We ordered via Grab Food Delivery. Food was good and packaging was also very good. Loved that they have sauces specifically for each type of dish.

Paa and Isol was marinated with Calamansi since you can taste it distinctly. Chopsuey has young corn and squid balls.

They have variety of choices in their menu but I still ordered chicken inasal because that’s what we’re craving for. I ordered a set meal of chicken inasal (petso), garlic rice, buko pandan salad, and ice tea for P297. The chicken was good cause it’s tender, not over cooked, plus the taste went well with the garlic rice. Size was also okay but could be bigger. Chicken oil is available by request. There’s no unli-rice. Salad was not so interesting. Overall, the meal is okay but I think that I could’ve gotten more for the amount I’m paying for. Still, this is a good option to dine.

Third go-to Filipino food in the area after Hukad and Juan’s Bistro. Chicken is good but the rest of the food are mediocre. Ventilation could be a bit better.

Food was just okay for me. The chicken pecho I had was a little bit dry on some parts but that's okay as long as no parts were undercooked. Their chicken oil is legit and not just acuete oil.

One thing I did not like is that rice is not yet included in my order. I had to pay an extra 30 pesos for a cup of rice and that's a little overpriced if you ask me.

I particularly dig the Sinigang na Salmon here over anything. On the flipside, the inasal is no longer the juicy, well-marinated chicken it used to be and I don’t know why. Bring back the glory days of your best-seller, please!

Been on this restaurant twice. Serving time is around 20 minutes. Staff are polite. Area is clean enough as what you can expect in a fast food chain.

Also ordered for take out and delivery here a couple of times already. Fast service as well. For delivery, minimum is Php 300.

Just a quick note on their menu as I noticed that it's not update anymore here in Zomato. Attached are the photos of the new menu.

Overall the place is good! Nice food but the thing is wifi is so slow, I even switch back to my phones data again! Oh and the waiter that approach us said that there is so called "UNLI SABAW" but we ended up wainting for nothing.LOL

Because of the bird flu, my friend and I ordered fish at Bacolod Chicken Inasal... How ironic isn't it? Anyway, since I have tasted their chicken before at a different outlet, I wanna see how they do with other dishes.

We ordered Bangus sisig and Bangus Lumpia plus Garlic rice. I actually liked the sisig but it lacked some spice and flavor of what you look for in a sisig. Though you have the option to add or mix chili and soysauce on it, I just didn't enjoy it very much. The bangus lumpia is not what I expected. The wrapper is crispy but the filling is not full and it is a little sweet that's why I didn't even dip it in the sweet chili sauce, instead I put some soysauce in it.

Overall, the place and ambience is simple, the servers are fast and looked friendly but the food is not worth the amount.

Since this is very near where we live, we pretty much had several lunches and dinners here already. This night, I had my favorite Buhay Na Buhay Meal (Php219), consisting of Pork Spareribs, 2 Pcs. Bangus Lumpia,Garlic Rice, Buko Pandan and Regular Iced Tea. Always a satisfying meal.

Had a late night dinner meeting with my video marketing guy and we decided to have the Sarap Meals which is great value for money as you get your meal, drink and a nice desert :)

So had the Mabuhay Meal - chicken adobo with hard boiled egg, plain rice, 16oz nestea house blend and I decided to change the dessert from Maja Blanca to Buka Pandan as I prefer this more personally. All in all an good filling meal the adobo sauce was a nice mix with the garlic bites.

Surprisingly, a pleasure.

I had never given this franchise a thought - thinking (oxymoron alert!) that it was just another chain banking on the mania for "inasal" cooking. I had not caught on the craze as I have yet to cross an "inasal" cooked meat that was truly exceptional - so this style wasn't for me.

So I always walked past this branch, to and from the office, with nary a wistful - nor second - glance, or even a promise of a future visit in my mental list of restaurants to try, given the chance.

It took an office mate inviting me to lunch at this restaurant for it to really enter my consciousness. I had a cold, so she suggested ordering the Kansi Sang Negros - which was excellent, hot and simply perfect for soothing my throat and bolstering my flagging energy. She also suggested the Hot Calamansi Juice; my sinuses owed a lot to her that day. LOL.

We also had Tortang Talong, and Pork Barbecue with rice, and the portions were generous, and I quickly realized that it was unfair to dismiss this place as another fastfood joint as the food served here is not your usual hastily assembled item that you point at, mix and match, and upgrade.

This place served meals that you sat down to savor and enjoy, and not just to wolf down to tide you over during your lunch hour.

Kudos to my friend for dragging me here, as I am definitely going to come back.
