demonstrated how to prepare it with much energy and joy. He also whipped up a level 25 spicy Szechuan Ramen, together with Chef Riyoichi Nishio. This one of a kind hot masterpiece is available only until November 15.
“We designed the shop to cater to the employees in the Stock Exchange Building,” reveals Philippine’s managing partner Avi Siy-Chua. “We were going for a more upscale look. It’s more sophisticated than the usual festive look of Ramen Nagi.”
The Truffle King Ramen will be available in other stores starting next year. It’s your tonkotsu broth combined with the powerful taste and aroma of mushroom truffle. Personally am not a fan of its flavor, so I opted for their rich and savory, Original Butao King.
Probably part of Ramen Nagi’s charm is the customer’s access to their own preference. Here you get a paper and pen, you get to customize your own order based on the richness of soup, spiciness level, firmness of noodles, the heaviness of sauce, amount of garlic, and choice of pork shoulder char shu or belly. Brilliant idea!
On top of the ramens, the Ramen Nagi team also served us the following bestsellers:
Gyoza (Php 220)- meat and vegetables seasoned with Japanese spices wrapped in Nagi’s special dough and served in a sizzling plate for the perfect crisp.
Original Chicken Karaage (Php 250)- Japanese fried chicken perfectly marinated in special sauce. Deep fried in special breading and served with a dip of mayo mustard.
Pork Katsu Roll (Php 295)- thinly sliced pork belly rolled with cheese and served with Nagi’s original sauce.
Aurora Shrimp (Php 370)- deep fried prawns with crispy noodles topped with aurora sauce.
Nagi Star Salad (Php 280)- freshly sliced cabbage and lettuce with fried crispy noodles generously topped with Nagi’s special dressing and slices of cherry tomatoes.
Chasu Rice (Php 190)- Japanese rice cooked in a special sauce topped with roasted pork and served with a delightful blend of soy sauce and mayo.
Nagi Vanilla Ice Cream (Php 150)- Nagi’s vanilla ice cream served with 2 kinds of liquor- triple sec and mudslide.
The new Ramen Nagi concept shop is located on the 2nd floor of One Bonifacio High Street, 28th street corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
Best Ramen Nagi so far. Broth is thick, extremely rich and flavorful. Much better than those offered in ramen nagi robinsons magnolia and up town center (diliman), walang-wala sila. Ganda pa ng lighting. If ever na magke-crave ako sa ramen nagi, sasadyain ko ito.
Eto lang ang ramen nagi na alam ko sa ngayon.
4.5 stars kasi sakto lang yung lasa nung meat (belly).
The 19th store and first and only concept shop in the world is now at the second level in One Bonifacio High Street Mall

Ate here for lunch last Friday and Butao never fails!! A spicy-ness level of 4 gave it the right amount of balance to the totality of its taste. Along with the ramen, we also ordered Chicken Karaage in original, which we tried for the first time. Well, it tastes good though! Any-who, the staff were very accommodating and all-smiley. Don’t forget the ambiance of this branch– i love it!

In this edition of EATSplorations, I, Mr. Eats, will be sharing about the Ramen Nagi Concept Store at One Bonifacio High Street Mall in BGC. This Ramen Nagi is different from all the other branches they have. It has a different look that specifically caters to the target market in and around BGC. Keep on reading to find out more about Ramen Nagi’s NEWEST store, enjoy!
Ramen Nagi just opened its very first concept shop (the only one in the Philippines and the world) at the new One Bonifacio High Street in BGC.
In celebration of the opening of Ramen Nagi's first concept shop (and 19th store in the Philippines), they gave out free Butao King for every order of Truffle King - their newest Limited Edition Ramen!
This new shop combines Japanese minimalist design with an open-concept design to create an unrestrained, unfussy zen-like feel. Intimate booths and blond wood chairs line stark white walls on one side, while a marble countertop seating offers front-row views of the kitchen activity on another. In the center of the room, white lamps cheekily decorated with images of ramen bowls hang over sleek communal tables.
It gives it a more upscale and sophisticated vibe - something that will cater to employees in the area, specifically those working at the Stock Exchange Building.
