The staffs are polite and very accomodating. We trued their Frosty Wednesdays promo wherein they offer different flavors of frappe every Wednesdays for only 100 php (195 is the original price) for month of March and April. The flavor that day we purchased was Caramel Crunch and I must say, it's so good! Hindi tinipid. Definitely will come back to try the other flavors.
It is located near the entrance of Robinsons Selection. There are two tables beside their kiosk. I usually notice there's only one barista working at the counter. Service is okay. The barista was courteous. This branch is not crowded so I guess it's okay if only one staff is working.
I was attracted by the Toasted Almond Mocha (P185.00 - smallest) in their ads (glazed by the choco syrup too much, greater whip cream) but I guess its just exaggerated in their picture. In this drink, the bitterness stood out from the sweetness though I was still able to consume it. As for the price, it has a same - little bit expensive price range than Starbucks. I will surely come back here and try their pastries (I want to try their Milky Cheesecake).
Costa coffee is that sweet coffee that really satisfies a sweet craving early in the morning. This one I think is Caramel Crunch and it was exactly what I needed for a full day at work. That sweet touch may be a bit odd for the normal coffee drinker but I don’t mind at all, as I prefer sweeter drinks. They do have strong coffee as well but I stick to the sweet ones.
My friend and I were actually trying out all cafes and resto in Venice. We noticed and decided to try out something that has "caramel" since we both love caramel. And man, the first sip was truly heaven for me. If ever you visit Venice, drop buy at Costa! You'll never regret it.
new player in the market and doing well i think. costa is popular in the uk where i first tried it. they have sandwiches and pasta which is always good because not all coffee shops offer real food.

5/5 for the apple tart: sweet, crunchy apples, just right crust, not much filling so the apples are really highlighted, perfect light snack after doing the grocery
The sandwich was very filling. Big bread. Enough pastrami. Could use a little more dressing though.
With gherkins. A little pricey at P150+
They have combo meals if you want coffee with tour food.
The pest salad was a little boring, to be honest. Way too little pesto sauce. Chicken is supposedly grilled but looked just broiled to me.
I've been here a couple times since it's near my workplace. Costa Coffee first came to Manila in Robinson's Ermita, it wowed us with its British inspired interiors that made many Brit lovers gush out and line up for their coffee. I waited a few months for the hype to die down and try their products. Like I said before, their red velvet cake is on the list of my favorite red velvet products ever so there's that.
Their coffee however, is relatively cheap, as compared to its competitors but the quality is doesn't differ. I loved their limited edition Strawberry Chocolate Frappe. Although the strawberry taste was overwhelming to the fact that I could only taste the strawberry flavor, it gave me a buzz which I really needed for all nighter. The strawberry was sour too so that's definitely something different.
The service is really fast, I wasn't keeping count but it feels like your order will be served in less than 3 minutes. So, if you're in a rush and want a buzz, it's not so bad to stop by.
After walking through the sea of people having selfies(particularly on the selfie bridge) ,a norm in the Grand Canal mall especially on a Sunday.I decided to have a pitstop at this coffee shop.
Tried their cold and hot brews, had the flat white and the iced cappuccino. For the taste I like the subtle bitterness of the blends. And the barista really put an effort to make an art on top of the beverages, especially the "Union Jack flag of England".Also ordered red velvet cheese cake,a nice ,moist cake great with the hot brew.
A nice experience and a stress reducer while in this mall on a crowded weekend.
I always start the day with coffee. I'd feel like shit and be cranky if didn't have one. Since we (my partner and I) arrived early at work today, we decided to try something new. We asked the barista what would be their strongest coffee and was told that for frappes, it will be the coffee cream and for iced, it's the americano. So we tried both. The americano, as expected, tastes bitter but its good. You could also have the sweetness adjusted if you're not really into bitter coffee but need a strong one. A now potential favorite on the other hand would be the coffee cream. It's not your usual sweet tasting frappe. Think strong, bittersweet and creamy coffee left in the fridge to later on become slush. Top it off with whipped cream. Sounds dreamy, right? This will be one of the reasons I'd be stopping by here again. The location is a stall inside the supermarket which is a good place to relax especially after doing your grocery shopping or while waiting for your mom or wife. The baristas, they're knowledgeable. They know their craft, and is more than willing to give their suggestions based on what taste you'd like. Overall, Costa Coffee is great, definitely not the usual coffee we've all grown up to.

I was skeptical, at first. But then again, their Chocolate velvet (sugar-free as per barista) was delicious.
I enjoy their coffee as well. No need to add sugar on the café mocha or what not. I want to keep the coffee’s flavor as is. It was enjoyable. Not bad for my first try.
not a good place to hangout though. it's just a booth
Always expect great coffee from this store. ❤ Their cappuccino is always a perfect caffeine fix for people who are working. Their cakes are also amazing. Their quality service is also a great plus!
