My appreciation for hand cut steaks was validated after a late afternoon session with Texas Roadhouse. Our group had a mini session led by Joel Herher, a local meat-cutting champion and a recent representative of the Philippines in Taiwan for Regional Meat Cutter Challenge.
Hand cut meat gives steak a more natural state, making its flavors remain intact. The staff in this restaurant also assures carnivores of a freshly grilled steak every time when they dine here.
I exited Texas Roadhouse all smiles as each of us bloggers received hefty portions of the 16oz Rib Eye, 11oz Sirloin and a 22oz bone-in Rib Eye. Accompanying the meats were premium sides like vegetables, steak rice, and mashed potato.
I recommend having having some prized starters as well before you dive in the steaks. Go for the platter with Buffalo Wings, Jalapeno Cheeseballs and Potato Skins.
There is a reason why Texas Roadhouse has amazing steaks. After all a good steak starts with good meat grade and the perfect cut.

I went to eat lunch here with a friend yesterday. I took advantage of the 50% from Citibank if you dine every Saturday lunchtime til November 23. We had a very pleasant experience here from the moment we entered the restaurant. We were greeted and seated immediately, and given their complimentary peanuts and bread. The bread was delicious in itself. 😊 The peanuts was a nice touch, and something you can eat too while waiting for your order.
We ordered the Cheesy Jalapeno Balls as an appetizer, then the Crispy Chicken Salad, Country Fried Steak, Grilled Bone-in Pork Chop, Refillable Lemonades, and the Ice Cream Duo for desserts. Everything tasted delicious, the jalapeno balls is really cheesy though not that spicy which is fine by me. The fried steak was really huge so we were not able to finish it. The pork chop was grilled perfectly, it was soft and cooked throughout even though it was quite thick, the vegetables that came with it was also tasty. The crispy chicken salad was also good, served with fresh greens, crispy chicken and cheese. The lemonades were always refilled on time by Jasmin, our attentive server - thank you. Then for desserts we had the Ice Cream Duo, which we really enjoyed because of the almond and walnuts on top of it.
The dining experience here is really a wonderful experience, the place is really clean and spacious with ample seating space, and they have two restrooms for female which is nice. I would probably go back. 😊
I grew up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and there, my family always eat out in different steak house or restaurants. One of my favorite restaurants there is Texas Roadhouse. The free bread with the sweet butter is the best! Also their steak is very tender. I always ask for a medium well. The beef tastes good and its tenderness and juiciness is perfect it all combines into a mouthful unlike any other. We were so happy when it finally opened here in Ph! I always come back to this place every now and then. Definitely recommend!

Brought my family to dine with me here since I already had a meal at Texas Conrad years ago. My kids loved the taste of the steak and also the chicken. This resto in Uptown was very cozy, the lighting was perfect and spaces between tables were just right. The staff were friendly and their manager courteously said hello. They even danced when Footloose was played.

One of our favorite steak house in the metro. Free peanuts and sports channel while waiting for the food. Place is good for some mini reunion or catching up with friends. Their ribs and wings are truly legendary. Steak is very juicy and grilled to perfection. Prices are reasonable. You’ll be getting what you actually paid for. Not to forget, their people are also friendly and attentive. Kudos!
Their complimentary bread is the bomb. I loved everything that I have ordered here. Staffs are alao friendly. Serving takes a while though but worth the dine.
Had their California chicken salad and their St. Louis ribs, though some might enjoy their free bread the most. It's maybe the best complimentary bread you can get, it's like a slightly sweet monay, best hot and freshly baked, we got seconds and it was well worth it. Their salad was nice, decent value given what you get, and not as heavy as the other salads on offers. The ribs was fine, it tasted okay and comes with a decent amount of garlic rice.
All in all, an okay place to go, a bit pricey but not the worst. Steaks will run a bit expensive but the other items are manageable.

Great looking place, good service and intelligent waiters just like all bistro group restaurants. I ordered the pork chop, large order so 2 pork chops. Dish tasted great but the serving size of gravy and vegetables was tiny, as if they were saving it all up in their kitchen.
I LOVE THE FRESHLY BAKED BREADS!!! The complimentary bread and nuts while waiting are wonderful. The food is not extraordinary but accetable. The meat is indeed tender. Service is excellent as usual.
Texas Roadhouse is definitely one of my Bistro favorites.
The moment you arrive into the restaurant - they bring in the great smelling freshly baked bread with the cinnamon dip then lead you to your table with a bucket of nuts.
You have to be careful not to fill up too much with the complementary appetizers because they're definitely good.
I've only tried a few meals. My favorite is the Chicken Steak since I absolutely love mashed potato. It's always so filling even without the rice. Their mashed potatoes is always so good! It's a bit chunky but I like it that way.
They have a lot of interesting alcoholic drinks too. It's definitely a bargain especially with the discounts and vouchers offered with the Bistro Card. We don't usually spend more than PHP 1000.
We'll definitely come back again.

Staff are very nice and has an outdoor sitting for coffee after a heavy meal :) and they have alcohol too!
One of the things I look forward to when dining here is their complementary bread and dip. It is always served hot and fresh and I really enjoy their cinnamon dip that comes with it. Although their dishes are quite pricey, it is worth it since they offer large serving sizes. When it comes to service, their staff is very accommodating and quick.

Our favorite steakhouse on High Street. Excellent customer service, warm staff, kid friendly (they give balloons and art materials to kids), delicious food! Never did we feel disappointed. :)
Only issue is.. they discountinued my favorite steak with pesto paste... but I still keep coming back!
I just had dinner here earlier and it was my first time to try. The food is delicious and I love the complimentary bread and peanuts. I was also delighted with the free peanuts they gave as a first-timer. The staffs are very approachable and accommodating.
I love the service because the staff are very attentive. The ambience is perfect for people who are looking to hang out with friends and/or family. Aside from these, they also give out free nuts and freshly baked bread that comes with butter and cinnamon so that you don't get too hungry while waiting. Their mains are really good but we really love their sweet potato side dish and chicken fingers!

Steak was good for 4 persons. The serving is big, fries with cheese was good if it’s hot. It is a little bit pricey but worth the price. Ambiance is also great 👍🏻
The place and ambiance was good, the food was good, the service and staff were good. I recommend their Texas Cowboy Chili. It was good! I'm definitely ordering that again.
Thankful for the experience here my birthday celeb got rescued from what should have been a disaster. The staff are courteous and accommodating. They are also attentive without the feeling they hover around you like a hawk. The bread appetizer is so warm and comforting. We just braved through metro traffic and being served with those fresh rolls bring comfort and warmth. I wish the bread was less sweet though.
The food is delicious and portion size is perfect. You get your value for money. We tried the baby back ribs, southern fried chicken, chicken barbecue and the cowboy beef. We all love the dishes served to us. Wish the chicken was more thoroughly cooked bec there was a bloody part near the bone.
All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone I know. I would also not think twice about dining here again

A great place in Uptown Mall for baby back ribs cravings.
Food was satisfying! we tried their full slab baby back ribs and it was good as it was well marinated, seasoned and cooked. It goes well with our coleslaw and mashed potato sides.
Their cheeseburger was delicious although not extraordinary. But quality of beef patty is good.
We also loved their crispy chicken salad. we were actually suprised at how generoulsy it was served!
The unexpected treat for us are their on-the-house offerings while waiting for our orders to be served; the peanuts served in the bucket and their freshly baked bread plus cinnamon butter. it was divine!
Looking forward to coming back here with the family again!
Been here a couple of times and their complimentary peanuts and bread are always served once we're seated. Their peanuts are so addictive even though you have to remove the skin manually. Their bread blends well with the cinnamon-like butter and it just tastes so good! You can ask again and again to refill the basket but don't eat too much or you'll get full even before your order comes to the table.
This time we ordered Baby Back Ribs and Chicken Strip Basket. They are served in around 15 minutes even though there are many people since it's a Friday night. Food is pricey but they both taste good and will leave two people with full stomachs.
The staff are attentive and friendly and I hope they will be able to maintain it even if the restaurant is jam packed. Ambiance is just right and will definitely go back here.

Just ate dinner with my mother and sister last night, it was sunday. The place was huge, we thought we will be on a long queue because it seems crowded, but their place is big and spacious, nice to celebrate or dine with groups like families and friends. I like the place and ambience. Staff are nice and attentive.
For the food, we ordered;
1. the Rib platter (im not sure if it's the st. Louis rib platter, but it looks like it on the menu) it comes with garlic rice and coleslaw. It is good for 3-4 persons. The rib was good, u wont need a sauce, the rib itself is flavored already. And i think it's a bit strong for my taste. The meat was tender that's what makes it great. We finished it all, my sister loves it. Coleslaw was also great, that what makes it all balance for the flavory ribs.
2. The sliders (4 mini cheeseburgers with fried potatoes) it was good, a bit salty for my taste though.
3. What i like most was the fresh lemonade, a bit weird, but yes i like its sweetness just perfect for my taste.u know when you're too used to drinking ordinary lemonade juice so u don't expect too much from it. But i like their lemonade. My mom and sister ordered mango shake.
4. 4 stars because, it's a bit too pricey for me. I like the place, and as much as i wanted to celebrate (maybe on my bday there) with my family and friends, i cant and i wont, it will leave me broke. Haha
Visit this restaurant regularly. Have always been impressed by the service. The sirloin is good value although the baked potatoes could do with being cooked a little longer. The Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon complements the steak.
We went here for lunch on a sunday. We actually just got enticed by the poster we saw while walking around and waiting for the movie. We had no other idea about the place. The staff were really nice and accommodating. We decided to order what we saw on the poster. It was a set meal for 2-3, and had back ribs, fish fillet, roastbeef and green salad. It was really good! Especially the roastbeef. I was thinking that next time we come back here, I’ll look for that roastbeef in the menu. I recommend! 👍🏻
I brought my balikbayan friend from Vancouver here and we both had an amazing experience. Servers were friendly and accommodating. Dishes were great. Although it's expensive, worth it naman talaga. We had a big portion of Salad, a Surf and Turf dish that has thick cut of steak which was by the way super tender and phenomenal, it was served with grilled prawns, small portion of salad and accompanied with mashed potato. will definitely go back here again. 😊
Texas Roadhouse offers solid selection of food. On my last visit, I ordered their Sirloin steak that came with perfectly seasoned salad and creamy mashed potato as side dishes. Both complimented the steak well. It may appear underwhelming because of the portion size, but it was satisfyingly filling.
My favorite part about the dining experience here is their complimentary dinner rolls. I mean, freshly-baked from their oven and served with their cinnamon butter. What is not to love about it? I'd go back for these dinner rolls alone.

Whenever my daughter requests for a GOOD FOOD, we will always go here at Texas Roadhouse. She loves a 6oz well-done sirloin steak grilled to perfection. I make it a point to try different food on the menu everytime we visit with a combination of margarita. All of the staff are superb! Prompt and excellent service. Can't wait for our next visit!
Upon entering the resto, we were approached by a friendly staff who took our order first before we were escorted to our table. We were given the prerogative to hand pick our steak from their display. Service was efficient and the steaks were grilled to perfection! However, their caesar salad and mashed potato were mediocre, I wish I had chosen the steak rice instead.
Been a lover of a medium well steak and Texas Roadhouse is the place to be!!! From the ambience to the staffs down to their food. Not to menion their complimentary toasted nuts with shell and their complimentary bun!!! Yes!! One of the best buns I ever tasted. Though a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for.
Last week was my first try of Texas Roadhouse PH. Ofcourse flavor varies depending where is it located. Texas is one of my favorite after-shift-go-to -places overseas. Anyways, we had the Rib eye steak with ribs and salmon. Taste is okay, service is good. Tho, portions are way smaller and vegies are “average” like the beans and carrots. Hehe. I think, I expected too much ✌🏻✌🏻

We went here for a family lunch. My wife and I were the first to arrive and we told the servers that we would need a table for about 17 people. They quickly put together three tables and gave us the menu should we want to order ahead while waiting for the other family members to come.
As soon as we were complete, they served the complimentary bread which was so good. The cinnamon butter that came with it was ok (but that's only me who is not fond of cinnamon). I will only comment on what my wife and I ordered - we shared the Sirloin and Shrimp Combo. The shrimp was perfect. The sirloin was cooked medium well and it was so tender. I would have preferred it well done but we were not asked. Another good thing was that the Iced Tea was refillable.
All in all the service was very good. The ambiance was supposed to be western - well the decor was - but I was half expecting the waiters to be wearing cowboy hats. :)

Pleasant experience. Their steak is the best I've had here in the Philippines, and believe me I've tried crazy expensive ones like in Todd English. This is still better. Caesar Salad is legit. Awesome meal in general!
About the pricing, I think it's worth it if you have the Bistro Card cause not only does it offer big discounts (30% on Mondays and 20% on all other days) but it also gets you a free cup of coffee or tea after your meal. I personally like that part especially after a meal this big.

Had lunch there a few weeks ago. We ordered the following: St. Louis Rib Platter, Caesar Salad and Sliders. Aside from the peanuts, they also gave complimentary bread. They're freshly baked there - still hot upon serving. And we really enjoyed the breads - I think we had 3 refills of them. They were that good. I honestly think this is the best of what we had there (and not just because they were free). The St. Louis Rib Platter has big servings. It was just okay - good but there are better tasting ribs from other restaurants. The Sliders were served last. We were already full from the ribs so we just had it for take out. I forgot the name of the drink that I had but it was really refreshing. Food is very pricey so I'm not sure if we'll be back anytime in the near future.
What turned me off was that the server was so pushy in offering their Bistro card. My mom already said no but she keeps on pushing her to avail it. Hope they'll learn to accept it when a customer says no.

Since the rating was high in Zomato we decided to try this restaurant. We ordered the potato skins,oven roasted chicken and half slab ribs. While waiting for our order the waiter served four pieces of "freshly baked" bread for our appetizer. It was so good. It's funny that for the whole time that was the only one that stood out.I hope that they will always serve it that fresh. For the main courses, the potato skins was ok. Just the right hint of crispiness. The ribs was hard. I think it was overcooked. The chicken lacked taste but we liked how soft it was. Service was very good! Alex our server asked us about our food. We liked how enthusiastic he was with his job. When he knew that we didn't really like how the ribs was cooked he immediately called the manager to assist us. It was a nice gesture that we will never forget. We will also never forget how patient the manager was. He was so polite! He explained that we should be getting the best quality for every order we got. Service was really good. Food should be improved.
I forgot the name of the dish I ordered, but I can say that the steak was cooked well. My friends were also satisfied with their meals. However, one of my friends did not like the chicken she ordered because it was dry. We also ordered a combo appetizer. Most of all, I love the free nuts in a bucket. Haha

Because I was craving for some ribs and steak, the family ended up at Texas Roadhouse. The ambiance of the place stays true to its name. It had animal heads hanged, lots of wood work, barrels and the like to emphasize that Texan vibe. Upon seating, we were served with peanuts and some hot delicious bread while we decide on our orders.
We ordered:
1. St Louis Rib Platter (P1,595) - Good for sharing, the platter has around 12 ribs and includes 3 cups of garlic rice and 2 coleslaws. The ribs were good but it is not the best I've tasted.
2. Sirloin and Chop (P995) - The pork chop was okay. The winner here for me was the sirloin. It comes with 1 side of your choice. Chose the mashed potato. Little hint: ask for some gravy to go with that mashed potato, match made in heaven (LOL)!
3. Oven Roasted Chicken (P495) - half chicken, good seasoning and flavors and it comes with 1 side of your choice. Overall, it was okay.
As to the service, it could be better. Had a hard time calling out servers. They are not that attentive.

Texas Roadhouse Grill of the Bistro Group offers a variety of meats grilled to perfection. Their ribs platter is definitely a must try. For the steaks, go for the NY cut or else don't try the other cuts, which may disappoint. Their grilled chicken is good and tasty. Their sides are okay, can be better.
My husband and I are Bistro Frequent Foodie members so we get discounts, complementary coffee for every order with BFF-affiliated restaurants. I like the American ambiance of Texas Roadhouse. Ribs is tasty and tender. They have complementary peanuts, refreshing drinks as well.
Celebrated my birthday in this roadhouse restaurant. My family enjoyed the cozy ambiance and food this restaurant can offer. The grilled steaks, shrimp and the dessert were so palatable. To my engrossed stomach I just end up taking one pic which is of course my chosen meal. Definitely coming back!
While we were looking through the menu, the restaurant served us a bucket of peanuts and freshly baked bread (delicious!). We ordered a half rack of the ribs, Crispy Chicken Strips and Beef Steak Tips. I thoroughly enjoyed the combo appetizer because we got a sampling of the ff: buffalo wings, rattlesnake bites and potato skins, Yummy! I also enjoyed eating the Smokehouse Burger, loved tasting the mushrooms with every bite. The servers were also very attentive about refilling our drinks and were always checking to see if we needed anything.

• Steak: Upon serving, the server asked us to slice the meat to check if it was cooked the way you liked it, because if not, they'd offer another one until you're satisfied with your steak. Fortunately, they met our expectation!
• Grilled Salmon: One of the best grilled salmon we tasted! We just loved the lemon pepper butter taste, plus a little bit of tartar sauce.
• Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs: Their half slab looked like a full slab, and yes, the meat will literally fall off the bone (that's how tender it is!). Oh, I forgot to ask about their delicious BBQ sauce (now I have a reason to go back!)
• Staff and Service: The people are nice and funny. They always wear a smile on their face and always makes sure they are visible.
P.S. A basket of peanuts is present on each table and they also serve complimentary Cinnamon Butter Buns (freshly baked). Did I mention that you can also ask for a take-out of these buns and nuts?
Texas Roadhouse's rolls are absolutely, undeniably delicious. Not only it melts in your mouth, but it can also melt your heart.
Now let's go to the downside. We ordered our 3 year old her favorite, chicken fingers. Sadly, they served it overcooked. It was hard as a rock! No exaggeration. My niece complained coz she couldn't eat it. We asked for it to be replaced, but they still served the same "toasted" chicken fingers.
Too bad coz we really love their bread, but it didn't save is from disappointment.
Their complimentary bread is soo good, and goes well with the cinnamon butter spread! And the complimentary nuts is perfect to nib on while waiting or having a few drinks. The steak is great (but how can you go wrong with that). The roasted chicken is okay but the fish fillet is so so. I like the interiors and cowboy theme. The price is reasonable especially if you have their bff card.
Originally from the US, the Bistro Group brings Texas Roadhouse and is able to maintain its integrity as compared to other franchises that's from the US. Their signature warm bread with the cinnamon butter, their steak sauce, and of course their steak still as excellent but with a higher price tag than their US counterpart.
This country-style themed resto is sooooo awesome! I love the bread, roasted peanuts, and most of all, the steak! I like how oeopery was it and I gueas I am going back. 😁😁😁
Texas Roadhouse leveled up their service. Went here on a date last month at it didn’t disappoint. Serving sizes were better and the quality as well. Almost everything went smoothly except for my favorite bread/rolls that almost did not arrived, it arrived after we ate our mains. This doesn’t make me mad though. Would still recommend and go back.

Ft. worth ribeye - this was okay. Plainly average.
Fried fish - this was too bready but the fish itself was good.
Paid about 2700 for party of 2. Way too expensive for casual dining! But the interiors and staff are nice.
The place has nice interiors. I also love their service. A staff will escort you to your table and will serve you a bucket of peanuts for free. There's nothing special with the ribs and steak. The service was fast though.

Been dining here for consecutive days already, a new fave for us.
Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to your table and served with complimentary peanuts (the one with shell) and freshly baked bread. Be careful not to eat too much of those and save room for your meal because the peanuts get really addictive. The bread is really good! Soft and tastes similar to pan de coco without the coconut filling, you have to stop yourself from eating too much.
Our default order is their 2pc pork chop in peppercorn sauce. You can choose from their side dishes, we usually get rice, mashed potato or baked potato with this. The Crispy Chicken Strips is also really good. It's served with fries, I recommend that you keep that side instead of changing it because their fries is really good paired with their honey mustard. I always had to ask for more honey mustard as it pairs well with the chicken fingers and fries. An order is only around 4-5 pcs so for groups I suggest you get more than 1 order of this. Their salmon is also nice and the onion petals (their version of the onion rings).
Tip: if you're dining at the Uptown branch in BGC.. the mall guards always closes the door for the escalators going down the mall after mall hours. This gets really irritating during rainy nights since you would need to pass at the outside of the mall where you will get wet. Always check if the doors can still be opened even if there's something blocking it. Not sure why they do this now when it's the rainy season. Been going to that mall for some time and has encountered that this week on our consecutive visits to Texas Roadhouse. I think the restaurants affected should coordinate with the mall admin/management on this since it affects customers to visit their establishments.
Their staff is very accomodating and their roastbeef is a must try. The ambiance is also good. You can relax and have fun while enjoying great food.
I felt like i was in another part of the earth when i was in the restaurant. They really bagged that texas diner feel to the place and the bread!!!!!!! Holy Cow, their bread is something else. I usually find the taste of bread starchy but I enjoyed eating theirs so much that i was about to get full just on that. The steaks were cooked to perfection as well. Juicy and tender on the inside. My whole experience was really great and i relished every bite of the food that we ordered. They also have sizable servings.
My ultimate restaurant! I am a fan of their crispy chicken salad.. ugghhh so delish!
Their complimentary bun and roasted peanuts is a kill! You wont stop popping. You must try their steak, your money is worth it.
This the 1st time to dine here at texas roadhouse uptown mall. We"ve dine several times at texas roadhouse moa. Well celebrated here my wifes birth month here if you have their bistro card. You entitled to have less 1000pesos and less 20% discount on total bill well great value our bill reached 3600pesos and we just paid around 2100pesos..food was great. My kids loves their free bread and nuts. Service is great. And place awesome...
