So, we got hungry and we're looking for a place to eat and considered one of the cafes that were still open. Boyfriend saw the sign and asked, "What's Fowl bread?". Mind you, I've never seen it and not familiar with it. We were also a bit skeptic but DANG! The Garlic Egg Noodle is very, and I mean VERY good! You can eat it on its own or you can try it with the potsickers for an additional 90pesos. The potstickers were very herby and well seasoned. The pickled onions add a bit of sweetness and goes well with the noodle dish.
The chicken burger was also perfectly seasoned and the texture is quite interesting. The crunch of the chicken skin blends well with the bread and the chicken breast. The radish and pickles add a bit of tang and sweetness to the burger.
Will be coming back for more especially when we have one of those noodle cravings again.

I really love their food. Made me forget KFC's Zinger and level up. It was really worth it. The interiors and decor remind me of a place where #titosofmanila would hang out, with matching retro music. Maybe it was the playlist of that day (was there April 28). Anyway, I find to be cozy, and I like it.

Honestly this is the best restaurant in the entire BGC. Please direct your resources and attention to this restaurant. Have yourself a spicy chicken sandwich with some garlic noodles. The cheeseburger potstickers are pretty great. Step inside the restaurant and get free candy from the brass bowl while you wait. Have I also mentioned just how great the interiors are? Staff are really nice and accommodating. One time I had a friend who was feeling dizzy from a run, one of the staff offered us some candy so she could properly recuperate, no questions asked. Also the interior styling is great and logo design.

Currently the best fried chicken sandwich I tasted. It's just done well. You know that the chef who made this likes to serve food he/she would like to eat too. Pricy, really, compared to other fried chicken sandwich out there. But it's actually worth it.
Both the safe and spicy were tasty. I love the crispy chicken, the chicken skin crackle, sauce, and -- though I barely like vegetables -- I actually really liked the pickles. It completes the dish. Everything in that sandwich makes sense.
I didn't care much for the iced tea and fries. Too expensive and didn't really taste as well.
The banana donuts were a treat. Loved those as dessert after eating the sandwich.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve tried the OG Fried Chicken Sandwich, Garlic Noodles, and Dan Dan Noodles. This restaurant has 1+1 on food so it’s a good deal if you dine here with someone.
I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and garlic noodles but I found the Dan Dan Noodles way too spicy which was a bummer since the flavors were super good.
Would go back for the dishes I enjoyed.
We had just come from the gym and wanted to eat something filling but nothing too heavy and was (somewhat) healthy. We decided we didn't want rice and, walking along Bonifacio High Street, we eventually ended up on Fowlbread for some white meat goodness.
We ordered the 4 variations of their chicken sandwiches, namely: Basic Fried Chicken Sandwich, O.G. Fried Chicken Sandwich, Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Applewood Bacon & Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwich. Of the 4, my favorite was the Applewood Bacon & Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwich for the juicy crispy chicken breast and applewood-smoked bacon but the O.G. Fried Chicken Sandwich came in at a very, very close second just for the chicken skin cracker it had inside.
Had their Frozen Pineapple Yakult Cocktail as my nightcap to the tiring day.
I loved the OG fried chicken sandwich. It’s smaller than a normal burger but it was enough, since the garlic fries serving is quite big. They also have a small seating area inside. We did wait a while for the fried pork topping for the noodles and we had to wait long for the bill but we will still definitely come back.
Love love tasty burgers with simple tweaks to upgrade the flavor: Fowlbread's OG Fried Chicken Sandwich has a crispy chicken skin in between which adds umami together with pickled veggies 🤤 The "Fowlbread" which is a brioche bun is a statement in itself already. Try their Garlic Noodles with Applewood Smoked Bacon and a herby ala carte Garlic Fries.

- I would have given a 5 but service can still be improved. The girl said she was only one (understaffed) so some customers had to wait for their orders and we had to wait for our bill and change.
The other table was actually upset and ask if she can submit her order first before taking the orders of the other table.
Overall, it was a good experience
Serving was reasonable. We enjoyed the szechuan cheesesteak. Nothing special with the noodles.

Great vibes, the inside dining area is really chill. Menu is a bit limited. I got the spicy chili oil dandan noodles with crispy pork chop and was satisfied. Service was good. And the food came quick. I would rate it 5 stars if the menu was a bit cheaper. Overall, I enjoyed coming here

I tried their sandwich when they first opened and tried dining in again just recently. Their burgers? Worth every penny. I also love how they season their fries. Their dining area was small but pleasant. A relaxing ambience. Will try rice meals next time.

Best fried chicken sandwich in Manila and it's not even close. Add to it a side of sumptuous garlic noods and you are in for a ride.
We ordered the OG sandwich, the crispy chicken pairs well with the chicken fillet and pickles. It was great, we loved it. 😁 If you want to have a "cheat day", you should give this meal a try.
Delicious f’n comfort food. They serve me pure delight in a bun each time with the best chicken sandwich I’ve had, ever.
Been coming here regularly and the food never fails. The servers are amazingly friendly, even remembering us and greeting us. The inside is well designed and has a speakeasy vibe. Definitely recommend the OG burger (ask for the chili szechuan sauce on the side) plus the garlic fries. As well as the honey walnut shrimp, cheeseburger potstickers and the garlic noodles - add the chili sauce here as well! A visit here is definitely a staple for any trip to BGC.
We ordered chicken crispers with the garlic and butter glaze on the side. Chicken was cooked well - very crispy and well seasoned.

Found my new fave chicken burger place! Usually not into burgers bigger than my face but this is really a wow !! There are actually 2 patties in the OG sandwich, the huge chicken filler patty, and a thinner crispy, chicken skin-like one. Both really work well together, and their secret sauce binds the entire thing together. I got the spicy but it wasn’t spicy at all (??) still a must try though & i would def go back!
Food was good, garlic spaghetti and crispy chicken sandwich were delicious. Dining space inside is small, not for Titos n Titas as the Millenials get deafeningly loud.
If you want a good crispy chicken sandwich this is a must try.

Food was great!!! We got the following:
- Applewood bacon and cheese fried chicken sandwich (double the chicken) : to be honest, only the fried chicken stood out. If I had to reorder, I'd probably just do the original sandwich. But ohlala, ang sarap ng fried chicken nila! And the serving is huge! Super nabusog ako sa double the chicken, will probably just stick to one chicken next time
- Szechuan cheese steak : Not bad, a bit too spicy for me, but it's definitely Szechuan in flavor lol.
- Shrimp potstickers: essentially gyoza done right yum!
- Pineapple Buffalo crispers: ang sarap!!! Flavorful and meaty. 'nuff said
- Banana donut: huhu this was SOO GOOD. I thought it'd be like banana Creamy filling but it's kinda like banana bread but smoother in consistency. Topped with whipped cream and chocolate dip, super delicious!
Its my first time to eat here and I liked how the food was presented and of course, how it tasted! The noodles were too sweet for my liking, though.

I didn’t know about Fowlbread until I received an invite and consulted my bestfriend, Zomato (I’m from faraway Quezon City, that’s why!). That was the time I knew that the brand serves not only chicken and bread but so much more.
From the collection of food served our foodie group, my favorite was the Basic Fried Chicken (crispy chicken thigh, magic Fowlbread sauce and pickles) Sandwich partnered with another favorite, Garlic Noodles. I must admit that the sandwich seemed ordinary but with the addition of the magic Fowlbread sauce, it took a much higher level.
And what’s good about Fowlbread are the beverages. We were served three and all three, Strawberry Hibiscus Slushie, Citrus Iced Tea and Frozen Pineapple Yakult Cocktail may stood out but it was the last one was exceptionally addictive. It was deliciously sweet and tangy.
To end the foodie event, we were given the Banana Donuts which are banana-filled donut holes dusted with cinnamon sugar with dipping chocolate and whipped cream. Simple dessert made unforgettable.
I was able to try Fowlbread's big, crispy, and tender chicken sandwich which is good. I also like the Noodles with that spicy/garlicky taste (I forgot the name). The hot pumpkin soup was a good starter. They also have chicken wings which has a sour/tangy flavor which is kinda unique for me.

Nothing foul with Fowlbread! It's another hip and happening restaurant from @eatlowbrow, and it claims of serving the best fried chicken sandwich in Manila. And I couldn't agree more.
After trying @beefierbeefshop, and having no reservations about its Beefiest Burger, @fowlbread does not surprise me at all. I know right from the start that I will be having the best fried chicken sandwich ever. And I am still thinking and dreaming about each bite of their OG Fried Chicken Sandwich, with that crispy chicken thigh with some magic Fowlbread sauce, huge pickles, and that big crunchy chicken skin cracker wedged in their famous bronze potato buns. I'm definitely sold!
Try some of their Chicken Crispers too in Calamansi or Garlic Butter flavors. For more carbs, get the sinful Garlic Noodles or the spicy hot Dandan.
Finish the meal off with a serving of their wickedly popular Banana donuts.

It was a very stressful work week and me and my girlfriend need something "extra" to eat. Checking the zomato app and we saw Fowl Bread. The photos looks appetising so we want to try it.
We ordered the OG Fried Chicken Sandwhich, Applewood Bacon & Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwhich, Banana Donuts for dessert and ice tea.
Requested for a spicy chicken skin for my OG Fried Chicken Sandwhich and it was the bomb. Even those who have a low tolerance to spicy food will enjoy it.
Love the bacon as well, the smooth texture plus the crunchy fried chicken and pickles gave texture to the burger.
Banana donut is a surprise. Need to eat them while its hot so not to loose the crunchy outer layer. Dip it in chocolate or cream.
Their burgers are very unique. The chicken tastes good and the serving is just right. The place is also nice. It's a must try. Will definitely go back and ear here again.
I loooooooove Fowlbread. I was ecstatic when it became available in Zomato Gold. It is a place I highly recommend to all my peers. I always go back for the chicken sandwich. I will be trying the other dishes next time.

I just had the best chicken sandwich in this place! We had 2 orders of OG fried chicken sandwich, Basic fried chicken sandwich, and Dandan noodles with shrimp potstickers, thanks to Zomato Gold 1+1. Indoor seating is limited so it might be better to come early during peak hours. I wouldn’t recommend the noodles but their fried chicken sandwich is definitely a must-try! It was very juicy, crispy, and tasty. One serving of the sandwich was more than enough for me so I think it was worth the price.
During my visit, I was able to try the dandan noodles, og burger and banana donut. Everything tastes great! I wish they could improve their serving time since we waited too long for the food to come.
One of our go to places for comfort food. Get the egg noodles, some cheeseburger potstickers and you'll be all set. You can also get the chicken burger but it best for people who love spicy things
There is a cute chill place hidden inside where you can eat the best chicken sandwich ever!! 🥪 We tried it without the chicken skin (unavailable that time) and we loved it! What more if its the complete package! 👌
Fantastic sandwiches! Garlic noodles are amazing and the ambiance inside is great. The waiter was constantly smiling and very polite. The music helped the vibe in the store a lot as well. Great place to chill, have great food and catch up with friends.
Chicken sandwich was excellent. Juicy and flavorful. The chicken skin wasnt available so it was 30 pesos cheaper. Cheesesteak was good too, didnt expect it to be spicy, but it was a nice surprise! Coming back soon!

Food is surprisingly great. Noodles was tasteful, though our add on porkchop is a bit dry and too crispy (going to hard). Chicken sandwich was delicious as well.
Great place for a snack or a meal. Personal favorites are the garlic noodles (add potstickers!) and the chicken burger (add chicken skin!). We usually prefer sitting om the bar stools since we’re usually just there for a quick bite with a beer or two every now and then. Just a little disappointed because the time we dined there, there was no chicken skin. Will still keep coming back though!
Nice joint. I ordered the chicken sandwich. Service is professional, kind and know to solve problems. The sandwich served in no time, like few minutes. The chicken size was surprisingly good, flavours are good as well, good value for money

I always get the dan dan noods cos i love it so much. Last night i got the Szechuan Cheese steak sandwich (is that the proper name lol) and it was pretty good too!
The servers are always nice and although they arent always inside the air-conditioned seating, they regularly check up on us. Oh, i want their neon shirt too.

Chicken skin burger is great. Noodles are okay, dandan noodles seamed a bit too plain, probably better with chicken. Great that they’ve expanded their dine in area too!
I highly recommend the Wholesome Bacon Sandwich. Paired with the garlic fries, the sandwich is a full meal, with thick bacon and apple slices.

The shrimp sandwich was delicious! Digging the intimate vibe as well inside the restaurant. The service was really slow (though we couldn’t complain because they only had one server - totally understandable). Had a great time with friends!
Tried to dine here since they honor Zomato Gold member benefit. Food is good. Their fried chicken sandwich did not disappoint. A good place to have a snack after strolling around Bonifacio High Street.
If I were to order just one thing for my last meal, Fowlbread's chicken burger would be it.
This burger is to die for. Picture this: moist chicken breast slathered with some mystery ranch-tasting dressing, garnished with thin slices of young horseradish and tender pickles, topped with beautifully seasoned crispy chicken skin chicharon, all nestled between two firm but yielding pieces of burger buns.
Eating it is as close to orgasm that the tongue can get.
And... with the zomato gold promo, you can let someone else get lucky with you too, pro bono.
Do yourself a favor and let this religious experience of a chicken burger happen in your life.

FowlBread is definitely the first (at least from my knowledge) joint that’s serving chicken burger as their primary specialty! The place has been around for a while and I was really excited to try because I love chicken so muuuch!!!
So I went to try the Chicken Burger and got the Spicy one. It consists of perfectly-fried chicken brwast, ultra crispy chicken skin, bread & butter pickles, some magic Fowlbread sauce, and then filled inside the brioche buns. The fried chicken alone is goooood!!! I cried, literally, after that first bite! And the crispy chicken skin is just too sinful to forget! Every bite is like a piece of heaven as the medley of flavors are exploding in your mouth!
Also tried the Pineapple Buffalo wings which I think arw quite good. It grows on you the more you eat it! It’s not too spicy and has that odd sweetness to it which I think is fine.
The place is small and it can be busy at times as it can only accommodate about 10 or 12 people inside, but you can still get your chickenburger for “takeaway” though.
Absolutely one of my favorites! I was craving for something spicy so we got the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. Thank God for Zomato Gold for the 1+1 on food! 😍 Will be coming back again for the nth time!

I love the chicken sandwich but beware of the spice! :) if you are not into spicy food choose safe level as the spicy is really spicy. But we still go back since we love their food. Must try also the pot stickers rice platter and noodles. :)

The food is a bit pricey but the serving sizes are adequate enough to justify them depending on what you order. We ordered the chicken burger and garlic fries and were very happy with them. Just note that the indoor seating can only accomodate 12 people at a time, total!

When the reviews say it serves the best chicken sandwich, I got curious and tried it. It did not disappoint, it was so good! The garlic noodles was satisfactory. Had it with shrimp pot stickers. Their citrus iced tea was also refreshing though a bit pricey. By the end of dinner, I'd say, we had a good one. A bonus was, I was able to use my Zomato Gold membership and got a good deal.
The burgers are so good! The chicken was super juicy and the pickles really complemented the whole meal unlike the usual super sour pickles.

Easily one of, if not the, best chicken sandwich joints in Manila. When I found out Fowlbread is under the same group that handles Bad Bird, I knew their food was going to be amazing. Their fried chicken sandwich has the perfect combination of texture and flavors - tender umami fried chicken, crispy chicken skin, and tangy pickled dill and radish. Remember to order this with some garlic fries on the side.
Their noodles are also pretty good, and adding potstickers makes them even better. Both the Garlic and Dandan noodles are simple yet tasty dishes, although they could've been less oily and spicier, respectively. Also minor point of improvement for their chicken sandwich is to add more pickles and more heat (I got the spicy level but I found it too mild).
