Ordered the Classic Melt and was not disappointed. I especially loved the combination of the grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato purée and spiced honey—couldn’t get enough of it! The sandwich was as crunchy as I expected, with just the right temp (didn’t burn my mouth), and loved the kamote chips (?) on the side. Just a warning though, if you’re looking for healthy food, then this place isn’t for you. Expect lots of butter and grease, and if you’re not into that then better dine some place else. You just gotta love it for what it is 👍🏻
The food was really good! The fondue was not only delicious but also a fun experience. I also liked the angus and cheese. I’d definitely recommend this for date night because they also have fun convo starter cards for you and your date :)
The bacon grilled cheese sandwich is so goooood and the protion is huge that I had to take home half of the sandwich. The truffle pasta has good flavor, but it was kinda overcooked. Or maybe we just needed to request to have it cooked al dente. Overall, I loved the place and food. And they serve non-tap water as service water. I have recommended this place to a friend and would recommend it to others. Will definitely come back.

Good place to eat before watching a move in Uptown. I enjoyed the buff grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese bars, and the parma salad. The pumpkin soup was a bit too sweet and the natural sweetness of pumpkin was completely overshadowed.
Food is rich and heavy - definitely an occasional treat.

If you like grilled cheese sandwiches and even hand-made pasta dishes, this is a must-try. The serving is really generous! The taste is very rich as well. Not too salty or sweet, just naturally awesome.
The staff are very welcoming and attentive. They'd refill your water without you asking. They're one of those restaurants that really look after their customers, and this really matters to me and my people.
Ambiance is also great. The industrial interior style really encourages you to be productive. I was actually able to read a few chapters from my book without getting distracted! Cozy and nice lighting.

This is the best place to satisfy your cheese cravings! Monte Cristo sandwich is the perfect breakfast power-up for those who'll have a long day at work. It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The cheese, jam, syrup, lettuce, and ham all are well-prepared. Although might seem a little charred, it didn't taste burnt. The chorizo risotto balls were also good but it had only small amount of tomato sauce for dipping.
Problem only was that they increased their prices and the ones in grab were not updated. Also, you'll have to pay 15pesos each food item for the container. But that didn't bother me because the food is really satisfying!
Awesome place for cheese lovers! However, you can't eat too much as the cheese is too filling! What it does guarantee though, is that you will leave satisfied! Taste is awesome, no skimping on cheese on their dishes. Their grilled cheese are a must try! One order can be good for two specially if you are trying out other dishes.
I can't believe I haven't heard of this place until my friend suggested this as our dinner place.
We ordered the Mac & Cheese Bars and The Big Buff Grilled Cheese... aaand no regrets! Both were so cheesy, flavorful, and really delicious. We also liked the option of having a dip on the side for our sandwich. Serving size is also huge -- can be for two or just for one hungry person. ;)

Their unique grilled cheeses are large!!! We ordered the Classic Melt and Big Buff. Love the combination of the cheese paired with honey drizzle and tomato puree. Big Buff naman is my favorite. It has a a pizza-like taste and for a little twist, meron itong aioli dip and honey drizzle.

We ordered salad which tasted okay. It has a different taste in the palette but very interesting bursts of flavours. Thr soup was too strong to the taste buds so I ended up eating half of it only. I ordered for Monte Cristo Grilled Cheese and I enjoyed every bite! The crispy toast on top and thr oozing cheese! The pasta was okay, nothing spectacular about it. The cordon bleu tasted so good, specially with the sour cream sauce.
Serving was okay since there's not much of diners when we came in. Price was a bit pricey but generous serving.

Went here with my family for Mother’s Day. We all found the concept interesting; also, we wondered if they only served grilled cheese sandwiches (spoiler: they serve other things, with or without cheese)
We ordered the cheese fondue and truffle fries as appetizers, then we got 4 different types of grilled cheese sandwiches (Monte Cristo, Bacon Mac n Grilled Cheese, Burrata, Beef Pot Roast) and the Shrimp Gnocchi.
The sandwiches are BIG! We definitely underestimated them a bit and ended up having 2 of the 8 halves wrapped. Nobody had any complaints about the taste, and no one got umay from the cheese.
Personally, my favorite dish was the cheese fondue! The food to be dipped was good, and the cheese they used was amazing - so much so that we used the extra cheese for our other dishes! Definitely want to come back and try some of their other stuff.
Probably the best grilled cheese I ever had! If you’re a cheese lover, you’ll definitely appreciate this place. The sandwiches are really sumptuous and filling. If you’re a light eater, you may be able to get away with splitting one sandwich order between two people. The staff are really friendly as well.

I have a rather intense love affair with Mac ‘n Cheese — whether it’s the microwaveable kind or the grown-up version with fancy cheeses. So it’s a no-brainer that I gravitated towards the Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheese.
👍🏼 Initially, I thought the grilled cheese was bland and it could’ve been saltier. Then I realized that because of the size, it was perfect! 👌🏼 Great balance of umami from the bread, cheese, and bacon. If it became any more savory, it would have been overwhelming and difficult to finish.
👍🏼 Sorry for stating the obvious, but it was cheesy AF! 🧀🧀🧀 We asked for each of our grilled cheeses to be cut into four, so they’re easy to eat, share, and takeaway if we can’t finish them. I thoroughly enjoyed eating the whole thing with my hands, stretching out the cheese for sheer enjoyment. No shame, no regrets! 😎

I love menus with descriptive captions as they clue me in on what to expect, and yes, photos help a lot too. It’s in the name, it’s in the description, now where the f*ck is my macaroni?? I literally asked the staff if I was served the correct grilled cheese and was told the macaroni may have melted with the cheese. Unsatisfied and needing visual confirmation, I deconstructed one of my grilled cheese quarters until I finally saw a single macaroni. I was able to sleep that night. 😌

I really had no expectations from Melt because the thought of so much cheese is just umay. I got to the restaurant and I immediately noticed the rather dim lighting inside, which was why I chose to sit outside for natural light (#doitforthegram).
I ordered the Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheese. When it was brought to my table, I was really really really amazed at how good it looked. The plating was on point! The cross section featured the mix of cheese with some parts of macaroni and bacon sticking out.
OK, first bite: I noticed the nice complement of flavors-- salty bacon, creamy macaroni and the balanced array of cheese.
Second bite: I tried it with maple syrup. It was intriguing because I don't really see myself eating maple syrup with anything but pancakes. But wow, I was so surprised! It tasted so much better because it contributed to the balance of flavors.
Third bite: I love garlic ranch, but they just had aioli. It doesn't come with the dish but I asked to get some of it. I liked it as well because anything garlicky is just good (for me).
Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. I didn't finish the whole thing because it was quite heavy and massive. The service was really good too! I even enjoyed a complimentary dessert.
We have tried eating here for celebrating the valentine's day. The table set-up has a nice romantic valentine vibes and they also have a free use of their selfie stick. From the services to served food, it was a good experience.
We have ordered melted the classic melt cheese, bacon mac & grilled cheese and AM Chori. Their grilled cheese menu is already good for 2 people. But it was worth it! The honey complements well to their grilled cheese and the cheese will make you love more cheese (if you love cheese). While the AM chori, it was my first time to taste a pasta like that so it was good as well. The spice of the peperoni and the sauce of the noodles was a good match.
After we billed-out, we have received 2 small free dessert (oreo and cheesecake) as for their valentine's special. Definitely, we will come back again once we crave for cheese.
The price was affordable and reasonable since the foo has huge servings and a nice experience too.
We tried the Monte Cristo and Buratta sandwiches. The taste of the Monte Cristo was beyond amazing. Never thought a sweet savory combination would work for a grilled cheese sandwich. The lemon cream and honey gave it the right hint of sweetness that blended perfectly with the saltiness of Parma ham. Admittedly, I was skeptical about ordering it, but our server said it was one of their bestsellers. I was only slightly disappointed with the serving size, as they mentioned it was good for two people. I think it's good for only one person.
The tomato soup was a welcome complement to our sandwiches with its warm comforting goodness. It was thick with a hint of pesto.
The burrata sandwich overflowed with cheesy goodness and was served with honey as well. It blended well with pesto. This sandwich was good, but I preferred the Monte Cristo more.
I will definite be back to try the other sandwiches as well as the pasta.

If you're a CHEESE LOVER, this place is a must. Although we just ordered the classic ones, it was still good.
What we ordered:
Classic Melt - A sandwich that's filled with lots of cheese and comes with kamote fries. It also serves 2 sauces: spiced (or spicy not sure) honey and sour cream. The spiced honey is honey with chili flakes and it was really good when I combined it with a bite of the sandwich. The flavors of sweet, a hint of spice, and the saltiness of the cheese is just GOOD. Different flavors exploding in your mouth. Sour cream is just meh, at least for me.
Truffle cheese fries - it was okay. Normal fries with cheese and bacon bits. Good to pair with the sandwich.
Mac and Cheese bars - just imagine mozzarella sticks that has mac and cheese instead of just mozzarella. The mac and cheese was good and the crust was crunchy! Make sure to cool it off first before eating or else the crust will easily break!
Overall, their food was good especially for cheese lovers. I suggest ordering other food besides the classic ones to have a taste of different food.
Highly recommended for people who love cheese. They have a wide selection of cheese dishes to choose from, my sisters and I didn't know where to start because we wanted to try them all! LOL. The staff suggested we try their best selling grilled cheese sandwich Classic Melt (I didn't even get the opportunity to take a pic of it before it was all gone). Ambiance is quiet fascinating its simple, clean and very spacious, what I really like about it is they have a small booklet of questions so while waiting for the food it can be an entertainment and sharing of secrets.
Service was really good all of the staffs are friendly they always smile and refilling our glasses, making sure that the customers are taken care of.

Husband and I decided to try it here, the staff and their service was excellent.
I asked the crew if the portions are big because the price is expensive and they politely advised that its good for 2 to 3 person so it will be cheaper if we ordered a pasta and a sandwich for the two of us .. they even asked us if we want it to be served wherein the half of the pasta and sandwich will be on each of our plate and gladly we said yes.
Servings is really huge and it's really oozing with cheese. Honey and cheese is a perfect combination, the sweetness of the honey compliments the saltiness of the cheese.
What really stood out for me is the mac and cheese bars. It's really good! A must try! If I were to go back to this resto, I will still order the mac and cheese bars and a cup of coffee.

Although I expected more from their grilled cheese sandwiches (I had Chili Con Queso) It was just an okay grilled cheese

I’m not really a cheese lover, but Melt Grilled Cheesery made me one. I love the presentation and taste of their food. The meat was savoury and very tender. The vegetables really complemented the taste of the meat. Will really come back for the rest of the menu.

It was my daughter's 2nd birthday but we didn't tell the staff that it's her birthday. I was just having a video call with my sister and she greeted my baby a happy birthday then maybe the waitress or manager heard it. And to my surprise, they suddenly played a Happy birthday song, they all sang joyously for my daughter and even gave us a yummy slice of cheesecake. That was such a sweet act! Well actually, the moment we stepped into their doorsteps the manager had been very and sincerely nice to us already. My gosh! We will surely comeback. Kudos to everyone there who made my daughter's birthday dinner truly a cheesy one. Thank you so much! ❤️
P. S. They said the food will be served in 15 to 20 minutes but no. They were able to serve it in about 10 minutes (or even less). Just wow!

Place is a bit expensive though but so are most of the restos in Uptown Mall. :P

>Truffle Pasta - I’m not into truffle flavored food but this one, I really loved since the taste of the truffle was not overwhelming.
>The Classic Melt - It was a grilled cheddar and mozzarella sandwich with a side of honey and tomato. It was good but I wish it was more cheesy/salty. Mom loved it though.
>Monte Cristo - Another grilled cheese sandwich with scrambled egg, ham and maple syrup. It was my aunt’s order and she was happy about it. I tried it too but I don’t like the sweet jam-like flavor of the maple syrup mixing with the cheese.

I had the fried mac & cheese and their pizza. I am a flatbread pizza lover but not a fan of the complicated / too many toppings ones. But this has good balance of both cheese, pesto and prosciutto.

These guys take it to another level and created a unique and gourmet version. We ordered the Big Buff and it was big and buff alright. Excellent for sharing as it does get filling real quick. The Mac & Cheese balls are super good. Crispy outer layer with a gooey cheese inner. Everything here is sinfully good!

My only issue here is they don't have a single receptionist to seat customers. So the customers are not seated according to first come, first serve. When several groups come in, it's based on how fast their server brings them to an empty table.
Glad we were able to sneak a dinner date during a busy work week to be awed by the ambiance of this place which seemed to be dinner date friendly. There were selfie sticks and conversation starters on the table to give your meal experience more value.
We couldn't resist and ordered the Classic Melt. Plating was creative in making the dish delectable. It was paired with tomato puree but I was too focused on using the honey to make each bite even yummier.
One of staff's recommendation, Chicken Roulade was very rich and creamy with bits of nuts. The dish was enjoyable and would leave you wanting more if you have a big appetite.

The place smells like melted butter which is always a good thing! Tried the classic cheese sandwich and the Dulce de Lecheese (with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top) and both were good especially since food is served immediately after being cooked. Would love to try the Monte Cristo and the Shrimp Gnocchi next time. Can't wait to be even more impressed!
First time to try this out despite being near my workplace. First impressions was that this is quite comparable to the other cheese serving resto located in makati near a famous hotel. Had the thermidore: mixed greens with parma ham: a very good mixture for the dressing that doesng overwhelm you and provides a good compliment to the ham., honey lemon chicken: glazed soft tasty with feta cheese over a good doze of quinoa. First up, let me just say...they have a selfie stick hanging under the table! Really convenient, mostly for us who happen to forget the dang contraption every single time. They also have these inspirational quotes on small notes placed on the table for you to busy yourself with while you wait for the orders which really did not take that long to arrive.
When we visited the place, there was a minor mishap with the airconditioning. There was a leak so some tables could not be occupied. And since it was raining all morning it was a little cold, and there were not that many customers yet. We were initially led to a table at the center of the restaurant. It was an ideal spot, say during summer, when it was scorching outside. But not that day, the cool breeze of the ac unit was too much for me so I asked to be transferred outside, to dine al fresco. Staff was very accommodating.
We had the Classic Melt, the Big Buff and the Burrata, plus the Truffle Carbonara. All cheesy, all good. I mean, every sandwich was oozing with melted cheese. And the serving was really big. Granted, it was quite pricey (in hindsight, better to order two sandwiches at most for the three of us). If you do not love cheese, you'll find it difficult to avoid the umay factor. But not me. Everything - well, almost - is better with cheese, for me. My favorite had to be the Burrata. The subtle-but-there taste of the basil in the pesto was the right complement but it also served to cut, even if just a little, all that taste of richness from the gooey melted cheese and butter. We had half of all the sandwiches for take out.
The pasta dish could use a little more truffle essence, for me. Other than that, I have no more beef with it. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce thick and rich. And cheesy - of course! Love the egg, a reminder that a carbonara usually has egg in the sauce.
The coffee was good. But the princess' tall glass of something yellow was even better. I forgot the name, if it was Mango Cheesecake smoothie or what else. But it was quite remarkable, like a dessert and a beverage in one. As in it was thick, rich and very cheesecake-y. Like a cheesecake you can have thru a straw. Yum.
Place was okay, dining al fresco was better than I thought it would be. Staff was super friendly. I mean, everyone. Kudos to all of you. Food was great. But if you are on a diet, better stay away. Because one day of cheating could very well cost you.

I went here last nov 2017 had Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheesy, Ratatouille and Melting Fondues. I was hungry so i was not able to take some good pictures but i was indeed very cheesy. I the staff was kind enough to let us wait for our other friend that was running late. We visited at around 9:35pm and we made our order late and our last order at almost 10pm. The staff was very kind.
This place is heaven for cheese lovers and can possibly convert those who arent 😍. I love the simplicity of their Classic Grilled Cheese sandwhich, just the usual grilled mozzarella + cheddar in sourdough bread with tomato puree and honey on the sides. The sweetness of honey and the tangy-ness of tomato works extremely well with the sandwhich. I also love their mac & cheese balls!

I've been wanting to try Melt ever since it opened its doors here in the country. Cheese has always been one of my comfort food, and dining in a place like this makes me a happy kid. Melt offers cheese in different forms, from appetizers to pasta, rice meals to desserts.
We tried the following:
-> One of their rice meal best seller is the 'Cheesy Beef'. The beef is tender and there's cilantro in your rice. There's melted and bits of cheese all over the plate.
-> My personal favorite among what we've ordered is their 'Potato Gnocchi' which is so cheesy! The gnocchi and shrimps are perfectly cooked, while the oozing cheese made it yummy!
-> My companion also tried 'Chicken Roulade' and upon arriving, we both uttered 'Looks like usual Cordon Bleu'. I hope there's a little bit of crunch in this and that there's more cheese in it.
Will I go back? Definitely. There's more dishes to try and I've been eyeing to try their toblerone fondue.
CHEEEEEESEEEEEE AND MORE CHEESEEEE. Yes chese and chese and chese, it's so good. One sandwich order is two cut in two so you can share it also. It's the sauce that really stands out, you can put it on anything. The cheese ball thing is good too, still very cheese.
It's my first time to taste also pasta with wine as ingredients, taste different but in a good way. I asked that's the wine they used, it's called Tomato Wine (wow new information, i never heard it before).

Cheese is served generously, luxuriously. :) I have come back twice already and have tried Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheesy, Creamy Tomato Meat Linguini and Chocolate Chip Oreo Cheesecake with Belgian Chocolate Sauce. All superb plus the very warm staff.
I was looking for a resto that serves grilled cheese and I found "Melt". We ordered 2 bacon and grilled cheesy at 395php each. A good portion of cheese, it was a bit pricey but overall it was phenomenal. Staffs were attentive and we felt like we were taken care of. The serving was good for sharing if you're not a big eater. Place was cozy but small. Keep up the good work! Kudos.
We ordered: Melting Pot Fondue, Truffle Carbonara, Creamy Tomato Meat Linguini, and Carnivora. All these are part of their bestsellers but what I liked the most was the Truffle Carbonara because of its umami flavor. 😋 All these wete actually pretty good but I normally like more veggies so I think super meat lovers would enjoy Carnivora and Creamy Tomato Meat Linguini more than I do. I loved the cheese in our Melting Pot Fondue as well and now that I’m writing this review, I realized we should’ve ordered more cheese aside from the Melting Pot Fondue cause that’s what they’re all about. Grilled cheese sandwich next time! 👍🏻
Had my first date here and gotta say, I love their generous portions of cheese in just about everything! We got ourselves the Big Buff grilled cheese sandwich, Shrimp Gnocchi and Truffle Pasta. Portions are generous (we couldn’t finish all of it so the rest was taken home), and very tasty! Out of the 3, gotta say I love the Gnocchi the most because it’s flavorful, with just the right amount of chewiness, and a creamy sauce that I couldn’t get enough of. ❤️

We ordered Classic Melt and Creamy Tomato Meat Linguini. Their serving size is huge and does not disappoint. Two people can share and will still be full. The Classic Melt is really cheesy and as I remember from our previous visit, their Bacon Mac and Grilled Cheesy is yummy too! Their pasta has too may herbs for our taste but nonetheless okay.
The serving time is fast since we're the only customer by the time we went here (Wednesday 4pm). Staff are friendly. Thumbs up to their ambiance too! They have cute date questions bundled by a ring bind per table for couples to kill time while waiting for the order and perhaps get to know each other better. They also have meal prayer cards in a box and monopods on each table! However, there are many flies and the temperature is hot. We asked the waitress to make the room cooler so somehow the number of flies trying to feast with us is lessened.

I love it here. Plating's done well, as evidently as it looks on the photo, they didn't hold back with the cheese. Absolutely satisfying. I'd like to come back here and have brunch.
For some cheesy goodness, this place is perfect! Everything we ordered was good! (Photos won't do justice on how good the food was!)
For soup, we got the Butternut Squash (we were asked if we wanted it split and we said yes but I regret it when it came because I wanted it all for me lol). For the sandwich, we got The Classic Melt (which was good for sharing). And for pasta, we ordered Mac & Cheesy and Truffle Carbonara. I wanted to try the Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheesy sandwich since they said its their bestseller but it will be redundant with the Mac & Cheesy pasta, so yeah, I will definitely be back for it!

I ordered the bacon macaroni and grilled cheese – it comes with a maple syrup on the side and sweet potato strips. My heart is melting while eating it because mac and cheese with extra cheese is life lol.
My friend had the big buff – it has a bleu cheese dip and sweet potato strips too!

It's a cheesy night for me, literally and figuratively! As for the literal part, the food we had were all cheesy and were good. We ordered the risotto balls for appetizer, it's good but flavor seems a bit lacking. For mains we ordered chicken roulade. Now this is the highlight! It was really good and flavorful. This is the dish I like the most on those we have tried for tonight. Must order! The rice and the chicken went well together. We also had the bacon Mac and grilled cheesery. This is the second dish I like for tonight. It was really cheesy and the bacon was so good! For pizza, we ordered Carnivora, for the price I don't think it is worth it. There's something lacking in its flavor and it was not meaty at all. We were not able to finish this dish.
Lastly, for pasta we ordered the good morning chori. It was just average for me.
Overall, this restaurant has a potential as the food they offer is really cheesy and something people will be interested about to try although be warned that it is quite pricey and you're paying for the rent mostly.
Nice ambiance, courteous staff, top quality ingredients and perfect presentation. Quite a few vegetarian options as well. Will definitely come back!

Just roaming around looking for a place to have lunch, and I suddenly discovered this restaurant. I’m a big fan of cheese so I fell in love with their menu in an instant. The ambiance was good, typical restaurant vibes, the crew was polite and assisted us to our seats. The area is spacious enough but very limited seats.
I decided to have: Butternut squash soup, Classic Melt grilled cheese, and Mac & Cheesy for pasta.
The soup was creamy, it can be perfect for children if you’ll ask them to lessen the spices. It didn’t taste much of a “squash” for me, unlike the other times I ordered from other restaurants, but nonetheless it tasted good. Something healthy to start with.
The Mac & Cheesy Pasta was cheesy as it claims, extra-creamy too. The farfalle was tender, and the overall taste of the pasta was sweet and a hint of salty because of the bacon bits on top.
My favourite was the Classic Melt Grilled cheese! The servings were big, and presentation was so appealing! It came with a side of honey and tomato purée. First bite and you can really see the oozing cheese inside, the bread was grilled perfect. I decided to pair it with the tomato purée first to kill the creaminess of the cheese, then with the honey to add sweetness. Either way, I loved them both!
Soup and pasta servings good for 1 person, the grilled cheese is for 1-2 depending in your appetite.
Overall it was a good dining experience. Price is reasonable.
Extra info: Each of their tables have a selfie-stick LOL. I guess we can use it the entire time while eating? They have fast wifi too.

I was the only one on the resto that time so solo ko yung place. Hindi naman siya ganun kalaki pero comfy seats and malinis.
Food: rice person kase ako hnd masyado sa bread so tinry ko yung BEEFY CHEESY. Ang sarap niya. Tipong parang kaldereta kase nga tomato based stew siya. Plus natuwa ako different flavors na natikman ko kase may rainsins siya, cilatro, sweet nuts etc. Maganda yung blend niya
Dessert: dulce de letche cheese cake: eto din nagustuhan ko kase hindi siya matamis masyado. Cheesy na creamy plus the dulce de letche sa ilalim = perfect combo!!
Ambiance: simple lang yung ambiance niya.
Service: ok yung service, on time naman siya. Mga 15-20 mins yung serving time so ok naman
Overall nagustuhan ko yung kinain ko. Yung price sobrang mahal nga lang siya for a student like me. Babalik ako for the other dishes next time for sure👍🏻
I am a big fan of cheese and seeing this in bgc surely melted my heart! The combination of cheese and honey is superb! The idea was really great. The ambiance was cozy and they’re very attentive with the customers. Before we head out for our movie thor, we had our dinner first unfortunately I forgot to take a pic of our other orders hahaha 🤣
If you like cheese, this is the place to go! (They have raclettes!) But when I went, the waiter got our order wrong and as an order was being served, a tiny bowl of syrup fell and broke on the floor. Service was a bit hard to get a hold of, too.

I missed to make a review of this restaurant, but we paid this joint a visit several times already at the Uptown mall. Though food might be slightly out-of-range for someone, but believe me it's worth it.
I actually adored their creativeness in cheese! And how they've incorporated it into their menu.
Crew was prompt and friendly. Could've given this a top score if not for the flies that could ruin the mood while munching down. Though crew was ready with their candles, but for me it was a minor miss.
Good portions. Great taste. Come hungry. Get ready for a b*tt load of calories!

Staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed their Mushroom Creamy Tomato Pesto Cheese Dip, it was a nice appetiser. Their beefy cheesy was superb, although it had a hint of sweetness that I could go on without. I tried my girlfriend’s Bacon Mac & Grilled Sandwich and it was the best grilled cheese sandwich I have tasted so far. Would go back there again.

Damn, their food is so delicious especially the classic grilled cheese! 😋 When we got to the place, the staff greeted us warmly. Since it’s almost valentine when we visited, they have this challenge for couples. No phones, just the two of us enjoying our meal and the presence of each other. If we’re able to go through the night without using our phones, a free cheesecake can be claimed by April. Not bad, huh? Regarding the food, of course we ordered their best-seller, the Classic Grilled Cheese for the lady and Burrata for the gent. Both were really good, especially with the honey on the side. We also ordered Carbonara and Ratatoullie Pasta. Both taste awesome, but both of our orders were quite heavy so you better come here prepared 😂 or else, you might regret not finishing their scrumptious food in the end. In a nutshell, our stay was the best. This place somehow gives importance to connection and interaction especially in our world full of techy gadgets. Will definitely be a “suki” here 💕.

I just took my boyfriend here for a surprise because he haven't heard of this place anywhere. My boyfriend is a fan of foods that has cheese wherever in or on it. and I love grilled cheese. It's a perfect match.
Food is awesome. I had The Classic Melt, my boyfriend had The Big Buff. And then we ordered Carnivora for extras. You'll be so full because of the cheeseee.
We were the only customers there at the time and we had the servers undivided attention... My SO chose Melt's chocolate chip oreo cheesecake immediately... No second thoughts... I had a iced latte to go with it...
The iced latte was just okay, I think it would taste better if I got the hot version... But it was the cake that we came for and it was a beautiful sight!😍
The simple blue dish highlighted the cheesecake and the chocolate sauce that was poured on top... Loved the taste, well-balanced taste with a hint our sourness and saltiness... Loved the dark chocolate chips that provided a great flavor accent... The chocolate sauce was really good too! I just wish the sauce was warm for some reason... But it was a good cheesecake, for sure!❤️
I went here with my family fortunately so I was able to try a lot of their dishes. We got the Classic Melt, Big Buff, Burrata, Shrimp Gnocci and Mac & Cheese. My favorite was the Burrata. I think the kick of pesto blends well with the cheese. The other two grilled cheeses were fine. The side of honey is a bit overpowering for me. I liked the serving size, it's good enough to share. I definitely suggest to order for sharing their grilled cheese since it's nakakaumay / you'll get fed up with the same flavor.
Surprisingly, their pastas were great too. I liked the shrimp gnocci more since the tomato cream was on point. The place also has a nice chill vibe to it too, so you'll enjoy the dining experience.
On a trivial note, I'm surprised to see a 3.1 rating for their Alabang branch. :)

We tried melt one fine evening because everywhere else is full when we were in UPtown with the kids. And we were glad we stumbled in this cheese factory.
We were quite satisfied with the serving and the taste of the food, it was a bit expensive, but all in all eating here once in a while with the kids is definitely something we would do.
Their grilled cheese sandwiches are a must have when you visit! I like the ambience in their resto too, and it’s not crowded. We were also well attended to by their staff.

I recommend the Le Thermidore and Big Buff. These are so delicious and packed with shrimp and chicken, respectively, in the inside.The cheese is oozing from the outside. The sandwich is big, you may have it on your own or share it. The honey on the side is a good twist!
Their cheese fries is a must try too! So yummy and flavorful! Small serving but awesomely good!
I tried their truffle pasta before but it wasn't as good as their sandwiches. It's bland. I also tried their chicken roulade, it's okay, nothing special.

Tried this place after seeing its good rating. Ordered classic melt sandwich, squash soup, ceasar salad, chicken parmigiana and mac n cheese. Salad and sandwich were too salty, soup was good but portion was tiny. Parmigiana and mac n cheese were delicious though.
I'd go back here but need to remind them to lessen the 'alatness' on my food.
For any food lover cheese could become some sort of an addiction. Sometimes it can be considered as some sort of a food drug that allows us to truly encapsulate the decadence of how great dairy based food can be. With the case of The Melt in Uptown Mall they have just done that
As soon as the variety of dishes came such as the Mac & Cheese Bars or the Chicken Alfredo I was treated to a marvelous journey of all things that make cheese oh so good for any dish. With the combinations of spices, herbs, and combinations of cheese featured in these dishes I was left in awe and wonder as to how we have come to a point where the use of such a simple ingredient can be used in many different forms.
The Melt is not just a restaurant. It is a experience for the sense and the heart especially for those who are willing to open themselves to an entirely new perspective of just what it means to be cheesy in every single way.
Never thought I would spend this much for grilled cheese but I would love to eat here again! Melt is located at the Uptown Place Mall in BGC (my favourite mall btw) and they serve all these dishes that have cheese. As a cheese lover, this plave immediately caught my attention. I ordered their classic melt which had 3 different types of cheese in it and it comes with honey and tomato cream (?). I just smothered some of the condiments and took a bite and alas! It was literally heaven. One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I ever had. 🧀
