My favorite is the fudge chocolate bingsu. I had tried 3 bingsu place but seol bang is the most rhat stands out . Will try their other menus next time
I can definitely say that they have big servings of Bingsu. We ordered the small/regular sizes but it came to us in a big bowl that I wasn't able to finish everything up. They also have tasty beef and chicken bowls with Chapchae. Everything we ordered were all delicious. Would come back someday :-)
Service 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐There's a button on each table that you can press whenever you needed some assistance.
Taste 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Not too sweet unlike other bingsu shops I have visited before.
Ambience 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Place is good. The interiors are like made to welcome kids and teenagers who loves ice cream.
Korean shaved ice is always amazing but this place is on a different level. The energy from the staff is contagious and their belief is something I respect. Worth a visit. #epicuRon
It’s a cute dessert restaurant..
Masarap m/yummy ang noodles nila, tsaka while waiting for yor order, pwede kayo magpicture2 with customes and stuff..
Dessert is perfect😍😋
Nice place pra makapagchika2 with friends too..
A must try...
Their mango cheesecake bingsu definitely deserves a comeback! You will absolutely taste the milkiness right after the first bite of the smooth shaved ice. The mango bits seemed fresh, not too sweet and not too sour. What makes the bingsu more exciting are the cheesecake cubes. I hope they can offer bingsu with pure cheesecake only. On the other hand, I tried their seafood ramen, I find it a bit pricey for the serving I got. The soup tasted like it has a lot of msg. I can also sense a bit taste of artificial from the noodles. But overall, I hope they can open more branches because BGC is a bit far from most people in the city.
This is my Korean comfort place. We have visited this place for nth time already since it's near our office.
I strongly recommend their pork spring rolls (P98), Ramyeon with egg (available in mild or spicy) at P178 with Unli Soup and their Gimbap (P148).
They are offering P88 Unli Bingsu but limited to three flavors only (coffee, chocolate, mango) when you order rice bowl or ramen.
They also have board games which is good for barkadas.
We wil keep coming back for sure.
Always here for dessert, of course their bingsu but this time went in for their meals. First time to try their rice meals. It was good and heavy!
Have ordered Mango Granola and the flavor is wonderful. Every tease are pure and average sweet with sand ice. Like it so much! This is the first time and surely will come shag in for other dishes.
Maganda yung set up ng cafe nila.
Seol Bang is probably the place if you're looking for Bingsu (let's say, it's a Korean version of our Halo-halo). The place is bright, and quite large for a dessert parlor (though I must admit, it's not only a dessert-parlor, but a restaurant as well serving other Korean dishes). Serving time is fast. They also play catchy dance music (Dynoro's "In my mind" stucked on my head).
I ordered Injeolmi Bingsu (P199.00) - The serving is big, it is good for sharing. I consumed half of the actual small serving. Serving time is fast. It's a big bowl/cup of fine shavings of ice (like a snow). It literally melts in your mouth. It has a fine powder of Injeolmi on the top with a few bits of Korean rice cakes on its sides. It was chewy. On the bottom part, there are thin pieces of almond nuts inside this bingsu. The milky taste can be noticed.
Overall, it's not too sweet, taste is mild.
Room for improvement: They should indicate on the menu that their food items (all other food except bingsu) are available until 10:00 PM only. I wanted to order their Ramen and Beef Bulgogi but I was told they only serve Bingsu that time.
Cozy and cute place. Tried their mango choco banana bingsu. Large serving for two people. Ice is fine.
However, some of the food they serve are overpriced.
Most Important Thing to try is their BINGSU. 😋 You cannot go here, try their food and judge them for it. It's a Bingsu place, thus judge them for their desserts.
I did. And it did not disappoint. 😊 Ice was so smooth and full of flavor already unlike the other places with just ice. Here, you get your your buck since every scoop and raw materials will bave you screaming YUM-MY. 😁 We tried Almond Lychee Bingsu (will be launched tomorrow), Mango Cheesecake and Triple Berry Cheesecake.
One, I dont like anything berries but wow, even the melted ice tastes delicious. Everything does. 😍
We also ordered the following rice meals: Dak Galbi, Beef Bulgogi, Pan Seared Pork and Chicken Teriyaki. It wasn't the best but if you're looking for something that will keep you full? This is your best bet! Serving is huge. 😋
Definitely be back for BINGSU.
We had our appetite satied with the yummy korean-inspired rice bowls. I liked the Spam Kimchi Fried Rice and the Dak Galbi. Also loved their seafood ramen and man it was sweating good! They also have an incredible array of bingsu and my favorite so far is the strawberry cheesecake 😊 The view of the grand canal just outside the restaurant is undoubtedly gorgeous 👍❤
First of all, you simply need to know how they make the ice so smooth and fine never minding how this dessert makes your teeth sensitive the fact that it’s really cold and oh so yummy!. Presentation is key. You have got to order the right stuff before you can truly appreciate Bingsu!. We ordered the Salted Caramel Cookie (to share) just because Salted Caramel is a popular choice for anything caramel. Strawberry Cheesecake is a good choice too! And some coffee for someone who needs a quick fix.

They have board and card games you can play with while enjoying your bingsu. Cool place to hangout with your friends. But beware on your sugar in take, you cant resist the sweetness they can offer. LOL
I usually go to Hobing for bingsu but when I saw this at Venice Mall, I had to try it. I ordered the Choco Mango Banana. It was a little pricey but its a good big portion. Only thing I didn’t like was that the mango was a little on the sour side.
It was 3 months ago when my partner and I tried their Choco Brownie Fudge for our dessert. It was awesome. Our sweet tooth was satisfied. The small serving was good for two. The staffs were friendly though the service was not that fast. The ambience was cozy and cold. I'll definitely go back to try their other Bingsu.
Indeed, this is the best bingsu place in metro manila!!! The bingsu is quite expensive, but trust me, it’s worth it! Highly recommended dessert place!
Triple Berry Cheesecake Bingsu - 10/10 (yup, perfection)😋😋
Mango cheesecake Bingsu - 7/10 (mangoes are too ripe and sour) 😝
I was really looking forward for the matcha bingsu but unfortunately when we went there it's out of stock. So we went for Mango Cheesecake bingsu it was delicious. Also when you order there only order their specialty bingsu...Their ramyeon was just instant ramyein so yeah it's better to order the desserts only. Welcy Jeremy Chua Jean Andrea Barredo
Loved, loved, loved their bingsu!
Was orininally looking for the spicy rice cake dish that is ofen served in Korean bingsu places in Manila. They didnt have it so we got the fishballs and chicken poppers instead. And both were yum. I remember how I liked fishballs when I was young.
The manager was very attentive to guests as well.
Bingsuuuuuuu 😍 I love their Mango Cheesecake and Triple Berry Cheesecake. Try them!!! You will surely enjoy each spoon of their bingsu. 👍🏼
First time to try a Korean bingsu and we definitely didn’t regret it. The shaved ice was perfect. We ordered their Choco Fudge Brownie bingsu which was really filling. Will surely return to try another flavor.
Mango Cheesecake - who said that you can only eat this for summer? One of their best selling bingsu is the mango cheesecake, I may say that it is comparable to other great bingsu available in the metro but this ain't the best. The cheesecake is just a so-so and for me it's not creamy enough. Nevertheless, it is delectable, its bingsu, of course!

A lively place for Bingsu lovers out there! The place has colorful art and decors on their walls. The spoons and bowls come in cutesy size and pastel colors. It's my first time to see board and card games available in a bingsu place! They also have adorable head dresses you can use for photo ops. You'll definitely leave the place all smiles because the venue will bring out the kid in you.
The bingsu here is really good! The taste and texture of the shaved ice is heavenly. The fruits are fresh, the cheesecakes are yummy, and the nuts are of quality. My favorites are the 'Triple Berry Cheesecake' and 'Mango Choco Banana'. I loved how attractive and insta-worthy each bingsu bowl is.
The place is so comfy, and the staff are friendly and prompt. Thankful that there's a great bingsu place here in Mckinley area. Will definitely go back for more!

Craving for a legitimate Bingsu? I think this is a perfect place to try that Korean Dessert. I have no doubt about it, I really love Korean Food. Their Bingsu which for me is a Korean version of our Halo-Halo is so promising. And for the price of P200 and up, I can say it's all worth it because who can resist that milky snowy shaved ice topped with mangoes and cheese cake or with a red bean and crushed almonds. There's no dull moment indeed I really enjoyed every bit of it as I indulge myself with this dessert. And they have big servings too so you don't have to shoulder it alone. You can bring your special someone while satisfying your sweet tooth. Perfect date place indeed. Awaken your Korean spirit while enjoying KPop music as you finish your dessert.
To the staff of the Seol Bang McKinley Hill, Thank you for the warm welcome and for serving us with such a delicious dessert. Will definitely come back.
Very friendly staff. One of my favourite place here in Manila as I really loved this korean based dessert “Bingsu”. I an my friend tried Strawberry Cheese cake and Triple berry Cheese cake flavours. Looking forward to try other options.
Interior design captivates me to eat here. Decorations and the ambience was so Korean look.
Mango Cheesecake - a monthwatering and heaven like bingsu with a delicious ice cream in the top. Must try their other best seller bingsu in my next visit.
Thank you Soul Bang 😑
I ordered Mango Cheese Bingsu and it was awesome. The place is very cool and colorful. It attracts good vibes. I also loved their chicken poppers. I will definitely go back here.
Bingsu Craze is happening all over and it's somehow becoming a regular dish now. Seolbang is a family owned bingsu place that was established thru the owner's passion of Korean culture. A true fan would relate on how Kpop and Kdrama has marked itself on a global scale. Aside from that Seolbang tries to give a relaxed vibe with blue ambient colors resembling coolness, hat props for fun engagements and board games to sweeten the deal. They have lots of adult board games too like cards against humanity and the classic Uno. Seolbang tries to experiment with new flavors so expect to see more new things in the menu from time to time, a reason to always come back.
What I like about Seolbang is their thinly shredded snow like shaved ice that's on par with the bingsu in South Korea. We tasted a bunch of Bingsu particularly the ff:
Matcha Coconut Brownie( small 289 pesos, big 384 )4.5/5
The Brownies were delicious together with the bingsu. Also counters the strong taste of matcha accompanied with the coconut flavor.
Matcha Red Bean(small 289 pesos, Big 384 pesos)4/5
A classic staple of bingsu, a common flavor in every bingsu place. I loved how the organic sweetness of the red bean counters the strong bitter flavor of their matcha.
Mango choco banana (small 299 pesos, Big 394 pesos )4/5
Not a fan of choco banana but the abundance of mangoes took my interest. The mango glazed with chocolate was something flavorful and creamy
Matcha Cookies and cream(small 299 pesos, Big 294 pesos) 4.5/5
The cookies and cream with matcha was a good combo it was sweet and delightfully delicious the cookies and cream were living up to its name of creaminess.
Mango cheesecake (small 268 pesos Big 363 pesos ) 5/5
One of my favorites with the interesting taste, texture and sweetness of the cheesecake. It had large bits of cheesecake too to mix with the shaved ice.
Salted caramel cookies (small 278 pesos , big 373 pesos) 5/5
Best seller and another favorite. This would be my top bingsu from their menu. It has a hidden ice cream inside that makes it more creamier and unique at the same time.
There were also some savory snacks too Chicken Poppers (P150; w/ Rice P155)
, Baked Macaroni (P160) and Grilled Three Cheese (P185). The chicken poppers have either soy garlic or spicy flavors with gimbap as a side dish. I like the spicy more than the soy garlic. Their soy garlic is different from what I expected to taste, a little dry on the side. But to make up for it are their delicious baked macaroni and grilled three cheese. The macaroni mas savory and creamy at the same time the tomato sauce paired with the cheese was very flavorful, a definite favorite. The 3 cheese was another favorite with strawberry jam on the side, sweet and salty combination similar to the concept of salted caramel.
Favorites: Baked Macaroni, Grilled 3 cheese, Mango cheesecake bingsu, Salted caramel cookies bingsu
Food 4.5/5 - Bingsus were great. Love the snacks
Ambiance 4.5/5- board games plus a chill ambiance
Service 4.5/5- Service was good, servers were encouraging to try the hats and feel the chill ambiance.
Price 4/5- It's not cheap yet not too expensive. Quality and serving is justified with the price.

Bingsu Overload!
Product: The best thing about Seol Bang is that they came up with their flavors on their own through endless trial and errors. Now, let me just say, this must be what real bingsu should taste like. From the shaved ice's texture, to the milky flavor explosion in each spoonful, and the perfect combination of the ingredients, you'll consume more than you'd care to admit.
My favorites were: Mango Cheesecake, just the cheesecake alone makes it a winner and combining it with Mango, makes it an even better dish. Matcha Red Bean, classic partner. You can never go wrong with them. And the Matcha Oreo, two of my favorites in one dish? Give me more please.
Venue: If it isn't enough that they have these awesome varieties of bingsu for you to try, Seol Bang also offers entertainment for you and your company like; board games, card games, and these cute head wears for photo op. It is a lively and colorful place, the perfect hangout if you just want to sit and chill with your friends and family. You can find them on the second floor, near Yellow Cab and Mumuso. Along with how lively the place is, the crew were also very friendly. They serve you with a smile and sincerity to assist you. This is a place worth coming back to.
Seol Bang is one of the Cafe's that I have been wanting to try. They have lively and attractive interiors that you can just see from the outside coz I usually pass by this Cafe everytime I go to the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Just the perfect timing, coming from a Korean restaurant, we get to try their desserts and other offerings.
Basically, we had different Bingsu's that afternoon. We had the Matcha Red Bean, Matcha Coconut Brownie, Matcha Cookies and Cream, Mango Choco Banana, Mango Cheesecake and the Salted Caramel Cookie. According to Shekinah, who created and served these beautiful creations, the flavors and combinations are all from a scratch and they constantly think and build new flavors and new items on the menu that are trending and fresh and maintain those well loved by customers. Matcha has been one of the key flavors on asian insipred desserts for quite some time now and so she made three different flavors consisting the Matcha and what I loved was the Matcha Coconut Brownie because they just blend well together - the chocolatey flavor of the brownie and bitter sweet of Matcha is just perfect. Everything with Mango for me is delicious so no doubt I liked the Mango Choco Banana and the Mango Cheesecake that is just Heavenly! Not a fan of Salted Caramel but it is good.
We also had savory dishes if you wanted to have an alternative, not just only sweets. The chicken poppers that comes with a gimbap on the side and also you can order with rice - they offered the spicy and soy garlic flavors which are equally good and tasty. I wish it could be a little more softer though nevertheless, the flavor is there and just the right serving. Baked Macaroni is another dish and I'd say it is the bomb - cheesy, creamy and a little sweet and spice, it was like my mom's homemade pasta so I really loved it. We were quite full already for all that we had but surprisingly, they served us the grilled 3-cheese sandwich and it looked really enticing because of the cheese so we all had to grab a bite - it was fantastically finger licking good.
Overall, our experience was terrific. We had fun with the card games, the Kpop music is pretty cool. It was a great place to hang out with your friends, nice service. Kudos!
I've been into several Korean Restos that serves Bingsu. But nothing compares to what Seol Bang has to offer. It's basically fun in a nutshell.
The place was really colorful. Can easily host several diners at once. They have some available seating outside but I strongly suggest not to. C'mon, enjoy the AC ;)
What really caught my attention was the complementary board games available to play. This makes dining in so much fun. They have some normal playing cards, dominos, and Cards Against Humanity. We took a spin on it and it just made our afternoon.
Now, they have a lot of Bingsu to choose from. And sometimes, it's kinda hard to choose from the list on what to get. Great thing that they have a sampler available for 400.00 php. Choose up to 3 flavors to try on.
For Matcha lovers, they have three different Matcha bingsu to choose from:
Matcha Red Bean (Small 289.00 php/Big 384.00 php) - Your choice if you crave for the authentic taste of Matcha.
Matcha Coconut Brownie (Small 289.00 php/Big 384.00 php) - If you crave something different,
Matcha Cookies and Cream (299.00 php/Big 394.00 php) - The sweet stuff of the bunch.
Other good choices were Salted Caramel Cookie (Small 278.00 php/Big 373.00 php) and Mango Cheesecake (Small 268.00 php/Big 363.00 php). Both of which are highly recommended flavors that you could really enjoy.
Aside from Bingsu, they have also other dishes that you could order:
Chicken Poppers (118.00 php) - Available in Soy Honey Garlic or Sweet and Sour. Heed warning that the spicy one is really spicy so better check first.
Baked Mac (128.00 php) - Tweaked out for the kiddie taste. Very tasty as well.
Grilled Three Cheese (185.00 php) - Ahhh yes, the ultimate comfort food. Never fails to put a smile on my face. Their version is served with strawberry jam at the side that gives it a twist on taste when dipped.
It was an awesome afternoon indeed! I really enjoyed dining in at Seol Bang as there could never be a dull moment if you're in a group. Bring your barkadas here and good times are rest assured when dining in.

Bingsu. The Korean shaved ice dessert has been making waves in the Metro in recent years. Seol Bang is a place that offers tasty bingsu for the hot summer days. Here are some of their bingsu offerings as well as their other dishes:
Matcha Red Bean (Small P289 ; Big P384), Matcha Coconut Brownie (Small P289; Big P384), and Matcha Cookies and Cream (P299; Big P394)
These three matcha treats are great for matcha lovers. My favorite among the three is the Coconut Brownie because I like the combination of shaved coconut and chunky brownies.
Mango Choco Banana (Small P299; Big P394)
A delightful fruity treat, capped with a lot of chocolate sauce. Creamy, cooling, flavorful.
Mango Cheesecake (Small P268; Big P363)
The mango chunks and the cheesecake bits are large and sweet, offering a great texture contrast to the shaved ice.
Salted Caramel Cookie (Small P278; Big P373)
My favorite among the selections that I tried. It helps that there is a second serving of ice cream hidden within the shaved ice, making the ice taste a lot creamier. I recommend this one to any first time visitors.
Chicken Poppers (P150; w/ Rice P155)
These poppers come in either soy garlic or spicy varieties, with some gimbap on the side. The spicy flavor has a strong kick, so it is best paired with one of their bingsu to help cool down the palate.
Baked Macaroni (P160)
The macaroni is creamy when served hot and the tomato sauce and cheese are very tasty. One of my favorites during my visit.
Grilled Three Cheese (P185)
I am a cheese lover, so it is a given that I would love this sandwich. This is served with some strawberry jam on the side. I did not get to try the jam, but I can tell that they were going for a combination of sweet and salty that is popular nowadays. That just gives me more reason to return and try it again.

The servers all help out to encourage you to get into the groove. Our group of foodie friends had a lot of fun choosing our head gear. I alternated between a King's crown and a princess tiara. While our other friends choose a mickey mouse head band and another one with leopard spots. While waiting for our order we played the boardgame ,cards against humanity.
Matcha red bean P384 (big)Matcha coconut brownie P384 (big), Matcha cookies and cream P394 (big). Among the 3 Matchas , I prefer both the matcha red bean and the cookies and cream. Ordered mango cheesecake bingsu for 239php which is good for 2. It's good and refreshing but compared to other bingsu's which I've tasted, I'm only rating it 4.0.
Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
239php is not bad. 😊
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Will I come back? Oh definitely. I'll try the other flavors. There's a LOT to choose from! 😱😱😱
Ambiance was great the ice cream was delicious good for sharing and they even have things that you can play with your family and friends like uno stack and dominoes and lot more
Since the heat is unbearable lately, its good that we stumbled on Seol Bang. It was a hot day and naturally we had to get the big Choco Fudge Brownie Bingsu (which was already good for 2 people).
The Bingsu could use a little more chocolate flavor (probably its just me), but it was good (since I like sweets a lot).
What I also like is that the place has board games that you can use while you're there. Its a good distraction from our phones and it was good 'ol board game fun (although the table beside us were a little rowdy already playing uno stacko (I think they thought they were the only ones there)).
The place is also a good place to take those Instagram pics since it has a lot of color and things going on inside.
My favorite Korean dessert is now easily available near my office! Seol Bang has everyone’s favorite Bingsu plus other favorite Koreans snacks. My friends and I went here to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Aside from food they also have games available which is something you can do while waiting for your bingsu.
First time to try a bing su. We got the strawberry bingsu. The price and the serving is good for 4 to 5 people. The taste was very good. Fine shaved ice mixed with milk. Creamy and nice but watch out if you are lactose intolerant. The strawberries were very sweet and fresh. I would visit the store again, but definitely can't finish one order on my own.
Great place and delicious desserts. Recommended to try their desserts while playing games. You can borrow their card and play around. Good for partners Or groups. Enjoyed staying there and the staff are very accommodating.
Their triple berry (?) bingsu is bomb. The price is kinda steep though but if you're in the mood for great ice dessert with money to spare, try Seol Bang!
Nice place to go if you are hooked to this korean dessert or just capping off your lunch or dinner at the Venice Piazza. We got the salted caramel and the mango cheescake bingsu. Both were creamy and had generous servings. The place is big and can accomodate large groups. I liked the 80's feel to it.
It's my first Seol Bang experience, and it was great! Excellent service. Nice place. It looks like a K-pop music video inside!
Only thing I didn't like is that it was served in this bucket thingy, which made it hard to eat in the beginning. Otherwise, it was great!
Ordered Injeolmi, their simplest and lightest bingsu on the menu, since I was already full from my lunch earlier. I was really surprised that it tasted good with all those Korean rice cake, cashews, nuts, etc and that powder. I really enjoyed it and even finished it on my own! Place is spacious with cute interiors. Staff is accommodating. I also love the cute bowl and spoon. :) Will definitely go back if.
A perfect place to relax. Well its a long day from work and we need a place to relax. With me is my fiancee. And she found it first on one of her friend's ig post. And we eventually searched the place and poof we found it. Two thumbs up! Mouthwatery bingsu.
The bestseller mango cheesecake 👌🏻 I enjoyed the food and the ambiance. I will surely visit this place maybe thrice a week? 😅🐽 This place should be spelled out as H-E-A-V-E-N 🍧
Love it that they have displays of the types of bingsu you can order. They are much affordable than Hobing.
I really love their mango bingsu.. sweet, supple and very delicious.
Shaven ice is very fine. Perfect for this hot weather!
Will definitely come back for more!
Really delicious bingsu! I recommend mango cheesecake. The servings are really large and I can share the small serving with 2 other people.
They give free service water and tiny bowls for sharing.
Picture perfect for instagram.
Slow service.
We decided to have our meryenda at seol bang. We ordered 2 bingsu. I really loved their mango cheesecake but ung cheese di ako masyadong nasarapan. The chocolate one is also good specially the brownies!! And also thumbs up to their service.
Since it's already summertime here in the Philippines let's try to add some kick to beat the hot weather. Bingsu, it's a famous Korean dessert with crushed ice, fruits, milk etc. I've tried many Bingsu places here in the metro and this place belongs to the second spot. So far I already tasted four flavors which is the Mango cheesecake, Coffee fudge brownie, Strawberry cheesecake, and the salted caramel cookie! 💜 💛
Summer is here and so is the detestable unbearable heat it comes with. But summer is also the perfect excuse for me to indulge in cold treats every day. And it was timely that I spotted a new favorite bingsu place.
Hello, Seol Bang!
It’s not hard to miss this new dessert shop if your goal is to just have your photo taken by the picturesque “Venice Grand Canal”. This place is located a couple of meters away from on the selfie stick zone of the mall and that instantly warrants +10 points from me as I do not have to dodge phones and sticks on my way here.

It was my very first bingsu and I was so glad that my sister and I visited the place. The ambiance is very cozy. I have ordered choco fudge brownie (I can't recall what it's called LOL). It was so good and I will definitely visit the place again to try other variants.
Situated within a very interesting location in McKinley Hill, it is refreshing to come across a place in Venice Mall that is solely dedicated for Korean Bingsu.
Seol Bang's bingsu options have really playful concepts, with a great taste to match. They are very generous in terms of serving size and toppings as well.
Hopefully, they can expand their menu to serve not just solely desserts to balance out the sweetness for the palate.

Since the summer heat is here, my family and I decided to have a break at Seoul Bang to cool ourselves off. Seol Bang's branch here in McKinley Hill is quite popular, even if it's just tucked in a small corner of Venice Grand Canal. The place may seem hidden, but is packed every time. Despite the number of people that visited on that day, my family and I still managed to find vacant seats.
Seol Bang's ambience was simple but at the same time, inviting. The place was quite big, and like other Bingsu joints, they follow "self service". Although the place followed "self service", the staff were still very attentive, especially in cleaning the tables.
Their menu had good Bingsu choices but I was really disappointed that they didn't offer "Matcha" flavored Bingsu :( I was really looking forward for the sweet red bean topping, like the one I had in Hobing Korean Dessert Café. I didn't really have a choice so I had the Injeolme flavor instead.
We ordered the (S) Injeolme Bingsu and (S) Mango Cheesecake Bingsu to share.

- Their Injeolme Bingsu is sweeter compared to the one I had in "Hobing Korean Dessert Café" at SM Aura. Sadly, I prefer the one in Hobing more. The ground nut powder for me, was too little that the flavor didn't really stand out. Also, price is more expensive and serving size is smaller compared to the one in Hobing.
➿ (S) Mango Cheesecake ➿ (239 php)
- The wonderful combination of Mango and cheese was really good. I like how the cheesecake bites gave a slight saltiness to balance out the sweetness from the mango, mango syrup, whipped cream and ice cream. It was good but I still prefer simpler flavors since, less is more. Again, price is more expensive and serving size is smaller compared to the ones in Hobing.
My overall experience was okay but I just wish that they offered add-ons in their menu like, extra ice cream, injeolme, cheesecake, granola, etc.
I'm back at Seol Bang Dessert Cafe in Venice Grand Canal Mall to try some of the Bingsu flavor that I wanted to try before. And this time I was able to try of the new savory dishes they are offering.
THE FOOD
🍧Chicken Poppers for Php155.00 with rice - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"I like the colorful concept of how they serve the food but it would be much better if they can improve the plating of their food"
🍧Baked Macaroni for Php160.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
"This baked mac really tasted good. It's addictive and delicious."
Bingsu
🍧Matcha Red Bean for Php289.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
🍧Matcha Coconut Brownie for Php289.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
🍧Matcha Cookies and Cream Php299.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
🍧Mango Choco Banana for Php299.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
🍧Mango Cheesecake for Php268.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
🍧Salted Caramel Cookie for Php278.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
I will recommend the Mango Cheesecake for the first timer because the sweetness of the mango and cheesecake blends well with the fine ice of the bingsu.

Trying the new Bingsu place with Italian concept in Venice Grand Canal Mall called Seol Bang Dessert Cafe. I had Triple Berry (Strawberry, Blueberry and Mixed Berries) Cheesecake for Php259.00 (single serving)/ Php289.00 (to share).
Triple Berry Cheesecake Bingsu - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5

I'm a certified bingsu addict. When I had my internship in McKinley Hill, I sought to explore the great restaurants in Venice Piazza. Luckily, Seol Bang was right around the corner.
The bingsu was extremely enjoyable. It was big enough and had a fresh taste (Well, it is relatively more expensive than competitors). The shaved ice was delicate and premium. The interior design was very colorful and lively, might be mirroring Seoul's vibrant tourism campaign.
In summary, everything was great except for one thing: Extra charges everywhere. I love putting condensed milk on my bingsu, but you had to pay Php 20 for extra. Taking out was worse, you had to pay Php 50. Sure, business is business. But competitors never charge or at least, as much as this establishment.
If you want great bingsu and ambiance, Seol Bang is the place to be. Just expect to pay higher than competitors.
It was my first time trying bing su and I was really happy that this bing su place just made me love bing su so much! I ordered strawberry cheesecake and it was really yummy!!! I got what I wanted from the price! ❤
A perfect way to cool down this summer. They offer a generous serving in their bingsu, even the small size is good for sharing. Serving takes a while, but it's manageable.
We ordered the Chocolate fudge brownie and the Mango cheesecake. We liked the Mango cheesecake better since it has lots of nuts and mango slices deep in the cup. For the Choco brownie, we felt tired eating it halfway because of the brownies. And the flavor is quite bland for me tbh. Nevertheless, we'll be going back next time to order the Triple berry cheesecake and the triple baby bingsu 🤤
It was simply amazing they had an amazing bathroom and delicious ice cream and amazing design for ice cream while waiting you can play board games or cross word on the shelf try it it is simply amazing
A new Korean ice shaved dessert have recently opened last April 8 at Venice Piazza Grand Canal, McKinley Hills.
We just went to Venice Piazza to have our dinner and decided to get a dessert also. Out of nowhere we noticed this eye catching Korean themed store which is just around the corner. We approached their crew and asked for the lists of bingsu desserts they had. According to him the best chouse would be those flavors with cheesecakes and yes! I agreed since I really like and cheesecakes is my fave 😀
Their store interior is really fancy, eye-catchy I would say and really have a colorful decorations just like some of Korean's store we see in Kdramas (if you are a fan of these?). It's like their store is always having a party with the wall designs and balloons around.
We ordered the regular sizes of Tripple Berry Cheesecake and Mango Cheesecake since as we all know Bingsus are good for sharing even the regular ones. I find their food presentation more satisfactory than the last Bingsu cafe I have tried. Fruits are looking fresh and tastes really sweet. Their cheesecakes is really tasteful and densed, its like they really put efforts in creating and creating this dessert. Above all, I really can distinguish the flavors of each elements that made it up (nuts, ice shave, fruits and cheesecake) and they amazingly created a whole new delicious dessert.
Their prices ranges from 200 - 350 PHP and I would say its not that pricey just make you sure you have a mate to tag along since the size is good for sharing like I said. The regular size is good for 2 persons while the large ones are for 3-4 persons already.
I would gladly go back to their cafe and try out the other flavors ❤
Can you feel the heat? This is the best place to hangout in the next few months of summer.
Place is cute with good air conditioning. They have a number of bingsu varieties to choose from. Get the one with cheesecake because it's so good and tasty. A bite of cheesecake + fruit + ice gives a good mouthfeel of deliciousness.
They have small or large portions and they also have baby bingsu - that's 3 cute orders of bingsu that comes in three different flavors. I love the salted caramel! Anyway, get the strawberry bingsu if it's in season.
Will definitely go back. I hope they'll open a branch in QC.
The place has nice interior. The bingsu is delicious but a little too sweet. Serving is also big. Might be good to include matcha in their menu
Seol Bang is just PAK perfect for SUMMER!
Bringing BIngSu to McKinley Hill, Seol Bang has a flavor for everybody who loves this Korean dessert.
I love the Mango Cheesecake. Sweet tropical mangoes and fluffy Japanese style cheesecake cubes adorn the "mountain" (or hilly) milky ice goodness of the bingsu. The bingsu has enough creaminess and sweetness that would make you wanna have some more.
What sets Seol Bang apart are the other items in the menu.
You want fish balls in a BingSu place? You got it! Order the Peace Balls or Tusok-tusok.
Then for those Grilled Cheese Sandwich addicts, order Seol Bangs with it's buttery toasted goodness paired with cheesy gooey filling hten, get this, dip into a strawberry sauce! Yup, STRAWBERRY!!!! Try that if you dare.
Seol Bang is one of the newest Bingsu places in BGC. Their emphasis on this flavorful Korean dessert was evident in their interiors. As I approached the place, their dsiplay shelves showed a variety of mixes and flavors of Bingsu. . Their interiors were truly filled with color. The edges were draped with neon lights; and the LED sign screamed out the place's name. It was a welcome sight for those looking for dessert.
After having spent a few months in soft opening, Seol Bang officially opened with a bang as it threw a grand launch party last April 8, 2017. Zomato foodies were some of the few guests invited to the intimate yet festive gathering. They really did a good job decorating the place! The Korean-inspired dessert cafe is locally owned by the Bangsil family, and is operated by their daughter Shekina Bangsil. The flagship branch in McKinley’s Venice Grand Canal Mall is just the first of many a franchise. [Read More]
Capped off my weekend with different flavors of sumptuous bingsus from Seol Bang at the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Mango Cheesecake is my favorite. I particularly liked that the inside layers still have generous portions of mangoes and they make sure that they serve the best and sweetest mangoes for their bingsu. I have also tried the Salted Caramel and Matcha which are both equally delicious as well.
We tasted the Mango Cheesecake Bingsu and the Salted Caramel Bingsu
Mango Cheesecake - They made sure that the mango was sweet and it blended well with the cream and shaved snow. Surprise notes were the mint leaf and leche flan that were present in the bowl.
Salted Caramel Bingsu - This underperformed. The decision of not including graham crackers to balance the overdone sweetness of the caramel.
Ambiance was okay but I personally would have preferred a simpler aesthetic.
Service was satisfactory, no untoward incidents during our visit.

Ambiance - The moment we entered this dessert parlor, I felt at home. The place is cozy and they have some board games and books which are very useful when you have kids with you.
Staff - The whole crew has a pleasing personality. They always wear a smile. :) They are also knowledgeable of their product which made it easy for us to order a Bingsu that was satisfying to our cravings.
Product - We ordered for a Big portion on MANGO CHOCO BANANA, since there are 4 of us. The infusion of flavors was there. I just hope they will add more fruits. But, what I really liked about their Bingsu is that it is not too sweet. I'm not a chololate fan, but I loved the chocolatey flavored ice shaving they have used. Will definitely come back to try out the other flavors they offer. ;)
Summer is here and so is the detestable unbearable heat it comes with. But summer is also the perfect excuse for me to indulge in cold treats every day. And it was timely that I spotted a new favorite bingsu place. .
They say they are on soft opening, the potential reason why some items were not available and service is quite slow. The place is really cool and spacious perfect to hangout. They also have handful of board games that you can use. We've tried the Triple Berry Cheesecake which did not disappoint! ❤
Lots of bingsu places have but this place is one of the best. Absolutely delicious stuff, cute location, wonderful staff. I hope there'll be more branches!
The ambience is really nice, the servers and polite and really nice. The desserts are really affordable. If you don't know what to get try getting the sampler.
Cravings satisfied. Although its a little pricey but the servings are great and flavorful. If you are looking for a great dessert, this is the place! Can range from 200-350. Small sizes are good enough for 2 persons. Try the mango cheesecake, triple berry and strawberry cheesecake.
I love their desserts. There's something about bingsu that makes me happy everytime I eat it. This cafe is a perfect place to have dessert after dining in at any restaurants in this mall.
One of the Very Satifying desert cafe that I've visited.Great service with polite and accommodating staff.very sure to get back to the cafe.
Similar to cafe seol hwa. :)
we ordered strawberry cheesecake and mango cheesecake. we were satisfied but prices are higher compared to cafe seol hwa. (idk if it's because of the location)

The Salted Caramel Cookie Bingsu is Seol Bang's signature flavour, it's a mildly sweet treat with delicious cookie clumps and a creamy caramel goo core. The milky snowflakes does makes this feel like a milk and cookie dessert.
