so i couldnt choose and my company wanted to taste it first. good thinf they have sliders and these mini me burger goodness was... spectacular. prolly wouldve been stellar id they were eaten like the minute it was busted out from the kitchen. oh i can just imagine the juices of the pattie. ay yay yay.
so thankful for food panda ‘coz of their (i think 15% discount) i got to enjoy this at angood price rather than the regular wallet pincher amount. so good, i tell yah!
This is the third branch of 8 Cuts that I tried and nearest in my workplace. First in Alabang Town Center and second in Greenbelt. All I can say is that they are consistent and this is my go-to place for good burgers and onion rings.
I ordered my classic favorites which is the good old cheeseburger and onion rings. Love the juiciness of the beef which makes it sorta different from the others. I also remember 8 Cuts being the number 1 in best onion rings in Manila as per Spot.PH and I totally agree to that list. Both are good that my stomach and taste buds are satisfied.
The staff are attentive and fast although I came here around closing time so there's only few customers while the ambiance is the same as other branches.
The food at any 8 Cuts branch is always great, you can count on it. However, this is the best branch, interior design-wise (just the right temperature, really spacious, and nice design) and privacy-wise, because the seating options at the other 8 Cuts outlets make you feel really conscious of your neighbors due to the cramped cafeteria feel.
The place was good because it was clean and not so populated. The cheese burgers is to die for! The beef patty is so juicy and tender. I think it serves the best onion rings in the country! 😂 and lastly strawberry milk shake is the perfect combo for a burger! The price is affordable!
Been there 3 times with my family. My niece really like The Piggy (Bacon, Mozzarella Burger). We ate there again last Friday. Minor problem with one of the burgers, but the manager took care of it right away. God I really love this place. And I can't believe my first 3 reviews here in Zomato is for 8 cuts. HAHA!
Had Wings and Sides for dinner (since my companion and I didn't want something heavy to eat). We picked Them Buffalo and Big Cheese for the flavors since we ordered a dozen wings, and fries and onion rings for the sides.
As expected, the onion rings are tasty and not too salty. The wings tastes good, too. Goes with Bleu Cheese Lime dip.
It's a good eat to end the night. Should've ordered beers to go well with it. ☺️
I've dined here twice. Love the classic burger because the meat is tender, moist, and flavorful. The onion rings bucket is also a crowd favorite. I think this one's off the menu but you can order it in barbecue flavor. I'm not a fan of onions but this one, I'll devour. Haha
Also tried their mint-jito slushie—needless to say, I went home happy. 😂
Ambiance is good, however serving time took a little longer than expected.
Nonetheless, the burger's delicious! We ordered the classic 1/3 pound burger + skinny fries. I still have yet to find a burger that can rival my love for 8cuts!
💕 Date for Two: Q-Daddy, Hangover 2.0, Onion Rings, Skinny Fries, Iced Tea, Lemonade
💌 Total: P860
Overall: The long lines at this small burger joint say it all – expect a food like no other. 8 Cuts has proved to us many times that they are, indeed, worthy of the praise and the tenure in this business. This time, we went all out, ordered all the good stuff in one sitting. Both our burgers, the Q-Daddy and Hangover 2.0 were a sure hit, with our all-time fave Onion Rings, and their well-loved Skinny Fries. It was a quick yet very filling lunch, went out with very happy tummies.
Value for money: Worth the line!
#DateForTwo at 8 Cuts Burger Blends
Went with the classic 1/3 pound burger, skinny fries and Coke Zero. For 195p the burger have good value, it’s fatty in a good way and the sauce is complimenting. The skinny fries is nice as well, nice flavours.
I love their classic cheeseburger. No fuss/ no frills. Tender and very juicy to the point that it drips. Nonetheless i still like it. Onion rings are the best! Definitely coming back!!!
One of the best American style burgers in the country. Good ol' pure beef blends in their patties, no squishy fillers, no soy sauce, Knorr flavors. Their burgers are comparable to the likes of Shake Shack, Five Guys, Habit Burger, In-N-Out or any legit American NJ/NYC diner.
Burgers are tasty & juicy, buns nice & fluffy, lettuce, tomato and grilled onions are always fresh.
The optional weights for the patties is great and the 1/3lb cheeseburger with an order of onion rings is definitely enough to fill any belly.
Tried:
Waffle cut fries
Onion rings

We ate at an odd hour so there were only a few people eating. My fave is the onion rings. Lightly battered, and with a slight hint of barbecue powder, and always freshly cooked! Their burgers are above average, I specially like having all kinds lf cheese added to my burger
They really serve the best onion rings, and at an affordable price at that. This is a good place to hang out with friends while eating delicious burger, fries, and onion rings. Their burgers are really juicy and they're also affordable. Their other dishes like the spaghetti and chicken also doesn't disappoint. Their restaurant in Serendra is also spacious and they have nice staff too.
I frequent this restaurant and is immediately my go-to when I crave for burgers. Not to mention the iced tea which is always on point for my tastebuds.
Today’s visit was to try out their new rice plate. Was satisfied with my meal, and would order it again to try other sauces. My comment on this is if it could have an option for two patties.
I went here today with my friends. I have never been to any 8 Cuts branch before, so I was excited. I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and lemonade. The cheeseburger was SO GOOD. There was literally meat juice dripping from the patty. The onion rings were one of a kind. They were big, perfectly fried, and perfectly seasoned. This was the best onion rings that I have ever tasted in my life so far. The lemonade was a little bit on the sour side. I would definitely come back here again.
Service was quite slow but understandable since we were a lot. The food is amazing and the Frenchie burger was really tasty. Can’t wait to eat there again!
I have been wanting to try them out for so long, having been so captivated by Manam, Ooma, and Din Tai Fung. Thankfully, for the new Moment Group Card, I found a justifiable reason to cure my 8 Cuts Burger Blends fixation. We ordered and old-school Cheeseburger, a Burger Bar 3.0, and the Four Cheese 2.0, and since none of use were particularly conscious about our weight, all of them came in as house-blend burger patties. 😀 I had the Four Cheese 2.0 just for myself, and the other two, for my friends, and one thing eas common through what we ordered, they were all juicy, and moist burgers. I loved mine cheesey, and the cheese combinations of the Four Cheese 2.0 didn't disappoint. We paired everything with their Loaded Tex-Mex Nachos, and a bucket of Onion Rings! To be honest, I wasn't expecting an actual bucket! 😆 More of like, a platter of onion rings, perhaps, but this came in an actual paper bucket. 😆 All downed with their bottomless iced tea, we all left full and satisfied. I would definitely come back and try their chicken wings.
Delicious burgers, good value for money in terms of taste and serving size. Their onion rings for me is the best I've had so far, so tasty! Good thing they have a bucket of onion rings thats good to share for a big group ( or a really hungry person )
What I ordered: 1/3 pounder of Four Cheese 2.0 with a side of onion rings.
During our visit though, they seem to be a bit undermanned, only two waiters for a busy Friday night. Apart from that, no complains here, this is a legit burger place to cater to your greasy meaty cravings.
When people ask me about 8 cuts, I always tell them how it has the best onion rings ever!!! I don't even know why it's underrated compared to their burgers... Which is okay by the way, but geez, their onion rings are heaven sent.
We would like to commend ATE JOY for the friendly service :) Our table was a mess because of the 3 kids with us, but you can see that she is not irated about it and kept on refilling our ice tea :) thank you ate joy :)
The burgers here are excellent but the service is sub-par, at the time we visited. Our burgers stayed on their counter for more than 5 minutes, until we had to ask for them.
Golden Cheddar Mozza Nuggets (served after the burgers, I may add), are tasty.
Chesseburger is yummy with 1/4lb house blend patty and cheddar. Hangover 2.0 - with sugar glazed corned beef, dijonnaise, sunny side down egg, shoestring potatoes and horseradish aioli - is excellent.
More fun back when you could choose your own beef blend from the “8 cuts” available, as well as the cheeses, buns, sauces, toppings, etc. Then again, ordering was an ordeal that took forever, maybe better this way. Anyway, still one of best burger joints in town.
One of the best na burger na natikman ko. Ang juicy ng burger ung onion rings ang sarap and ung chicken wings nila the best din. Specially ung service nila panalo. Worth it ung pag ka pricey prro sulit
P.s pd manghingi ng mayo walang bayad and kahit ilang beses kapa umilit :)
I love all their burgers. They also served lettuce wrap burgers ideal for those who are on keto or lowcarb diet. Service was graear as well.
Orders:
1/2 lb of (3) sliders (2 grass fed, 1 house blend)
1/4 lb classic cheeseburger (grass fed)
1/2 doz. them buffalo wings
Burgers were good. It used to be one of the best go-to burger places for me but i think there are a lot of new burger places now--some not as good as 8 cuts', some have better ones.
Grass fed burgers seemed less sinful because they weren't so oily, but it was good enough that it also wasnt so dry. I could say tha the patties didnt have extenders, which is good for you to get value for your money.
Them Buffalos were the spiciest that they have among their list of buffalow wings, but it wasnt spicy enough for me. Id probably not order this one again but would probably try other flavors/ sauces. :)

Juicy full of flavor burgers, fresh vegetables in a soft a bun.
When you want enjoy a quick burgers in fast casual environment go to your nearest 8 cut branch.
Very friendly and accomodating employees. Nice and clean place. Food served fresh and hot! 🔥SOLID!!! Affordable!!!!!!!!! Nice place to eat and chill!!!!
I have dedicated my sundays on finding the best burger in Manila. Given, i started my love with burgers sa US. I have this distinct taste of authentic beef burger na hinahanap ko dito. I ate at least 5 times here sa 8 cuts. I can say, 8 cuts is one of the best and great burger deal here in Manila. I mean, even the lettuce and Tomatoes in it was great. Beef was cooked medium rare, juicy and tasty enough that blend in sa sauce and TLO. The chicken wings here is what i really like thats why if i have to choose for a go to burger between Pound and 8 cuts. I’ll go with 8 cuts if i want chicken wings too. Kinda spicy, but so great! Though the price was a bit pricy like 380 ( including service charge) for 3pxs chicken wings and cheeseburger. No drinks!
But if you want a tasty burger, I’d still recommend 8 cuts anytime!
More power and God bless 8 Cuts! :)
You just have to love how juicy the beef is, each bite feels like America. As a life hack order one of their Burger's with sauce number 3 and one Criss Cut Fries. Place some of the fries inside the burger and add ketchup or whatever sauce you want you get more with less.
FOOD: 4/5 | SERVICE: 4/5 | AMBIANCE 4/5
We ordered 1/3 pound Four Cheese burger, Burger and Wings promo and a couple of Mint-jito. I have previous reviews on 8 Cuts on other location and I still find their burger patty very juicy and one of the best if not the best burgers in the Metro. Their Four Cheese burger is not the melted cheese and messy type. It is well contained and the four kind of cheese compliment well with the patty. Their KPop flavored wings is also a stand-out, Korean food enthusiast or not you will enjoy this flavor.
PS: I really do enjoy their playlist on every branch 🤘
me and my mom dined here a long time ago, and this is the place where a burger gets special. I really liked their burger because it was cooked perfectly and it tasted delicious. But it was really expensive fair enough considering for a gourmet burger.

Burgers are Legit. Doesn’t have any extenders. The staff are nice. They gave our doggo some water. Even though we didn’t ask for it. Would definitely go back. Pet friendly place.
I ate here last night for dinner. I tried the crabwhich but I was surprised that it was small compared to the photos. It was very good and best paired with onion rings. I will definitely go back and try the other burgers with onion rings!!
cant remember what i ordered here exactly. pretty affordable burgers. but what i liked most was their onion rings! it has a very unique taste and i especially liked the saltiness of it! ambiance is ok, place is huge. accommodating staff.
This my go - to joint when I have a hankering for a good burger! I love everything about the menu. My only wish is for the servings of fries to be bigger!! Uhuuu!
What’s your beef? Whether you’re looking for a mean and meaty burger, or something that is made from a grass-fed cow, 8Cuts Burger Blends will truly satisfy your cravings.
Ambiance: 4 out of 5
Located at the center of Serendra, 8Cuts Burger Blends has a very spacious place with a New York restaurant vibe. 🍔
Food: 5 out of 5
1. 1/3 Lbs Cheeseburger
- This burger is delicious. It is worth the pay. The patty is juicy, the vegetables are fresh, and the bread is crispy, which, when combined together with their sauce #3, will definitely make you say OMFG! 😍😋
2. Good Ol’hot Fried Wings
- The coating of the wings is sweet with a splash of sour taste. However, the chicken is a bit dry. Didn’t meet our expectation of a juicy chicken meat. Good thing, the house ranch dip saved the meal.
3. Waffle-cut Fries
- Super crispy! Nice combination with the fried wings.
4. Party Spaghetti
- It’s a bit sour with a hint of sweetness. It is very meaty and saucy. Perfect for children if you have them with you.
5. Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Sundae
- This is our first trying this, and this really topped our dinner. I highly recommend you try this.
Service: 5 out 5
We have been here twice, and ever since then, we always notice the friendliness of their servers. They really make you feel comfortable. Another thing that I like in 8Cuts is their unending interest to improve. They always ask about the quality of the food. This kind of thing is not normal here in the Philippines, which I think most restaurants should adopt.
Total score:
4.6 out of 5
Am I willing to comeback:
Yes! This will be our favorite go to restaurant in Serendra.
Good value for money:
Yes! The price is not bad for a very satisfying meal and good service that you can get in 8Cuts Burger Blends.

My DM family loved Steal No. 6 and No. 2 especially the Onion Rings and the House Blend Iced Tea Thanks for the extra free cups of tea! And the free 5 orders of Steal No.2! (Ordered for 105 pax)! Special thanks to Maureen and her team - Jeffrey B., Melandro B., Roque C. and John R. (and the other guys) who delivered the food and extended their service so our Christmas party would totally be awesome!! XD
The burger needs more (salt and pepper) seasoning but juicy and delicious! As well as the skinny fries (needs more salt). Chicken drummets - yummy! Spaghetti is a little spiced but yum as well! Onion Rings' d crowd favorite. :) Many thanks you guys! ♥
Always and forever! One of my go to places for onion rings! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Absolute favorite! I love love love the taste. It provides me that lingering taste of wanting more. 👅👅👅👅
First time I tried 8 cuts was when they had their 8 peso burger promo, years later I had their anniversary special of 88php per burger. I love how 8 cuts makes their patties fresh when you order, you can taste the juicy meat that's cooked medium rare and their soft buns and special sauce. It maybe a bit oily but it's the type of burger that you want to bite into instead of using a knife. Pair their classic cheeseburger with their onion rings and a coke. My favorite combination from 8 cuts. Only recommendation to improve would be adding a sink so you can wash your hands after having eating the juicy burger in your hands.
8-cuts? Yummmm! Best burger place for me. Their Q-Daddy is my favorite. And they're not just about burgers they are also the home of the best O rings in town, IMO.
This branch is where I first tried 8 cuts 3 years ago and still my favorite branch. Servers are always friendly and attentive to our needs even during peak hours.
Additional note: Was able to enjoy their 88 peso promo for 2 consecutive years now :)
We were one of the last few customers who made it for the Php88 promo! We both ordered The Piggy for Php88 but normally this would cost Php 265 without any sides or drinks. I kinda wish that the menu price would be closer to around Php150 as it really isn't super huge. The flavor is really good though, beefy, juicy, and the mixture with the cheese, onions, and bacon is perfect. I'll come back again some time to try the other stacks!

I was lucky enough to be in Serendra today and saw a short line on the 88 peso anniversary promo. I was inside in 5 mins.
Got the QDaddy and Skinny Fries for 161.00 only. Should've just stuck with just the burger. I am stuffed. My burger needed more seasoning
Service was friendly.
🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
Update:
I need to commend 8 Cuts here in Serendra for the best service ❤️❤️❤️ When we don’t know what to order, our default is this burger place as it’s quick and fast. All we do is place a call for pick up and they always get our orders ready in 15 mins.
Everything. Is packed and ready to go.
Constantly Beefed Up!
The selection of 8 beef cuts is the reason to dine in this shop.
Steal No. 3 is composed of 1/3 pound beef, skinny fries, and Iced tea. That's my preferred combo. The beef juice runs over my chin every after bite, its brings out the smoky flavor whenever chewed, and the tenderness make the patty break into chunks. I can still taste the rich flavor after a day (in my mind).
The staff were attentive to my dining needs. Right before I pull out the last tissue napkin out of the can and drink the last quarter iced water, their servers has the alertness and they immediately replenish all. I admire their anticipation to guest's needs.
The area is clean. Lights are proper to set dining mood. Background music plays the 90s. What I don't like is the pungent smell that sticks in my clothes. It seems like I worked inside a busy hot kitchen.
Overall dining experience is superb.
We tried their cheeseburger and no doubt, it's delicious! Also their "call for backup" menu.. the ONION RINGS! 🤗 I never tried onion rings before but when I tasted theirs, oh my gosh it's really really good! Like, why the hell did I not eat those before? However, the interiors look cute. ☺️
8 Cuts Burger Blends Review:
Staff: 6/10, Service is a bit slow.
Food: 8/10, Cheese burger, good quality burger 🤗
Chicken wings its a bit salty. :(
Over all, ill come back 👌
I tried their Four Cheese. The buns were soft, the patty was juicy and it blended well with the cheese. But I was looking for that meaty flavor though. It's good but it doesn't really have that wow factor.
Nice ambiance and good service. Overall satisfying experience.
I liked their old menu more because it was detailed about what each burger contained. Their patty was really juicy and meaty. The bread was crispy and the oil was just right. The picture shows the Frenchie burger. It had caramelized onions and cheese. My personal favorites are the Hangover and Shroom. I was a bit sad with how their seasoned skinny fries turned out.. the powder seasoning didn't look like how I hoped it would be. The iced tea was sweet. They don't have strong wifi connection although they have a groovy playlist.
Onion rings. Bbq wasn't available so we opted for sour cream. Was not as good. Bbq pa rin.
Vanilla milkshake. First time to try their shakes and I was not disappointed. Thick and creamy, just how milkshakes should be.
At 8cuts Burger, patrons are given the option to choose a 1/3 or 1/4-pound patty to go with its soft buns. They grind their own meat from various choice cuts and it is makes their patty delish.
Last September 2016, they introduced the Australian Grassfed Beef and it had since been a favorite choice among their customers.
I tried the 4 cheese burger. The meat blended with a little fat turn out really good. And I like the fried mozzarella cheese on top of the patty which gave it an extra texture. This is one guilty pleasure I will surely splurge on from time to time.
Bar Burger was moist and tender. It had crispy fried onion strips on top of the patty instead of fresh onions.
Their classic burger has all the works, which I think is one closest to a breakfast burger. The bun holds the patty in place and absorbs the burger juices without being soggy. You can tell that a lot of effort has been made for these hamburgers.
They also served us French fries (regular and barbeque flavors), Onion Rings plus mmilkshakes. I think they had the best fried battered Onion Rings in town.
Great Burgers, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and great music. I try to eat at a different place each time while I am here in BGC, but this place is the exception! And I will keep coming back.
One of the better burgers in Manila. The portions are a little small but I think the patties are juicy and flavorful, which is difficult to find here.
I walked in here after 3 hours of frisbee, an overnight trek and literally no meals in between. So when I walked in I was famished and ready to gorge down whatever came to the table.
Started off with a bottomless iced tea, skinny fries with parmesan and truffle and finally a shroom burger. The fries and the iced tea arrived first. The fries were actually skinny although I don't know what I was expecting. The taste was great but I'm not sure if it justfied the price so maybe next time around I'll just stick to skinny fries without the add ons. Next came the main event - the shroom burger. They offer two types of patties a meaty one and a lean one, no points on guessing which one I went for. The shroom has baby Portobello mushrooms, spinach tempura and black truffle aioli. The spinach tempura was unnecessary if you ask me but the truffle and the mushroom went wonderfully. The burger was juicier than any scandal that came out in the last 15 years. I absolutely loved it and would visit it again eyes shut.
The meal cost about 700php in total but was absolutely worth it.
Wait time: less than 10 minutes for the fries and onion rings, less than 15 mins for the burger
Wifi: yes
Taste: great!
Serving size: more than enough. Their dessert is good for sharing
Helpful staff: yes
Clean: yes
CR availability: none

Notes: they play good music. Nice place to hang out
Food was really great. I enjoyed it so much though I was not really satisfied with the service. Crews were not really friendly. 😒😒😒

8 Cuts will always have a place in my heart 😍... And stomach. 😋
I've not been to my favorite burger place since June in MOA branch. Despite my proximity in BGC to their Serendra branch, somehow living here hadn't allowed my usual 2 - 3x a month visit here. I'd been a huge regular to the original Burger Bar (8 Cuts' predecessor and first ever branch). With its casual atmosphere and diner-inspired interior, it had become my go-to place with friends and colleagues when I worked near Greenbelt, and then subsequently at 8 Cuts MOA branch, when my work took me further south.
I mean, who could resist Burger Bar / 8 Cuts with their 5 different beef cuts (beef bomb is my favorite), best in class onion rings, warm service and decent price? Right? I also would drink my beer there instead of the dark noisy places suited for the younger folks looking to meet and party instead of chatting and enjoying company. Once I even ordered a bottle of wine from next door Barcino and they allowed it. That's how much of a regular I was to Burger Bar, and how accommodating they are. Plus they rewarded my patronage with free onion rings (w/ a free of charge switch from mayo to garlic aioli as the dip) or, when I would reciprocate their love by bringing in many friends and my teammates many many times, we'd get free dessert, too! Awesome service with awesome burgers and onion rings. Going here also brought to my attention the concepts initiated or brought here by the Moment Group. Namnam (now Manam) downstairs of Burger Bar, Ooma (one of my top fave Japanese restos) and Din Tai Fung, to name a few of their top restos.
I missed out on 8 Cuts' anniversary / birthday P88 promo last Wednesday, but I'd been craving for their best in class cheeseburger. So the evening of the following day, after an intense badminton game, I wanted to reward myself of the classic cheeseburger. 1/4 lb patty goodness for P195. (1/3 lb is P265). Burned calories bye bye! 😂
Some notable changes:
From 5 cuts like the beef bomb, steak cut or flank, 8 Cuts has simplified its US Angus patties to 2 types,
> House blend - juicier, mixture of brisket, short rib and ribeye
> Grass fed - leaner choice, with a combination of sirloin, round tip flank and shirt plate
I went with House Blend which is closer to the juicy Beef Bomb. They've made some more changes since September. Sliders, a few more dishes (check out spot.ph's article at http://www.spot.ph/eatdrink/the-latest-eat-drink/68057/8-cuts-new-menu-a30-20161011 for more details) and a nice flavor twist, based on the article, on the onion rings (sour cream!).
The basic cheeseburger is comfort food for me. Quality comfort food. The cut is slightly different tasting, but only just. I liked everything else. About the only complaint I had was from the cider dipped raw onions at the bottom. I don't like my onions on burgers raw. So that's something I've got to be mindful about next time I return. The streamlining of burger cuts and even the (😣) previous elimination of the brioche and (my fave) kaiser Bun options, I get. But the changing of the onions, I don't get.
I think that the staff should ask if the customer is a returning customer so they can take him through the changes they've made and the new additions, too.
But in the grand scheme of things, it's just minor. I woofed down my burger with ease, as the onion rings, too, fell by the wayside. They changed their garlic aioli in appearance and taste, too; thank God they didn't charge me for the added dip. Perks of being a regular, perhaps.
And thanks for the compli onion rings, G-boy and John. You guys rock! See you again, 8 Cuts. Sooner, I am certain.
This is my 2nd encounter with 8 cuts and they never fail. Service is still good, food is awesome. And the place is still very cool and funky.
8 Cuts Burger Blends. For namesake there are 8 different cuts of meat from a cow that can be ground up. To name a few there are the chuck and the sirloin. Honestly, I don’t know them all. Whatever the blend though that 8 Cuts serves me, it’s always deliciously juicy and it never fails.
Almost always when I go to 8 Cuts, regardless of what branch, I order the Rising Shroom. With the perfect beefy patty, it also has white truffle cream cheese, sautéed mushrooms, fried oyster mushroom tempura, all in between a golden Kaiser roll. And of course, with my love for spicy food, I add some slice jalapenos. When I bite into it all, the roll is actually overstuffed and things tend to fall out, with a bit of the juicy goodness from the patty. But who am I to complain when it is so good?
Of course, and burger must be accompanied by a side of sorts, or things would be less satisfying. My go to side at 8 Cuts would be the Skinny Fries pimped with anything in their menu. Lol. I would say it depends on how I want to pimp things then. Any pimp combo is excellent. Sure the fries might be skinny, hence the name, and not the best thing to hold everything as its too small in a bite, but I love them. It’s kind of like fresh Pik-Nik shoestring chips, just a bit thicker. Another thing that I like are their Onion Rings. I get them plain Jane—no pimping required. They are fried to golden crispy perfection. When you bite into it, the natural sweetness of the onion can be tasted. In my opinion, it’s one of the best Onion Rings in the Metro.
In terms of price, I would say that 8 Cuts has put a lot of value in each peso. It isn’t pricey. Gourmet burgers that can be fully customized from the meat to the bun? That’s like customizing a car. Lol!
The ambience of 8 Cuts feels cool and laid back. Great place to hang with friends, or even dine alone. I prefer this Serendra location though as it seems to be less crowded than the other branches.
The service too is great. The servers are quite knowledgeable with what works and not. Note: everything maybe be better with bacon, but not everything is better with bacon jam.
Now I feel like I want to fully customize a burger. What cheese works with bacon jam? Oh, Mr. Waiter Dude…
The unforgettable buy1 take 1 cocktails and amazing burgers paved 8 cuts' way to success. I noticed that it opened several branches one after the other since it opened its first. Please take note that even if the cocktails are being sold "buy1 take1", they are of good quality and quantity. It's literally a mountain of Margarita in a proper Margarita glass. Must try.
It had been a while since we'd had burgers and we managed to stumble upon this place while walking round bonifacio high street. Or order consisted of 3 burgers (franch, four cheese and "make your own") and fries (regular and sweet potato). I had the franch but it seems to be different to the one in the Zomato menu. We received our fries first, without our burger, which we found a bit weird as we expected to receive it with our burgers. It was not that warm when we received them so they had gotten cold by the time our burgers arrived. However, I could easily say it was one of he best burgers I have had in a long time. There were so many great flavours and the texture created "pringles" was wonderfully unique. All in all, the food was great and service was slow but friendly.
One of the very few places that sells vegetarian burger. Although the burger is average but it is very healthy made from lentils.
Thumbs up for including a vegetarian option.
8cuts burger formerly Burger Bar and it was located in Greenbelt before. Actually we were not quite satisfied in Burger Bar because of the lousy burger, but since I've heard lots of good reviews in 8cuts so we decided to try it.
My bf and I are fond of cheese, so we ordered their Four Cheese Burger, it was so tasty, you can define the taste of the Four Cheese. Their Onion Rings was so good and crispy, the best Onion Rings I've tatsed so far. We also tried their Fish and Chips which was also crispy yet quite salty for me, but their fries was good. I just ordered the typical Root Beer Float, since it's been ages since the last time I've tried this one.
We were satisfied on their servings and the taste. Price is justifiable.

I was wandering around Serendra looking for a place to eat and I saw 8 cuts! I didn't know that there was a branch here. I've never been here before but it was recommended by my sister. So, I went and conquered. I went in and the crew immediately approached me which was great. I went to my seat and was ready to order. Everything on the menu sounded extremely delicious. I ordered the falafel cause I was craving something healthy. Haha sorry I know it's not the main thing to eat here but i promise you. I will come back and order everything off the menu! Service was great. Ambiance was perfect. I love how there are ketchup and mustard bottles at every table. The crew were friendly and approachable. The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Hands down! The presentation was beautiful. The burger was generously sized. Which is perfect. The taste of the burger was like a huge explosion of spices in my mouth. It was heaven.
First, I tried each detail of the burger.
Bread: Perfectly butter toasted and had a good sweetness to it too.
Patty: it was a spiced chickpea patty. Since I ordered "the falafel". It had a great crunch to it. It was crumbly and delicious. It was perfectly spiced.
Sauce: I think I remembered it as a yogurt and lime sauce? Something like that. Eh who cares it was perfect. It had a nice tangy taste. Which balances the whole burger since it had pickled onions on top and a sweet potato bed. It also had a slaw and some vegetables which made me really happy. :))
My standards for burgers went really high now. I've tasted a veggie burger and it was better than some other meat burger. Haha. I will come back for sure to try their beef burgers. If the veggie burger was this good. Then the beef ones are probably 100x better. Can't wait to recommend this place to my friends.
8 cuts, thank you for the great night. I was very satisfied! ❤️❤️❤️
Fair warning, this promo comes with pork patties. How sad it is to imagine biting through juicy beef patty but tasting, and smelling pork. Oh well, you pay monkey, you get monkey. Still a big fan, though (of their beef burgers). Just pay the extra P100+ pesos. Burgers MUST be made with beef. AND STOP EATING BURGERS WITH KNIVES AND FORKS! All the time, people. Jeez.
Quality remains good on their baseline items, the burgers. They are quite skimpy on the sides though, the French fries and onion rings are tasty but small.
The environment needs work. They have turned up the volume on the stereo to the point of being uncomfortable. My friends and I requested that they turn it down, and they said they couldn't. We could barely hear the server. We had to move to a table in the far back corner. We noticed another couple also requested to move when they clearly couldn't hear each other or the server due to the super loud music. Spoke with the manager who also refused to turn it down. I can see it being turned up late at night for folks coming in after the bars, but it's uncomfortable to be there in the daytime. Ourselves included, we saw three tables of adults quickly leave after eating... You can't have a conversation and it's uncomfortable to be there for long with the music blaring.
🐽 Food: I super super love their Cheeseburger with Sauce No. 3!! This is definitely the best burger in Manila. Don't forget to order their Onion Rings too. The flavor tastes like the BBQ powder of Potato Corner- this is a good thing, btw. Also my fave onion rings in Manila.
🍹 Drinks: Try their Lemonade, very refreshing!
🍴Ambiance: It's poppy with the right blend of colors. Very young and hip. You can also see their kitchen and how the chefs cook your meal.
👫 Service: Staff are attentive. They also give me the impression that they each have a soulful, young vibe.
💸 Price: It's really worth all your bucks!
Clean place, good atmosphere.
Service is exceptional.
Must try:
Bar Burger
onion rings
French fries
and of course the "customise your burger" makes it great for burger lovers.
we want to eat burger that night so we went to 8 cuts because last time we got here we were satisfied about the food. so when we went there i ordered what i ordered before but my sister tried a new one. i order 1/3 house blend patty with caramelized onion, bbq aioli..., sauce #3, and lettuce with brioche bun. when i asked the server if is it the sweet bun she doesn't know so i was disappointed cause she supposed to know that. and my sister ordered spicy chicken sandwhich. we also bought bottomless iced tea, salted caramel smoothie and onion rings. when the food came we eat the onion rings first it was the crunchiest onion ring we tasted. then the drinks came up and my sister said the smoothie was good it was soo creamy! :) then the burgers came and my sister said it was too greasy. and as you can see the serving of bbq aioli is too small and i can even taste the caramelized onion. and my sister said that the breading of her burger is too salty and she also said that "nakakaumay to" so she doesn't finish it so i eat it and after i ate that my head hurts and her tummy ached haha because it was too spicy and we were not ready hahaha and the music is too loud and the genre doesn't fit the place.

Yummmiest Burger Ever.
So tasty and generously sized. They have a lot to choose from. A must try for everyone. On a pricey side though around 350 and above for a burger but you won't regret because it tastes so damn good.
Enjoying another eating experience at 8 Cuts! This store is as awesome as the others and staff friendly as always.
This time I had something different to my usual Four Cheese and this time I was craving for the Piggy consisting of bacon strips, yellow cheddar cheese, house-made bacon jam with 8 cuts famous sauce #3. Also had to have the awesome onion rings as this is a must and lastly I had to try again the Golden Cheddar Mozzarella Sticks. It normally is 4 sticks but they provided another stick so thanks 8 cuts. The sticks were ok however the burger and rings are still my favorites.
on the table: Four cheese burger, customized burger & onion rings.
My-Food-O-Meter:
taste: 4/5
price: 3.4/5
service: 4/5
A bit pricey but you know it's quality meat once you take a bite. I'm really inlove with their onion rings.
This is one of the best restaurants to grab your burgers in BGC. Their bun is crispy (because of the sesame seeds on top) and buttery. Their patties are one of the best tender and juicy it almost tastes like steak. I highly recommend Piggy and their classic cheeseburger with number 3 sauce plus their arnold palmer (bottomless).
Their burgers are a bit pricey because for a burger that costs between P200-295, a typical person would already expect a Huge burger but here the quality speaks for the price.
The service is also good and accomodating in this branch. They also have high chairs for your todds and they even gave us crayons and paper for our todd not to get bored while waiting for our food.
